About this villa rental
This is a very popular villa, often gets booked up a year in advance.
This spacious and stylishly furnished villa is a great choice for families looking for a peaceful holiday but with easy access to the resorts amenities and within a few minutes stroll of a beach.
The spacious ground floor consists of an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. Comfortable cream coloured sofas are arranged around the ornamental fireplace and entertainment is provided by the satellite television (limited channels), DVD player and video player, with a selection of DVDs and videos provided. The well equipped kitchen boasts a large American style fridge freezer with ice maker, an electric oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine is discreetly located in the first floor bathroom. The dining area features an extendable dining table with 8 high-backed chairs. The first of the five bedrooms is found on the ground floor, this is a twin bedroom with adjacent shower room.
Three more bedrooms are located on the first floor, the master double bedroom and two further twin bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own en-suite shower room whilst the twin bedrooms have access to the full family bathroom found on this level. Both the master double bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms have access to the large pool facing balcony.
The final bedroom is essentially a separate apartment. It is in the basement and benefits from separate access via external steps that lead from the pool level to the lower ground level. This twin bedded room has an en-suite shower room and, in 2025, will have a small lounge with TV.
All five bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units (for both cooling and heating) which is included in the price. Wireless broadband internet access is available to those who bring their own laptop. A safety deposit box is available and the owners have thoughtfully supplied a hairdryer and pool towels for guests use. Specialist equipment, such as wheelchairs, baby cot, highchair etc. can be provided from a local rental company on request.
Outside the large 10m x 5m private pool with ladder access is surrounded by an ample sunbathing terrace furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower. The swimming pool can also be heated* during the winter months (Oct - Apr) allowing the property to be enjoyed in comfort all year round. A built in BBQ unit with gas BBQ provides a great opportunity for summer dining al fresco during the hot summer months. An outdoor table and chairs can be placed under shade for those seeking a break from the intensity of the midday sun. A corner garden area provides a welcome splash of colour to the villas grounds and perimeter fencing, hedging and tall carob trees ensure the pool area enjoys a good degree of privacy.
At the front of the property is another patio with a bar area, which is popular in the evenings as the sun sets on that side of the villa and on another patio is a pool table which is free to guests to use.

Just returned from a lovely stay at villa Georgina.
Villa was perfect, lots of room and great pool. Addition of a pool table and an outdoor gas grill were also big pluses. A few minute walk to the lovely Serena beach and Pernera. A great time had by all.

Excellent villa, very well equipped kids absolutely loved the pool with the heat wave +40 degrees.
Highly recommend for anyone looking their own privacy but still close to amenities and trips out.

Can not recommend this property more. It was a real 'home from home' except this one had a pool! It had everything we needed. The location was great with many beaches close by to choose from. We enjoyed a fantastic boat trip from the marina only 5 minutes walk from the villa. The property owner was very informative and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay, probably not enough time to make use of all that was to offer. Table tennis, pool and swimming a plenty and a great bar area to chill after. Out of season so not many places open, but the one’s that were made up for that. Special mention to Bakers Arms and Tipsy Turtle, both served great food and great value. We’re already looking at debates for next year

We are a group of 6 friends, of a more mature age bracket 😘 it was the first time in Cyprus and we fell in love with the island. George (the host) was quick to respond to any query, from Day 1 of booking. The information he provided was thorough and incredibly helpful - including recommending restaurants, bars and transport.
The villa was perfect for us. We loved the fact majority of rooms were twins - so rare to find ! Villa is amazingly well equipped (includes an ice maker + air fryer !!) , clean, modern and so big and airy. The heated pool was icing on the cake.
Villa is perfectly located - we walked everywhere ! 2 beautiful beaches close by and lots of great places to eat and drink. Beautiful traditional family run taverna is minutes away. We loved the people too - so friendly and welcoming. Took 2 boat trips from the harbour - only minutes away from villa.
We could not find fault with anything . The host, the villa or the area. Just perfect for a group of ladies who love sun, sea, great food and drink - dished up with a welcoming smile and a made to feel special.

Lovely villa & surrounding area.
Clean & tidy. Very helpful & professional. Very good information pack. Kitchen a bit dated but everything you needed. Downstairs bedroom no windows but other bedrooms all very nice. Outside very good, plenty of room with lots of sunbeds with cushions, pool & sunbeds always in the sun. Everywhere quite flat no hills to contend with. Really enjoyed the stay.

There were 5 people in our group but the villa was sufficiently spacious to accommodate larger groups. There are many local restaurants & bars within walking distance and many are well worth a visit. (The owner provides comprehensive list of recommendations). For the venues that were slightly further afield, taxis are cheap and plentiful (many of them carry up to 7 people) and the bus stop is a very short walk from the villa with busses passing every 10-15 minutes.I would not hestitate to return to this villa or recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Excellent place for a peaceful holiday!
We spent a holiday in this villa in October. The villa was perfect for our needs: very spacious, well-equipped, and the children enjoyed the pool very much. George, the owner, and John, the manager, were very friendly and helpful.
A very nice little beach is just about 200 m away, and restaurants are in walking distance, too. So if you are looking for a perfect place to spend a peaceful, relaxing holiday in Cyprus we can highly recommend this villa.
