THE SPLENDID SOLAR VILLA IMMERSED IN SICILIAN PERFUMES GIVES RECHARGING AND WELLNESS MOMENTS The house offers all the comforts: private bathroom in double bedroom double, kitchen, living room equipped with all appliances and utensils, free wifi, air conditioning, washing machine, etc. etc., furnished covered veranda, large outdoor terrace with sea view, furnished with sun loungers and umbrella, equipped area with barbecue where you can savor barbecues freshly caught fish, and local meat; private parking. THE PARTICULARITY' !!'? CAN ACCOMMODATE LARGE GROUPS MAXIMUM 10/12 PEOPLE WITH 4 BEDROOMS AND 4 BATHROOMS. THE VILLA is divided into two portions in the first there are two bedrooms with the addition of the third bed plus sofa in the living room, in the second portion there are two other bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate another 4/6 people. Linen is supplied on request. The area rich in historical and cultural interest such as; Erice, Segesta temple, Valley of the temples, Palermo (capital of culture), ... Then mention the enchanting beaches of San Vito Lo CAPO, Scopello, the salt pans of Trapani, the Zingaro nature reserve from where the various land and sea excursion. The area is so beautiful and fascinating that it is definitely worth visiting

The location of the house is amazing! You can easily walk to the beach within 5 minutes. The view from the house is great from the large terrace and several sun loungers to relax and enjoy the sun. The center of town is 15 to 20 minutes away with plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping. The hosts were very nice and welcoming. We arrived very late after a ferry mixup and they were so kind to us showing us around the apartment and recommending to come back the next day to explain things further. The free wifi worked great and they had a tv but we were so busy at the beach and exploring the town we never turned it on! We were 2 adults and 2 small children and had plenty of space.
