About this villa rental
Luxurious unique air conditioned detached corner villa on the biggest plot on the complex which has open plan living room having been designed with patio doors opening on all sides. The villa is in a quiet location within walking distance to the beach ,shops ,restaurants & many other eating places.
Villa has three double bedrooms with open plan living area opening on to the veranda and swimming pool. All bedrooms are fitted with full height wardrobes, bedside cabinets, bedside lamps, large mirrors and main bedroom with wall mounted TV. It has a family bathroom with bath/shower.
Downstairs there is a separate wc and basin. The living area has large sofas, large screen LCD TV with satellite TV, DVD player . The well equipped kitchen has oven hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine,
dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle & coffee maker.
Villa has large private swimming pool 8x4 meters (unheated) and garden which is fenced for privacy. There is a built barbecue, pool shower, sun beds, comfortable garden furniture to relax and enjoy a wonderful holiday.
South East area of Cyprus has among the best beaches and has the fantastic scenery and nature trails. Reasonably priced restaurants, tavernas and shops are within walking distance. for beach lovers the Golden Coast beach and marina is approx. 10 minutes walk, with its variety of water sports available including jet ski, ride on banana, Para sailing etc. The resort of Aya Napa is only a short bus ride away with its huge amusements / fairground park and a water park which is suitable for all ages.

Family of 5: 3 boys aged 4-11 for a 2 week break. The villa is good size and plenty of room for everyone, pool was clean and large with deep & shallow end, pletnly of sun lougers and outdoor seating.
Inside large comfy sofa and what was lovely is that all the walls downstairs have doors, so you can have an inside/outside living and create a lovely breeze throughout the house to keep cool. Barley used the aircon downstairs because of this.
Kitchen has everything you need, washing machine is slighty tied and sounds like its going to take off on final spin but clothes came out clean. The freeze size slightly small, but meh.
Bedrooms all had own aircon units and worked great, all beds comfy and plenty of towels.
At the moment the villa isn’t overlooked by anyone, so really nice and private, BUT… there is lots of building work going on and I suspect that will change, I would still recommend staying as everywhere has building work going on and unless you pay through the nose, most villas are overlooked somewhat.
There was building work whilst we was staying there, but it wasn’t that bad and normally stopped by midday because of the heat.
The location is good, but if you are staying at the height of summer its not walkable to the beach or anywhere really with children. Its too hot and you will end up carrying everything and them! So would recommend a hire car. This is only reason I gave a 3 star for location.

This villa is situated within walking distance of sea and nearby shops and restaurants. The villa was clean and was only let down by the close proximity of building work. Would not return until this is completed as there was a lot of n and dust.

We knew our stay was going to be positive from the outset, with prompt responses from the local management team to our last-minute enquiry. The property didn’t disappoint with lovely pool and a nice layout. As with other reviews perhaps a little tired in places at this end of season but nothing a good lick of paint won’t cure. There is building works going on in the area but didn’t detract from our stay. Lots of choices w.r.t. food within walkng distance including around and near Kalamies beach, and other great locations to explore around this coast.

2nd time staying at Villa Isabelle and another fantastic time . Villa has plenty of space with a very spacious pool with sun on it most of the day (Would get a bit more evening sun if 2 tall trees were trimmed which would be nice ). The area is fantastic with excellent restaurants and lovely beach walks . 3 big bedrooms and nice layout downstairs . Only negatives are that downstairs could do with a bit of TLC (new fridge and washing machine)and the outside furniture could do with updating (however still very functional). Overall would recommend staying here and look forward to returning .

Just back from a lovely break in Pernera. Villa is excellently located and just a short walk to restaurants and the beach. Pool and air con were a godsend and the villa suited our needs. Restaurants in this area are fabulous, and the areas is less touristy than Protarus which is good.
The villa catches a lovely breeze round the pool and gets sun plus shade all day long so it’s easy to take cover or sunbathe. Pool was cleaned every other day and was lovely and clean. Whilst there is only one bathroom the shower in this property has great water pressure so whilst there were 6 of us, we were in and out. The property has solar heating but we didn’t need hot water to shower just to wash up as the water is already warm on cold so we never ran out of hot water.
All in all a great villa. The only thing that would be a good addition to the villa is an oven glove, a grill rack for the oven grill and a sweeping brush to keep the floors clean during our stay 🙂. Sorry if we left the floors a bit messy!

