Regular, no estaba tan mal!!

Que está cerca a todos los establecimientos, bares, estación de tren, playa, la habitación era limpia, el personal era muy amable y responsable, me gustó que la habitación tiene buena n balcón

No me gustó el precio que era un poco caro para lo que vi, la cama es pequeña para dos personas, la tele era tan pequeña, la habitación le faltaba alguna cosa como por ejemplo un teléfono para conectar con la recepción, el internet va muy lento y casi se corta cada poco, el baño le faltaba escobilla que es muy importante

Ubicación, limpieza, trato de la mayoría del personal

Limpieza mandos a distancia, baldosa suelo baño rota, cisterna wc gotea, muelle puerta entrada muy tenso, cortina dormitorio deja entrar la luz. Llame para preguntar por disponibilidad para adelantar la reserva y me colgaron.

C'est la troisième fois que je me rends dans cette hôtel et le point fort c'est que l'on est dans le centre ville

Comme dit plus haut ça ferait la 3e fois que je me rendais dans cette hôtel et cette fois si une vrai catastrophe. J'avais fait 2 demande 1: avoir un numéro de chambre précise non respecté ceci je peux le comprendre vis a vis de la gestion des chambres. 2: lit matrimonial (1 grand lit double ) et là on le donne une chambre avec 2 lits côte a côte ce qui n'était pas ce que j'avais reserve. Je suis donc descendu a la réception où j'ai exprimé mon mécontentement réponse de la personne de nuit a 2h du matin si vous êtes pas content je vous rembourse et partez d'un menfoutisme incroyable vis a vis du client . Résultat le matin j'ai réservé dans 1 autre hôtel écourté mon séjour après la première nuit passée. De plus la propreté des chambres étaient castrophique après avoir marché dans la chambre pieds nu vu l'état au fond de la baignoire est parlant de lui même. A fuir malheureusement moi qui avait passé 2 séjours dans cette hôtel et était satisfait du service

Très bruyant, très mauvaise isolation phonique intra et extra

Bien placé, proche de la gare routière et de la gare ferroviaire

Situé au-dessus d’une brasserie. On entend le moteur de la banne à 00h30 et le voisin qui se douche à 4h10 du matin !

Decent stay

Location is great, view from balcony was decent & it got the sun in the afternoon which was a bonus. Mercadona supermarket round the corner & not massively far to walk to the beach. The staff i did manage to see/speak too were friendly. Good locks on room doors, rooms cleaned daily if you wanted & the maid made my bed how i had it rather than the standard way so that was nice!

If you are on a lower floor & don't wear earplugs i can imagine it would be a little noisy. No hairdryer in the room only on request, sane with iron but no ironing board. Shower was by far the worse thing in the room. Needs improving. Nowhere on the balcony to hang towels/swimwear. The beds mattress wasn't comfortable for me personally but i just used the blanket as an extra layer & put the top sheet on top of it. This made it extra comfortable

Ideal location, value for money.

Location,staff and good basic value for money. Ability to get changed and leave bags in the reception as we get an early flight in. Balcony is great the evening sun. Closeness to bars etc but not too noisy. Have stayed here on several occasions whist in Torremolinos as ideal for train station.

Great Location, great price.

The location and the price.

Booked a room with one double bed, instead got a room with three single beds. it was pretty "crowded" this way. Would have preferred getting what i booked.

wish we stayed longer

great value budget hotel the staff we excellent kept the room lovely and clean. the room was a good size and the balcony overlooked a very nice square in the pedestrian centre just of the main shopping area. very convenient for transport you can get the tube to the airport in under half hour no need for transfers and also good bus services to explore all along the cost many nice places to eat and drink and still only a short stroll to the beach

Nicely serving staff, central location, good rooms with cheap price

The staff were helpful and changed the rooms for me since the first ones had bad smell. The rooms are big and have balcony and good air con. The staff gave me to use the water kettle and the rooms have a fridge. Vey good service and a great location.

Sometimes "simple is best", N.Ch hotel at its best! Great value for money .

Stayed at N.Ch for a week .Excellent location few mins walk to train station. Supermarket just downstairs. very simply , easy , check-in / check-out. Good size bedroom, great shower and bathroom. Room cleaned everyday if hand room kay to reception before 2pm. No "Coffee & tea facilities" in the room, but you could easily get breakfast and coffee just outside the hotel& the supermarket. Booked again for Feb, hope I will get the same room .

None- I enjoyed my stay at N.Ch hotel for the week !

location top - comfort flop

location is very central, public transport, restaurants, shops, beach - all in short walk distance

furnitures old and not well maintained. noise isolation very bad - of cause you are central so noise from outside might not be avoidable but you hear if other guests shower or flush the toilette... . WLAN did not really work, connections always broke shortly after connection.
