Pricey and no breakfast

Iocated inside Terminal. A good choice for connection since no need to go through immigration.

The price is high but within expectation since it is located inside the Terminal. But the room condition is not good. And no breakfast for such a price.

Perfect rest stop

Quick and convinient place to catch some sleep after long travels. The buffet is also delightful. Made my onward journey alot easier.

Rubbish stay would rather sleep on a airport bench!

One toilet roll, no robes, no handsoap. Place stunk of plane fumes. Bed mattress and pillows flimsy and uncomfortable. Reception service slow, overcrowded and unwelcome.

Our stay at Sama Sama Express was pleasant and the location was perfect.

The hotel is ideally situated as a transit hotel within Kuala Lumpur airport - we had a short 5 minute walk to the hotel from our arrival gate and only one minute to our departure gate the next morning😊 The room was comfortable and quiet and ideal for a short overnight stay.

We were given breakfast vouchers even though we had not paid for breakfast - that was a bonus. However, the hot food was not very tasty and rather tepid.

Pillows were not good, breakfast was pretty poor. More signage needed: staff of KLIA did not know where Sama Sama is located!

Quiet and Comfortable

The Buffet- despite charging the full price (even towards end of the buffet slot) they don’t ensure emptied hot/warm food items are replaced. Breakfast Buffet was good. Lunch buffet wasn’t and not value for money.

داخل المطار كان نظيف ومريح وهادىء وللعلم الحجز بالساعات 6 او 12 ساعه يجب الانتباه لذلك عند الحجز .

Great place to stay to have a break from travelling

Convenience of being located inside the airport. Secure room which was comfortable, clean and quiet.

Would have liked more menu choices, other than that it was great to get a good sleep and hot shower during long transit.

Für Flughafenhotel ok, aber etwas teuer

Das Hotel war im Transitbereich bei einem 12h Zwischenstop. Wir konnten uns duschen und ein paar Stunden schlafen..Das war ok, würden wir wieder machen.

Restaurant war leider zu, weil wir zu spät angekommen sind, aber es gibt genug andere Möglichkeiten. Man muss nur etwas laufen im Terminal.

Nice and clean hotel located inside the terminal

- Located inside the terminal, perfect if you don’t want/ have time to leave the airport, but need some rest in between flights

- Can be easily mistaken with another Sama Sama Hotel, maybe more infos will be helpful; - If you are not used to this kind of hotel, it can be difficult to find it, we had to ask the airport staff in order to find the hotel (and to find out it is inside the terminal and we need to go through security check)

convenient, good quality eat stop between flights

Excellent location near gates. Easy check in, friendly staff, smart, clean room and bathroom. good shower. I only had 3.5hrs in hotel between flights but it was worth it for a shower and couple hours sleep in a comfy bed.

little bit of noise outside room but luckily I had my ear plugs, not much signage for location (easily got directions from interactive map though). Wanted to buy a coke to take to my room but the only option was to pay for breakfast buffet that included drinks or go to the shop nearby. a vending machine would be useful.

It had not been made clear that this hotel is ‘Airside’ in the airport terminal and it is necessary to check your bags in for your flight (even if it’s the next day), you have to go through immigration and passport control. We wasted nearly 2 hours getting into the hotel (with hastily rearranged cabin bags containing things we needed for our overnight stay )because nobody in the airport seemed to know how to get to the hotel and we hadn’t been told. It was very frustrating !

overall it was comfortable and cozy.

clean room and bath room. The staff were courteous.

the bed sheets and comforter should have been fresher as it looked like re-used. there was no shaving kit as mentioned in your brochure facilities. for one day booking check out should have been for 12hrs instead of 9hrs.