Property was a little tired and needs updating . Blinds in main bedroom missing slats. Could do with more light occluding blinds in there. Blinds in lounge had stains . Property management company very helpful and quick response to our queries and issues .

Beautiful villa very quiet area. Pool area great with sun and shade. Bus stops not far away but we had a hire for our stay so was able to visit the different beaches. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher microwave and washing machine.

Great house for a Cyprus vacay in the sun
We were three friends in the house for a week and it made the perfect base for our one week vacation. (The house sleeps six, but with only one bathroom a max of four is more suitable)
The house was very clean when we arrived, and the welcome package with wine, bread cheese etc was a nice surprise.
We especially liked the pool area - very clean and with plenty of sun beds. Also the sitting area by the pool, where we enjoyed breakfast all mornings.
The area is nice and quit and not touristy at all - it seems to be a good mix of locals and rental houses. Beach and restaurants are within walking distance.
I would definitely rent the house again if going back to Cyprus.

Wonderful holiday
We have just returned from a fantastic 2 week holiday staying at Villa Isabelle.. The villa was lovely and spacious for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 teenagers age 16 and 13). The pool is larger than most in the local area and is well maintained. The pool cleaners visited regularly throughout our stay. There are plenty of comfortable sunloungers around the pool as well as 2 sets of garden furniture. There is plenty of sunshine all around the pool area but there is some shade from the palm trees, which is needed in the heat.
The villa was clean and well presented with plenty of spare bedding and towels . The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked many times over the holiday.
The location of the villa is perfect, it is is in a quiet corner of the development with no one overlooking the villa. It is only a 10 minute walk to the local beach (Kalamies - great ice cream van and lovely restaurants ) and about 7-8 minute walk to the bus stop. We didn’t hire a car, the local bus service is brilliant and good value with buses running every 15 mins 7 days per week. We took the bus to the Metro supermarket (sells everything you could ever want and more). We also took the bus to Protaras, Konnos beach, Ayia Napa and the water park. The beaches in the area are beautiful and the sea is perfect for swimming. Snorkelling is a must as there are so many beautiful fish to swim amongst.
We had excellent communication from Kishor at Prestige Villas prior to our stay with all our queries answered quickly.
We had an amazing holiday and would definitely return to the villa for another holiday.

JUST PERFECT
Really enjoyed our stay at Villa Isabelle, so spacious for myself, husband and 2 sons 17&13. The pool was fantastic, it was cleaned several times during our stay. There was plenty of sun or shade throughout the day all around the villa depending on where you choose to sit. The out door breakfast sitting area was really lovely first thing in the morning for early morning sunshine,then lovely and cool later in the afternoon. The villa itself was clean and fresh looking, it was very private and not overlooked. It took about 10 mims to walk down to the shops and restaurants and we enjoyed a walk into center of Protaras along the board walk some evenings. The location was perfect but we did hire a car which enabled us to shop at Lidl which is on the main road into Protaras.
Kishor at Prestige Villas was quick to respond to any queries we had. I would definitely recommend this villa and would love to stay again if we ever return to Cyprus.

Well presented, maintained and equipped villa in good location
I would give this villa an excellent rating. Nicely maintained, well equipped. plenty of towels. Pool/poolside gets lots of sun. Good wifi. Easy walk to village, bit of a trek but doable to beach. so recommend local car hire (we used PROTON in village centre who were good value ok cars and good service.
Downside; TV messy to use. Only one front door key which had to be lodged in box beside door for electric to work.(lived in fear of locking ourselves out all week). Strict instruction to use solar heated water supply, but no water pressure if immersion not switched on...... but otherwise excellent

