Advice: Don't even think about booking a room, you will regret it.

Nothing, it is only very bad place to stay .

Everything was a mess. After arriving, it took us almost a full hour to get into the room. Of course, they wanted to change rooms to ones not in the reservation. No one can visit you as if you are in prison. The reception was extremely impolite and immoral. The room doesn't even have soap to wash your hands.

First thing this is a house not hotel! Just small room with sharing bathroom! No refrigerator, no service like hotel at all, the owner is RUDE not helping at all because my flight was delayed and he have some rule after 8pm you cant check-in! So i had to book another hotel to spend my night!

it's the worst place I've ever seen

nothing there to be liked this is not a hotel it's rubbish yard

i was expecting a hotel but it wasn't the worst place I have ever stayed the bed is so bad and very noisy every movement you do will wake you up couldn't sleep the whole night the toilet was even worse that's not a place to stay even one hour

Everything. Because of a veru big world wide expo in Düsseldorf the room rate was extraordinary 1 night 165 euro for double room. Normally 60 All hotels were fully booked.

Not friendly till the end

The location and free internet.

First of all I had a very big challenge to communicate with them for changing dates , i needed to contact booking to help me solve it then when we arrived they say that there no breakfast due to corona even thought we paid and no information wasn’t given before we arrive. The property were dark and the carpet that shapes the stairs lost its color due to being dirty for too long. The room was okay, the furniture had some worn damage , the floor needed wax, everything wasn’t cleaned property, we even encountered a huge insect in the floor walking around. The place is more like a hostel than a hotel, the cleaning lady even lives there. I’m still waiting for my refund of the breakfast.

Acceptable for stay if elastic on guest demands or no other alternative accomodation availability.

Nearby Underground Station link. Heat inside room excellent. Shower Water Hot 24/7. Crew Service excellent and nice at desk when entering and polite. Explanations given how to move in town with Transportation Means and assist on where to eat dowtown and around.

Head Lights (Portatif) on Bed not working (for economy reasons), Towels not changed daily (for economy reasons), Closet minimum but acceptable. Although 2 guest 1 set of keys given for room and exterior door.
