Enjoyable stay but could have been better

The villa itself is a wonderful place. I couldn't fault how clean and well-kept it was. The grandiosity of the house makes it standout. it surely oozes class and aristocracy. Overall a wonderful home. Gina was a good host but needs to trust people. She shouldn't let past experiences be passed onto new guests- that's what a deposit is for. She and Savvas gave us plates and bbq for the small gathering we had and were very supportive.

On the flip side, there were a few problems encountered: We arrived in Larnaka during the summer and the heat was unbearable, the house lacks adequate climatisation. There is no climatisation apart from one room downstairs. The host also holds the remote for the ACs which means my people were sweating every single night, but because they're too polite they didn't say anything. The host seems to have had bad experiences with their previous guests and seems to pass on this fear to us. I felt like we were being watched all the time which ruined our stay. Communication could also be improved as some messages felt a bit cold

ideal for a large party with family who are looking to have a good time - the property has all the features for a memora

museum style big villa

truly big house. many places to spend time togethere where we all could sit. better for 8 adults, not 10. those 2 additional beds are not that comfortable (maybe would be fine for kids)

too far from grocery shops and beach only one set of keys for 10 of us rude communication on checkout since apparently we had to throw away garbage, put back some decorations on tables (we put it aside to have more space), and also we moved chairs. none of it is written in house policy

Superb

The house was amazing. Your very own mansion, complete with luxurious furniture and fittings makes you feel like royalty. Lack of pool was initially disappointing but the house more than made up for it and I'd happily stay there again. Thanks to Gina.

It's a little far out of the town centre, but there are plenty of taxis.
