Bungalows ok, Restaurant zu teuer

Die Lage ist sehr schön. Die Bungalows sind vom Preis Leistung her ok. Leider Reparatur bedürftig. Im Garten sind viele Hängematten. Es ist sehr ruhig.

Leider sind die Fotos sehr alt und die Bungalows müssten dringend renoviert werden. Mein Fenster war zum Beispiel mit einer Platte vernagelt, da das Fenster fehlte. Allerdings liegen Fenster auf dem Gelände, die man nur einbauen müsste. Leider ist das Restaurant sehr teuer. Cola kostet 60 Bath, im Restaurant oben an der Strasse nur 20 und ich meine nicht die Shops! Das ist trotz der Lage einfach zu viel Aufschlag. Auch diese Restaurants hatten mit corona zu kämpfen.

Peaceful and relaxing with super friendly hosts

The hosts and staff were so lovely and friendly, the view was awesome while sitting having a cold beer,cheap to stay and very cheerfull would 💯 visit again ❤️

Probably one of the worst experiences I have had during many years of traveling in Thailand.

Nice restaurant with beautiful views! Good, powerful fan in the room.

Cheap, but still not worth the money. I don't really know where to start. Not at all like the pictures. Everything is old and poorly maintained. The cottage, garden and common areas. Paid a key deposit but did not get a key as the previous guest had forgotten to hand over the key. So no lock on the door. Window cannot be closed properly. Cracks and fissures everywhere in the cottage. And Geckos everywhere. But Geckos are difficult to avoid in Thailand An old bench but no table on the balcony. There is an ashtray, so smoking is allowed. If you consider this to be an advantage. The water heater did not work. Two hooks for your clothes but no hangers. No soap, no toilet paper, not even a garbage can. A good fan and fairly clean, but some dirt under the bed and cobwebs in the corners. Very modest bathroom. The bathroom floor was dirty after a few hours cause dirt and leaves falling down from the roof. ‌Nice restaurant with wonderful views. But a little expensive even by Koh Chang standards and very expensive by normal Thai standards. Very slow or no service at all. Ordered a beer and waited for ten or fifteen minutes. Never got it! ‌I had booked and paid for seven nights but ran away after a single night...and I'm sure I'm not the only one. It's probably part of the policy of this place. To cut a long story short. Pictures shows a cottage worth 5 or 600 baht, but in fact it's worth 300 baht at most. Don't pay in advance! Take a look at what you get before you pay! A few comments on your response to my review: I don't quite understand your comments about buying beer in convenience stores and drinking on stairs and streets. I haven't done that! The fact is that your waiter was offended because I only ordered a beer and no food! He glared at me and then ignored me for 10 or 15 minutes until I left. As for the key, I wasn't the one who lost it! I never got it! You told me the previous guest had lost it. My review is 100% correct!

Passable

It was cheap and had aircon.

Room was quite old and felt like it will crash soon. There was no mosquito net and the room was filled with bugs.

Good price but old bungalow and not attractive place for stay eat and drinking

The place on the nature.The price was ok considering the standard of the rooms

The property is not always in presence,can make better and stay more in the property..maybe clean the garden sometimes. I wanted to make breakfast the first day by them..but nobody stayed..so I made breakfast outside.. I had a look of the menù anyway...but I think the prices of the restaurant are expensive. The bungalow need a renovation and the staff sometime can change the towels and get away the rubbish...but nobody made.. Anyway if you want a place for very cheap price is ok...also if you can find many others for the same prices or better not far.

Comfortable hut in a good location.

What you expect for the money. Not luxurious but clean, the bed was comfortable, the toilet flushed and there was hot water in the shower. Location was excellent, very close to the beach, close to bars and restaurants in a quiet village.

The restaurant was overpriced and staff tried to ask more money than is on the menu. If you choose to eat there, make sure you know the price of everything before you order!

A Bay Yard View

The last minute booking was good. Its all a bit tired looking. However, staff were accommodating and friendly. The Bungalow was overlooking the bay.

There is a certain amount of construction going on nearby. Quite a substantial amount of rubbish to be cleared.

It seems that covid has affected the place. Bungalows are worn out but let's hope that business starts to run again and there is possibility to maintain the place.

A place in nature

A bieutifull quiet place away from the road along the bay in a big garden whit some big trees and plants.The restaurant is build on the water where you can have a breakfast, lunch etc. The view is stunning and the bungalows are comfi basic style. De owners are very kind and helpfull and the ambiance is very chill.
