Close proximity to the beach was nice as well as right across the street from a cafe, general store, liquor store and ice cream shop. However, 3 of the 6 nights there were cops in the neighborhood and found out shouldnât be out after dark. Unit had some mechanical issues and no extra bedding.

We rented 3 of the units within this 2-building complex so that our team families could share the travel ball experience and bond a little more.
There was plenty of space in the common area and enough rooms that you could get some peace & quiet away from others if you needed it.
The beach is a block away & a very easy walk. Good location to the ball diamonds, Boardwalk, Beach, misc areas of Myrtle.

I looked across the Nation for an affordable place to take my adult children and grandchildren for chance to spend some time together. This area and rental property took care of everything, with a lazy river pool , a splash pad for the little ones . Across the street from the beach made it a no brainer to book .

Very close to the ocean. Nice beach. The pool at the villa was very nice. The grandkids loved both. The patios were pleasant relaxation places.
House keeping showed 1/2 hour before our check out time. This caused my husband to feel.pressured to leave just as I was sitting down to relax after ALL the packing after required prep was done. If we are charded extra for every q5 minute increment we are late, why are cleaners allowed to pound on our door 30 minutes early to clean up for the next group? Should we request an equivalent $50 refund as we would have been charged $25 for
every 15 minutes we are late leaving?

Large space, nice having 2 refrigerators. Plenty of common area. It was easy to communicate with property owner for any issues.
Sometimes it gets loud at the pool at night but to be expected during summer vacation but after quiet hours It was easy to contact security with any issues.
We enjoyed the convenience to family friendly spots.

We were in town for a friend's 60th birthday. The place was awesome. Minutes from the airport. Everything is walkable. Right across the street from beach access. Tons to do for all ages. The lazy river/ water play/ hot tub area was awesome. We had plenty of space to spread out. The dining room table seats like 12-14 people! Andy was great to communicate with and listing was completely accurate. Couldn't ask for a better place. I'll definitely be looking to book again next year with my family.

Very noisy kids all day and night directly above my unit stomping, running , yelling moving furniture every single day and night was really disturbing. I didnât get the unit that I chose with the red furniture instead I got the gray furniture to my surprise. Overall I found the home very comfortable.

It was okay, it is an older property that hasnât been taken care of very well. The cable boxes in the bedrooms were held up by zip ties. As a checkout requirement you had to strip your own beds and wash dry and put away all dishes yourself not sure what the cleaning fee is for because the guest do almost all the cleaning.

It was hard finding a condo that had as many bedrooms that we needed. Location was perfect. Will definitely book this condo again when we come back.

Great vacation spot for our family. Unit was spacious with plenty of space for our family to do group activities or to enjoy some alone time. The balconies were perfect for an evening drink or some coffee and a book. My sister enjoyed taking a nap in the hammock.
The kitchenâs 2 refrigerators held all the food we needed for our family of 13. The only downside to the kitchen was the cookware which was sparse and had no large size pots or pans which I would have liked since the unit sleeps 20. If you plan on cooking for your crowd, you might want to consider bringing some larger cookware from home.
The unit was a quick walk from the beach. My family enjoyed going to the ice cream store across the street for a quick milkshake. Everything was close at hand and very convenient.
Overall, we had a great time and the unit was just what we needed to make family memories that we will cherish forever.

My family and I enjoyed the stay at the Red Villa the space was adequate for all of us, the kitchen had everything you needed, my grandkids enjoy the pool and we could keep an eye on them from our balcony location was excellent 3-minute walk to
the beach 5 to15 minute walk or drive to restaurant, shopping, the resort was quiet and peaceful very family friendly, Andy was a pleasure to work with he communicated well throughout the process, checkin & checkout was a breeze instruction on what to do when you get there on arrival was excellent, we will stay here again and also recommend the location.

Our sray was extraordinary awesome. We was very impressed with the location of the condo. it was easy accessible, clean and very spacious to accommodate our large group. It was across the street from the beach for the adults and family kingdom close proximity, nearby were shopping stores, restaurants.
Walmart was also walking distance away. Everything was accommodated to us by our fingertips. I highly recommend this condo and we will stay again.

Everything needs to be replaced, kitchen chairs all peeling and old, pool table all dirty and torn. We had no dishwashing detergent, cleaning supplies or garbage bags. When notifying my VRBO contact I was asked if I could buy the stuff myself or call the management company. Well I was there for a golf trip and playing 36 holes a day. Not a lot of time for me to take time out of my day to have a unit supplied with the necessary basics. I would have preferred that the response would have been, oh I am so sorry for that, I will contact the appropriate people and get that taken care of for you. Not the renters who are paying good money to take time out of their vacation to do their work. Between the condition of the unit, lack of any supplies to keep the place clean and the 20 page check in instructions which after traveling all day trying to find the pertinent data you need like unit number and code is very frustrating. Probably my worst renting experience ever.

A group of women from our church traveled from Alabama to South Carolina. Our group consist of 19 women traveling to attend The Women of Joy conference. We were well pleased with our stay. The Condo was 2.5 miles from the Myrtle Beach Convention Center and was close to several restaurants, the Boardwalk, as well as 1 block from the main road 17 and the beach is in walking distance. The pool was nice and clean. We will stay here again! Thank you for making it easy to communicate with you during the renting process.

The property was exactly as described and pictured. You criss the street and you're on the beach. There are shops and restaraunts within walking distance. The game room was nice to have for the kids. The pool and hot tub were nice also it was just a little cold out.

The villa is as listed. Check in was easy (keyless). Parking available for all cars in my group. Property manager nice and plesant. Rooms comfortable and clean. Big kitchen/dining room. Awesome location for all your needs and wants. Short walking distance to beach. Kids and adults enjoyed pool and jacuzzi. Would recommend this location for vacation stay.

1- sheets had clumps of hair all over, black specks, crumbs and black heel marks.
2- towels had clumps of hair and yellow marks, same for pillow cases.
3- when we removed the pillow cases blood was found in 2 pillows in addition to yellow marks.

5- bathrooms has growing mold and mildew which can be easily remoced by spraying bleach and light scrubbing
6- kitchen floors dirty, crusts aroumd the sink, crumbs and dust inside the kitchen cabinets
7- thick dust everywhere- ceiling fans, crown molding, doors, furniture etc
8- ashtray on balcony never emptied, we dont smoke.

Walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants and much more. Kids loved the pool. Would note that there are no floating tubes provided for the lazy river so bring your own, no foam type floats allowed. Also, for beach goers, note that only beach umbrellas are allowed, no tents or canopies of any kind...may lighten your packing load a bit;) Property manager was on top of everything! We had a couple small things pop up and she got in contact immediately and took care of it:) Fit our large family well...would return!

This rental property was perfect! Our favorite part was the enormous dining table. We could all eat together or have games going on at both ends. The property was spacious, clean! It's right next to the beach and there is a liquor and mini mart right across the street.
Our party had 17 people in it (with the majority of that being kids) and we didn't feel cramped at all in the condo.
We did have a few small issues that were immediately addressed by the property manager Marylissa (she's fabulous) . Would definitely recommend and our family would definitely stay again.
