Close to the mall, there're some street foods around

The bathroon not suit for bathroom without shower curtain, once take a shower then water all over the floor. The towel mat is too small, tjhe closet wasn't clean enough ,

Big hotel but needs some improvement

- Breakfast is varied and delicious, - staff is nice and helpful and give fast respons for all guest complaints, - Wifi is good. - swimming pool is nice.

The building, especially the rooms need a lot of repairs. the room is small and some wooden list in the walls are weathered, it is open and there are insects coming out of it, the air conditioner is leaking, the room floor is damp. The staff were very helpful with options for changing rooms and giving several room options, but all option room looked equally run down. Some repairs are also needed in some public area, such as in fitness centre, dining room near the buffet table.

The location is good. It's close to cheap food stalls.

The younger staffs were unprofessional and not really friendly. The senior staff were much friendlier and responsive. The hotel looked like an abandoned student dormitory. Walls were dirty, the paint and wallpaper were starting to peel off, and the shower was without any curtain. With such a small size, get ready to spurt water everywhere during shower. The floor was dirty, and and a tile in my room was off. The room size was super small, and the carpet in the hallway was terribly dirty. It's not worth the price.

An ok room for a short stay

location is near to so many food stalls

The staff are not very friendly. Also, this is the first time I just get 1 room card for a room for 3 people. all amenities is for 2 people only as well even after the turndown service, not prepared at all. The main bedroom’s slide doors are also broken, and most of the light bulbs were blinking at times. The towels look so worn out the color is not white anymore. When I came, there were hairs in the bathtub.

For the old hotel probably needs improvement, rebuild for any part of the hotel so you could compete with other new hotels. And the position a bit far away from Malioboro, Jogja palace & Tugu Jogja, that's not any tourist interested to stay in the hotel so you give special offering for your guest. Tks

Pleasant

The hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful, they can be easily told to do something such have a request on cleaning, picking stuff, and give some information. The room is quite comfortable for a family of 5. The king bed is bigger than we thought, and it made our rest very well.

We cannot call the receptionist from the hotel room via our room phone, so we should either call them via mobile phone or go directly to the receptionist. The elevator cannot carry hotel guests at peak times, so sometimes we should use the freight elevator instead. We also have to manually tell the receptionist each time we want to get out of the parking lot to get free parking. Otherwise, we should pay for the parking lot. One of my family members also got bed mites, and we realized this on the third day. I hope it only happens to us Wi-Fi signal on our room is not so good, but I think it depends on the room location

it’s horrible hotel, dirty rooms, bad environment, old hotel, they don’t clean the room properly, the housekeeper never changed the bedsheets until we asked to do it. bad hotel 🥲

The suite room was nice and cozy

Perfect location for where we needed to go. Accessible to stores and food vendors. Friendly hotel staff.
