Generally a good stay! Would recommend people who want to have a quiet/cozy stay!

Staff is very friendly. Room is clean and comfortable. In quiet neighborhoods.

Breakfast is a bit weird to my tasting. Bathroom showerhead doesn’t function as expected - water would splash in all direction, and if water splashed outside the tub, the water would flow across the floor making the entire floor wet. The AC in the room a bit difficult to understand how to work on adjusting to the right temperature. Also cannot turn off the fan in the bathroom.

Comfortable stay close to the National Palace Museum with good bus connections

The hotel location to the National Palace Museum is fine. MRT is about 2 km away, but there are many bus lines going to MRT Shilin etc. Even the Yangminshan mountains can easily be reached with one of the bus lines. The room size with more than 30 sqm is fine, on the 6th floor guests may easily use the washing machines, dryer etc. There is a good individual choice for breakfast. For Bus and MRT transportation it is recommended to buy an EasyCard.

Heel goed hotel

Super mooi uitzicht op groen aan achterkant van het hotel. Grote kamer met goede bedden en kussens. Zeer speciaal ontbijt. De receptie is zeer zeer hulpvaardig. Dank aan Samedi !

Afstand tot centrum was groot. Op loop afstand was er niet veel te doen/zien.

It was an amazingly beautiful. Cudos to the curator.Its a peacful place.. Loved the staff.

Breakfast was yummy. Big protion too. My family enjoyed it. Staff were friendly and professional in dealing with guests.

Staff are friendly and Kind

They mentioned that they have a sports centre/fitness centre at the hotel which I thought was a proper gym. But it was just a small room with two treadmill machines. I was told at the check in that, I would be offered a discount which is about NTWD 5000 and I had to sign for it which I did. However at the check out, I was not refunded anything at all. I don't mind as I was not expecting a cheaper price but I find this fishy.

I love to be in Yusense. Thanks so much for taking care of us. This is the best place to have a leisure trip.

What I love the most is the style of this hotel. It’s elegant, the staffs are friendly and polite. They helped me to contact and make a reservation in a restaurant. They are too nice. I would love to comeback with this service.

The breakfast is not really my favorite. But it’s good in general.

The excellent attitude and helpfulness of the staff set this hotel apart from others

We chose the hotel for it’s location near the National Palace Museum. The breakfast was very good with several options. The staff at the check in-out desk were awesome!

As a female who has traveled alone often, I was not comfortable with the spring release closure of the room doors. I did not like that the from door didn’t close behind me and I could not easily push it close. I consider this a safety issue.

Excellent hotel close to the Palace Museum

The staff were very helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet. It is the best location to be within walking distance to the Palace Museum. It is not very central.

our second stay here while in Taipei and we will be back again

we love this hotel. it’s clean, and beautiful. in a great location for things we wanted to see close by

the beds are uncomfortable for our liking, but very firm beds might be preferred by others. Lon need and pillows were wonderful

Elegant and comfortable hotel with a touch of luxury.

Elegant and comfortable hotel with large, well appointed rooms. Lovely views from room and lounger area. Common areas were very stylish and breakfast excellent. Neighborhood was great and very close to Palace Museum.

Location was a little far from MRT although buses were easy to use and frequent.

An affordable get-away spot within the city.

Very comfortable stay in Yusense. The location was far from the MRT, close to National Palace Museum though. Besides the location, the room size, room layout, the facility were superb. They offered welcome fruits, free minibar (snacks and coke), and high-quality shower supplies. I also like the decoration of the room, simple and warm wooden furniture. Needless to say, the view was comfortable. The last but bit the least, Yusense provided a delicious breakfast. The portion could even be a brunch.

Low-speed wifi. Small gym with only three equipment. Time-consuming breakfast service.

The employees were extremely helpful and considerate. The hotel was within a 10 minute walk to the royal palace museum.
