We would love to come back

Location was incredible, in front of the canal and beautiful views to the medieval wall,room was very clean and bed very comfortable, special mention to Felix who was very friendly and professional.He helped us with a lot of information, parking is free.

Comfortable and convenient

Comfortable clean and modern. Great welcome from the staff. Excellent location just across the bridge from the fortified town. Free parking provided in paid parking lots nearby.

Walls rather thin; we were woken up by a noisy couple who came in late at night talking loudly.

excellente adresse en centre ville

Très bien situé avec possibilité de parking (payant) en centre-ville, ce qui est un avantage compte-tenu des difficultés de stationnement hormis les parkings en hauteur. Chambre et équipement et petit-déjeuner conformes au classement de l'hôtel

Cet hôtel est une belle découverte !

Nous avons adoré un personnel très attentif avec une délicatesse particulière dès notre arrivée. La chambre est très confortable, le lieux est au calme et le petit déjeuner très complet. La possibilité de se garer dans un parking gratuitement pas très loin !

Rien ! Je pense que j'y retournerai volontiers lors d'une prochaine occasion de visiter la Camargue.

We felt very comfortable and would return to Maison des Croisades again!

It was close to the city center. It was very clean and the room was inviting and comfortable with small, but very thoughtful amenities (like a kettle and tea/coffee). It has a lovely garden. We were provided with a cot without any issues. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. Our French isn’t the best, but their English is pretty good, so communication was made easy for us. And the owner’s dog was also very friendly and made the stay extra sweet.

Perfect location

Really good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean and well appointed with everything anyone would need for a short stay. Great view from room on to canal and ramparts. Dog friendly hotel. Excellent breakfast with a great choice of delicious fresh food on offer. Hotel provides parking pass for car parks around the town which is a great benefit. We felt very welcome at all times. Will definitely return. Would recommend very highly.

Fabulous accommodation in a prime position. ALL staff were wonderful, polite and cheerful.

Excellent communication with the owner re: check in time, facilities and parking. Excellent welcome on check in, owner spoke perfect English and gave us lots of information as well as a parking pass for free parking in a choice of places. Unloading bay right outside the door. The owner even carried our luggage upstairs whilst my husband parked the car! Our room was quite small but perfectly adequate and spotlessly clean, bathroom amenities excellent. Air conditioning unit and hospitality tray very welcome. Room overlooked the canal with a fabulous view of the medieval tower and walls. Sweet garden (where we picnicked in the evening) and where we sat for breakfast. The breakfast was good, the items available seemed to be of very high quality. Lots of information available in reception for things to do and see, also bike hire. Unfortunately we were not there for long enough to really take advantage.

There was only one coffee machine at breakfast which caused long queues, another one would have made a lot of difference. Not really a complaint, just a comment. I didn't like having to leave, wish I could have stayed longer!!

Perfect place to stay for a visit to Aigues-Mortes.

The hotel is ideally located just across the bridge from the main entry to the walled part of Aigues-Mortes. It is small and charming, with very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was very good, and the outdoor eating area in the garden was lovely. The provided parking nearby was easily accessible.

Two improvements would have made this police even better: mosquito screens on the windows and restriction of smoking outdoors (as well as indoors) during breakfast times.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. It’s perfectly situated with a lovely view. comfortable and clean.

We had the first room next to the reception which was quite noisy at certain times.

location good but too many inconveniences

Good location.

Loosely fitting sliding door to bathroom: only stay here if you don’t care about bathroom privacy. Very hot room on arrival - has aircon for night but why not close shutters in day between guests? Free parking available but first unloading your car is a challenge.

Fantastic!

Gentleman who was at desk, very helpful, spoke good English. Found us a place to purchase a Simmcard, called them for us to be sure we could purchase one. He went over and beyond with customer service. Thanks! Breakfast exceded expectations.

OK for one night.

Very handy for walking into the old town. Room basic but comfortable. Shower good. Wifi good. Helpful, friendly staff.

Hotel located at a busy junction. No local parking (apart from briefly, to offload). Breakfast OK, but noisy due to cars driving past a few metres away. Limited reception hours. No lounge area. Big friendly hotel dog (maybe offputting to those not accustomed to dogs). Seemed expensive for what it was but that maybe the downside of high season in a very touristy venue.

The location is close to the old town! The owner is very friendly and helpful. He helped us when we had problems with our car. He gave us information about restaurants and the city. Thank you once again, we would stay there again.

Great stay

Cozy hotel, perfect location, beautiful little garden, delicious breakfast and very nice hosts (plus the dog :)) who were also incredibly helpful with parking when we wanted to visit the city a but more. Would come back and recommend!

The sliding bathroom door is very practical for the size of the room, just not ideal for privacy.

Well placed for Auiges-Mortes had

Close to Auiges-Mortes good walks nearby. Reception helpful staff. Room comfortable just enough space, shower over bath good. Breakfast was sufficient. Aircon good and could have window open for fresher air.

Had to wait for reception to open, parking was nearby but not secure. Bit more variety at breakfast but this is a 2star hotel after all.

A complete surprise!

An excellent welcome. Parking just round the corner and free. Lovely clean and well equipped room. A great location for wandering into Aigues-Mortes itself which is a fascinating place provided you avoid the busy weekend. Great (but not cheap) restaurants. The breakfasts were good and the owners responded to the request for gluten free. Maybe a cooked option, eggs for example, might have been nice. Overall a memorable couple of nights at Aigues-Mortes. Thank you.

Good for 1-2 nights

The staff was very friendly and I felt very welcome. The room was clean and the location of the hotel is good. That being said, there was not much character in the room. The hotel is rather a basis for exploration than a destination in itself. Solid quality but nothing amazing.

The hotel could create more pleasant spaces for the guests, for instance in the garden.

Great choice for our visit to Aigues

Lovely hotel, pleasant staff. Breakfast great value for money. They gave us a parking permit which in such a busy town was like winning the lottery. Handy for restaurants and walled city. Last time we arrived by boat!
