A stone's throw from the center, connected by a comfortable well-lit sidewalk. The apartment is on two floors in a building entirely covered in wood of only 4 apartments.

On the first floor, accessible through a staircase, the spaces of the living area are distributed: the kitchen, the living room and the bathroom. There is also a balcony with deck chairs that offers a wonderful view of the landscape (Mitico Castellaccio and Presena) and an outdoor area to relax in the warmer periods on the lawn.

The kitchen has an oven and a four-burner hob, the dining table is equipped with extensions that increase the availability of seats up to a maximum of 8-9 people.

The living room is characterized by a peninsula sofa that can be opened when necessary with a very comfortable sofa bed with the latest generation H. 18 mattress. There is also a fireplace with lanterns.

The two bedrooms are located in the attic. The first, which can accommodate three people, is characterized by a raised bed and 2 low beds.
The second is the large double bedroom which has a private bathroom. All 5 beds are with slatted frames and orthopedic mattresses.

The apartment has two private parking lots, the first one accessed from Via Roma is outdoors, the second is a private garage located in the basement of the building. In the very large garage there is an area used for the arrangement of skis and boots.
The ski slopes of Ponte are about 700 meters away with a very large underground car park and a common bus service in the winter period stops about 50 meters from the house.
We rent only for short periods.
The rent is aimed preferably at family groups.

Great apartment, full of charm in the lovely town of Ponte di Legno. We were there for a ski holiday, not ski in/out but very easy access to ski area as ski bus stop is very close to apartment. A welcome change from staying in a purpose built ski resort with easy access to PassoTonale ski area also. Guessing an ideal location for summertime too as bike & walking trails close by. Highly recommend this lovely apartment. Thanks you Barbara & Claudia.

Just returned from our Christmas holiday in Ponte di Legno. What can I say? The apartment was spotlessly clean, cozy and rustic with a well-equipped kitchen. The area was just what we wanted - pretty, scenic and lovely views from of the mountains and yet only a 5 minute drive to the slopes (but the ski bus stops almost outside the door), and to the supermarkets, with good restaurants and cafes almost on your doorstep. Barbara and Claudia couldn't have been more warm, friendly and helpful from the beginning of our trip to the end. We miss it already!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well equipped and immaculate apartment. It has everything you need in good working order. It is the only place I have stayed in where I didn't feel the need to wash the cutlery and crockery before using it. Communication was excellent and the check in and check out both ran exceptionally smoothly despite our arrival time changing. Ski bus stops just outside and it is only a short walk into the town. Off street parking and a garage with ski storage. We are looking forward to returning next year. Thank you Barbara!

Great accommodation for a wonderful family holiday. Really welcoming, warm chalet surrounded by beautiful views from every window and balcony. Spacious feel but cosy, nicely decorated accommodation, has everything you need. Perfect location for skiing at Ponte and 10 mins drive to Tonale. Children enjoyed playing in the snow in the garden too. Owners really helpful throughout the stay, we will definitely return.
