No volveré seguro, hay muchísimos hoteles mejores.

La ubicación ya había estado en esa zona en otras ocasiones

La persona de recepción muy ególatra, sabiendo de todo y opinando sin saber de nada, le dije si el aire acondicionado es que no funcionaba y dijo que todavía no estaba puesto, que no hacía falta, y pasamos bastante calor, y que no pusiéramos solo el ventilador que se estropeaba. Se estropeó el ascensor con seis personas dentro y lo primero que dijo es que había exceso de gente, al saber que solo éramos seis, rectifico y dijo que pesaríamos demasiado y por eso se estropeó, una verdadera amargada de señora. Nos pusieron dos camas pero es que eran de 150 cada una, una barbaridad

lovely hotel

Miguel has been really helpful, we really enjoyed our stay, the room had a balcony, air conditioning, all the necessary to make it comfortable

it didn’t have a fridge, would’ve been nice as it was really hot and we needed cold drinks in the room, but you can rent it at the reception

Hotel was very central 👌 and easy to get taxi into the strip. Reception were fantastic with us all

Air condition didn't work in 2 of out rooms so made sleeping at night very difficult

Old hotel. Nice Staff. Close to the festival but nothing else.

the room was older than my grandma.

Too pricey for the quality. Seems new form the outside it is not so new in the inside

No swimming pool onsite need to cross road to other hotel i didnt go felt wrong at different location , Hotel location isnt bad but could be better

Our room was 425 and was massive we had two single beds that were like king size doubles on top of that there was a double sofa bed plus a normal size single bed.

We didn't like the fact we had very little natural light also would have been a lot nicer to have a balcony somewhere to sit and just read a paper or book

Parking the car was not the easiest.

The food was good 👍staff helpful, but not really speak in English except receptionist Simone, this girl deserves be a manager, how she deals with all problems associated with hotel and she care customers needs with smile, she's amazing!! Simone help me also, she make difference on our life in hotel: Thank you, you are the best 👌❤ The hotel is clean, rooms are dark, TV is too small and only Spanish programs witch I agree it is there's country. But hotel soon is possible must be refurbishment.

The rooms, too small and dark and staff not understand in English. The door key not properly working, lift always busy and very slow.

View from balcony looking into residential run down apartments,balcony door did not lock.No fridge in room or a welcome pack to keep you informed.Hotel appearance nothing like the photo advertised.

Our bed was 2 single beds pushed together and they weren’t even the same height, no parking near hotel, very noisy, we had a do not disturb sign on the door and the cleaners still knocked the door to ‘double check’ there wasn’t even a plug next to our beds to charge our phones or even a fridge in the room and it smelled awful, tv didn’t work at all
