Piscina stupenda, receptionist dilettanti

La piscina meravigliosa, buona la colazione e il mare, ottimi i materassi. Bravissima l'animazione

Pagare la cauzione all'inizio del soggiorno non mi è piaciuto, bagno strettino, troppa distanza tra la reception e il secondo livello, troppo presto la chiusura della colazione alle 9.30 per chi è in vacanza.

Beautiful location, poorly maintained.

Great view of the ocean, sunsets, clouds, and passing storms. Beautiful beach. Elevator access to the beach.

Facilities are poorly maintained, such as the pool, rooms, roads, pathways, and elevator. Most amenities are partially functioning or broken. The elevator was in constant repair. The beach was not cleared of debris after storms. The pool was frequently closed due to maintenance. Few to no vegetarian options available on the menu.

The location was great. The pool was good. The staff could have been more helpful. The hotel should provide more details when guests arrive to better familiarize them with the facilities.

We liked the location of the hotel, access to the beach by elevator, clean beach and beautiful sea!

We were very disappointed. The worst and most expensive accommondation ever! We only had one chair. The balcony was so small you could only stand on it. The shower is completely too small. One person at hotel reception and animators were friendly, most of them don't even respond. We had to ask for each service ourselves. It would be good to arrange a remote control for access at security gate, so that there is no need to ring.

If you are only interested in a very beautiful sea, the hotel will suit you. The hotel has its own private beach and free sun loungers.

Let's start with the fact that the apartments did not have a gas stove. We asked or could fix it. Nobody ever came. We repaired ourselves. The apartments did not have a dishwasher, kitchen towels, alcoves to clean the apartments. There was no mat in the shower in the bathroom, all the time was wet and dangerous. They had to use towels. There was no bag even for waste. Do I really need to buy goods for cleaning apartments? Apartments did not have air conditioning. The Wife signal was not in the apartments or elsewhere in the area. The signal was very weak at the sea. Our apartments T3 did not even have zones at all. There was no internet at all. The washing machine didn't hurry. The clothes were washed for 4 hours and could not be turned off. As a result, the clothes were damaged. We meet many unsatisfied customers in the hotel who tried to change their rooms. If you have any commotion important to you, don't recommend it to you!

Poor

Very noisy especially for families with kids. One can hear talking, chair moving and TV through the walls and noise from the pool parties at the studio area. People are not very observant of being quiet after a certain time, so it can happen someone watches TV at 1:30am in the night, which happened to us. Rooms and dressers smell very moldy. Showers and several lights were broken, fridge door didn’t close so we had a latch attached which took a lot of effort to open each time. Toilet seat was broken. Shower head sprayed water all over. Pool hours were from 9:30am-12:30pm and from 3:30-7pm. One has to wear a bath cap which needs to be purchased. No toys are allowed in the pool and no jumping. Toilet paper, cleaning soap, rags for dish cleaning needs to be purchased. The elevator down to the beach costs 20 cents per ride. Beach has glass and other garbage laying around. Reception charged €100 refundable security deposit and €19.90 none-refundable as a community tax which wasn’t mentioned at the time of booking. Near the studios garbage was burned at 6am in the morning with rather toxic smells. There is one small laundry machine for all the apartments. Hard to find it available. Down at the beach is very loud entertainment during mid day- afternoon which is disturbing when one wants a quiet snorkeling or swimming around that time. It feels like one is swimming in a club. Overall it might be geared more towards the younger crowd.
