Schöner Kurztrip

Der Pool auf der Terrasse war sehr schön

Leider muss man zur Altstadt gute 5 Kilometer laufen allerdings geht auch ein Bus

Der Preis ist okay aber ich würde nicht mehr buchen.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Seeblick, der wirklich schön ist. Das Zimmer war neu renoviert worden und ist sehr schön.

Das Frühstück lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Tische sind nicht eingedeckt, die Auswahl am Buffet naja. Das Hotel liegt nicht zentral und Malcesine muss mit dem Auto oder Bus angegeben werden. Parkplatz sind sehr eng bzw. keine Parkmöglichkeit.

Unsere Zimmer war mit Balkon auf Seeblick ist wunderschön . Das Zimmer ist gut u. sauber.

Naja, der Preis ist es nicht so wert

- Die Lage ist sehr schön und im Umfeld leicht andere Städte zu erreichen - Die Promenade am See lädt zum Spazieren gehen ein - Das Badezimmer war wohl sehr frisch neu gemacht worden - man kann sich kostenlos Kaffee holen (wenn noch vorrätig) - das Zimmer ist vollkommen in Ordnung gewesen. Mega Aussicht auf den See!!!

- Das Frühstück ist eine Katastrophe. Man fühlt sich wie in einem Schullandheim. Die Qualität des Essens ist auch nicht gut. Sehr wenig Auswahl und das was da ist, ist keine besonders gute Qualität (z.B. Press-Schinken, billige Marmeladen in Plastik) Massenabfertigung und der Raum ist null gemütlich - das WLAN ist eine Katastrophe. Kaum möglich - Die Wände sind wohl sehr dünn. Habe die Nachbarn ständig gehört, wenn ich auf dem Zimmer war - Parken in der Tiefgarage ist sehr schlecht. Viel zu eng und leider passen viele andere Autofahrer nicht so auf. Das Licht ging regelmäßig nicht von selbst an. Im Dunkeln zu gehen ist sehr gefährlich

your room was terrible Always booking com do this. Give the worst room. Alsı it is not possible to get the money back. This is second time I have experienced this. I will not work with booking com again. Sebnem Ozen

Nice view. Room was very clean.

The breakfast, the eggs could have been made better by a teenager. The clientele was relatively old. It has a really old feel to it, the staff were not that friendly and welcoming.

we ordered a room with 1 double bed but we got 2 seperate beds. after we complained someone came and put 1 sheet on the beds but it didnt help much. we had to search for someone to get a remote for the air conditioner, and after turning it on, it appeared that it was leaking. checkout was very early, and parking was with additional payment. not worth the money at all. we were very disappointed.

parking was complicated and we scratched the car in the lift! something should be done about it.

breakfast good, except the scrambled eggs (burned and swimming in "water")

wifi even present, couldnt connect (even after registration). Doesnt have a restaurant, only for prepaid meals. No a la carte food. Doesn't have its own beach. Didnt want to agree for late checkout (till noon) even the check-in is at 4pm, same with parking

Food is mediocre (though at least cheap). Our room was above the restaurant and one could not open the window without food smell.

The view was spectacular from the room overlook to the Garda lake. The housemaid was polite and helpful clean our room daily.

One of the lady at reception was really unexpectable rude 20th September possible because we dont speak german??!!! Our opinion was all the german guest got more attention from the staff. One of the day the staff running to the garage and shouting and ask us why we parking there, we said because we paid for internal garage (6 euros/day). It was really uncomfortable for us why he asking that after 5 days? It is shame they do not know which guest have had parking permission over there even if the guest stay longer. Outside around pool and that wasn't any option to lay down because some of the guest occupied the chairs by towel. The pool water was too cold. The cramped parking spaces in the underground car park which could only be reached by a tightly. Very good maneuvering and driving skills required! When it is raining no shelter of the balcony. Sorry but my feel is a little bit disappointed...

Exceptional

A piece of paradise on lake garda! Lovely room..huge comfy bed and great shower. Food was delicious with great variety at breakfast ,lunch and dinner. Best view of lake from terrace. Pool area was lovely and quiet and a real suntrap..Best thing about the hotel was the staff..all so helpful and welcoming..hope to return one day! Superb value
