Ok!

Café de manhã pessimo. A localização é excelente. 10 min caminhando da praia do forte e bem próximo tem ótimos restaurantes.

Café da manhã ruim. Sanduicheira quebrada. Ovos apenas mexido e horrível. Pedimos ovo frito e não fomos atendidos. Poucas opções! Cama muito mole e sem conforto.

Disappointing and Dirty

Location is great, staff is polite.

I was traveling with my family including our 5yo. Despite the location being great, we had to leave 2 days earlier due to the room being dirty and lacking minimal higiene standards. The towels were old and dirty with yellow stains. The bed were also dirty. There was mold and stains over the furniture. The mini fridge had its door peeling off on rust. Upon complaining staff suggested changing rooms but tried to explain that was the new normal after pandemic and the reason why the rooms didn’t look like the photos. I actually had a “free upgrade” but I wish I could get the quality I’ve seen from the photos on Booking, I didn’t. The breakfast was disappointing as well. We arrived 1 hour before the end and the fruits were overripe, many things missing like the scrambled eggs, sausage, bread. The juice was mostly water and sugar. The coffee mugs, glasses and silverware were dirty and finding clean ones seemed like a treasure hunt. We decided to leave 2 days earlier and reported these and other issues but the person at the front desk said there were nothing they could do. They already had charged my credit card and that he wouldn’t do anything but offer me a different room. I called booking customer service and they worked out on a partial refund that is yet to be fulfilled.

nice place , but not good customer service , specially because Brazilian now how to do a great customers service .

the property was nice and tidy , but I was expecting be a little bit bigger, specially the pool area . I would like to prize the service from Marcos, the assistant, who consider my needs and tried to find a solution but was not in his hands, needing talk with Tavares, that look like was in the moody.

was all good, just my expectations was bigger considering the photos. Further aspect, it’s not about the property , but I did the booking onlinne and gave my card details, sent an email and message telling that I was booking for my mom , and once she got there, they changed my mom ! didn’t charge from the booking app with all my details . what’s the point I do a booking onlinne, ask all my details, I specially inform details about the booking and when I called, the manger, Tavares just said “if is a present just pay you mom , we just use you details from booking you don’t show up”. didn’t say sorry, didn’t replay my email or read anything about my specifications.

Great Location! Not So Great Mattresses..

The breakfast selection was good. The wifi was good. The bathroom and shower were good. The air conditioning was good. The location was excellent!

Unfortunately, the double bed was actually two twin beds pushed together, and two twin mattresses that were past their life span. They failed to provide adequate lumbar support and left us with sore backs by morning. I expected better from a boutique Pousada, to be honest.
