Peaceful, relaxing in a beautiful garden setting

Dany was/is an excellent host that made me feel very welcome. Dany was very hospitable and assured all our needs for a very relaxed and comfortable stay, with an excellent breakfast every morning. The linen and beds were lovely and clean. It is also a very quiet place and the gardens are a delight. I will choose this accommodation again in the future as a first preference to any other accommodation in the area.

My mum and I I were on a road trip to catch up with family and friends in Victoria and we had many short overnight stays

The house and garden was delightful. Our hostess, Deny, went out of her way to make us feel welcome.

There was nothing not to like.

Dany the host was wonderful I just expected more from the room

Location was great. We rarely had breakfast but was standard continental breakfast

I expected the room to be bigger with air-conditioning control from the room and more than 1 toilet for 4 bedrooms

Amazing stay

The host was beyond amazing and had the place looking spotless at all times. It's located in a beautiful location and not too far from the shops but far enough out where it's nice and quiet

Uncomfortable,unwelcomed,& intimidated by hosts behaviour.

I didn’t eat the breakfast,as it was just bread and cereal,& not something I generally eat. Location was nice.

The lady who ran the place seemed friendly at first,but every time I left the room,she appeared. When I entered the kitchen,she appeared. Shefollowed and watched every move I made. She told me she has cameras all around the house,outside and in. She put a table and chair out in the driveway for me to smoke,even though she had huge grounds in pleasant surroundings. I felt watched all the time,& I felt threatened by her behaviour,so much so I did not stay the extra night I paid for. I felt relieved to be gone.

A delightful find in Melton. We would try and incorporate it in future journeys to Melbourne

We wanted a place within easy reach of Melbourne by rail.This B&B filled the bill. It is a large house in a large suburban plot. The house is filled with interesting artefacts and musical instruments. The veranda has masses of pot plants and hanging baskets. There was an ample choice at breakfast and our hostess offered us a cooked meal.

The B&B was some distance from the railway station and shops. There was a shared bathroom. Fortunately there was only one other family and that for only one of the two nights.

A Perfect Place

This BnB is exceptionally beautiful both inside out. All the rooms and facilities are kept so neat and clean by Dany, who takes great pride in keeping the guest house and the gardens in immaculate condition. The continental breakfast is plentiful with a variety of cereals and breads available. I particularly enjoyed the wide range of teas to choose from, and Dany is willing to make you a very good morning coffee, too. The location is close enough to restaurants in Melton but nicely nestled in a quiet and picturesque spot. It is a perfect place for a wonderful weekend away or even a longer stay.

This is a very special place with a proprietor who is well travelled and goes above and beyond to make her customers com

Pristine, comfortable home with beautiful garden in which I was able to do some yoga after a long flight from the US. Dani couldn’t have made my stay more comfortable and welcoming. Easy drive from Airport after picking up car at off-airport location. Continental breakfast offered lots of choices for bread/toast, cereals and drinks hot and cold.

Amazing play to stay and feel like at home.

Amazing family home. Felt like home away from home. Host is very helpful and friendly. This was my third stay and every time I stayed there was extremely comfortable and relaxing.

great place, clean and homely, and very comfortable.

lovely house with a warm homely feeling, and lots to see, garden was beautiful along with the outdoor area. The owner (Dani) was soo kind and caring, nothing too much trouble. Will visit again.

mmmm........probably a bit of sounproofing as the bedrooms are very close to each other, but, it depends on some guests not respecting the quietness required.