Top class, beautiful villa
A lovely, well maintained and clean villa, situated just outside the main strip (around 10 mins walk) and about 15 mins from the beach.
Villa Isobel was well equipped, lovely and clean when we arrived and the letting agency Villas2let were fantastic, they arranged the taxi transfers, beach towels and any little jobs we identified were quickly rectified.
The pool and outside are great, pool is a good size with the sun hitting it from around 10am and slowly covering all the pool by about 12 noon. Pool is in full sun until around 15:00 and then starts to go into shade which worked out perfectly for us. There are 2 main outside sitting areas with one area always in the shade and the other by the pool which gets the sun later on.
Rooms are a good size, aircon in each bedroom and main open plan area which kept us nice and cool.
Pernera itself is fairly quiet, ideal for family with a number of bars and restaurants, plenty of shops and supermarkets. We hired a car and found driving around also very easy. There are several beaches and coves, all in walking distance although there was a lot of works underway when we visited in August 2018 which would make walking a little difficult underfoot if you are not very stable.
You can also walk to the much busier Protarus which was about 50 mins walk from the villa along the beautiful coastal paths, we would recommend popping into Zafiros situated on the seafront between Pernera and Protarus for Waffles and a drink, dry good and wonderful setting.
Overall, great villa, well equipped and in easy reach of the town and beach and very well equipped and maintained.

Very clean and ideally placed for a quiet break!
We had a lovely week, started off really well when we arrived at the property to find a welcome pack with everything we needed to have breakfast the first morning, even a bottle of wine which was a lovely touch.
The property is well maintained and clean the staff were extremely helpful and dealt with our little emergency (locked keys inside Villa) quickly and without any fuss given it was almost 10pm!
We would recommend this property and would definitely book here again.

På plussiden skal nævnes den store lyse villa, skøn lukket have, god modtagelse, rent, nyere veludstyret køkken. Kiosk og strand indenfor 1 km. Kun 1 badeværelse men til gengæld pænt og velfungerende.
Minusser: pool meget slidt, bunden bestod af løse flager. Der var utrolig meget støj, gøende hunde (6-8 timer i træk) håndværkere og trafik alle døgnets timer. Der er langt at gå til supermarked (2-3 km ) i den varme bærende på indkøb så bil kan klart anbefales. Meget hårde senge.

If you have a car the great beaches, restaurants, attractions and shopping in Protaras, Ayia Napa and Paralimni are a short drive away.Overall our stay was excellent, we spent a lot of time in the villa and would come back from the beach at lunchtime and often spend the rest of the day relaxing here. We had a couple of housekeeping issues and these were addressed within a day by the property managers.The only things that would have improved our stay were that one bathroom is tight for five people and the pool needs re-lining.We'll come back to Cyprus and will definitely stay in Pernera and Villa Isabelle will be near the top of our list for accommodation.

Wonderful week in October
We spent a week on Cyprus in October. The villa was perfect for our two children and us. The Villa provides enough space and good standards so that a family feels comfortable. Everything is as shown on the pictures and described at HomeAway.
The terrace is very nice and shady. So we had breakfast and lunch always at the outside.
The pool was amazing, we hadn't expected that it is really the villa's own pool (and not shared between different villas.)

Excellent holidays
Its our 2nd year staying in a villa in Protaras and this year we had the best holidays in this villa. Great house and very clean, in a quite neighbourhood. The location is great near restaurants and the sea with parking spaces for at least 3 cars and a great pool. We would highly recommend it to anyone and we would surely come back next year.

Another excellent holiday!
This was our third visit to this villa - we keep coming back for the peace and quiet at this secluded holiday home. Having said that, it is close by to the shops, bars and beach - its not really necessary to hire a car. The buses have improved recently and you can get a weekly pass for around 13euro or 3euro a day (free for under 12s) and the bus stop is right by the villa complex. This makes it easier to go to other beaches and even visit Ayia Napa or Paralimni. Pernera is also a nice family area, which is really close to walk to for nice restaurants like Speedy Gonzales mexican and nice ice cream places for some dessert.
We love the large private pool, it is much bigger than the ones in most other villas. There is in fact lots of space all around the villa to sit, with a good level of privacy - it was great to just spend the whole day there chilling by the pool. During the day we sometimes heard the ice cream van come round, which was a refreshing break!
We also appreciated the communal garden, which is great for a stroll after dinner, just 2 minutes from the house. Everyday we had our dinner at the lovely seating area by the pool and went for an evening stroll.
We arrived late at night and were very happy to discover a complimentary welcome pack on the table - just what we needed to get settled in! The property was clean and well-maintained and we had a pool cleaner come twice a week. We had everything we needed to make the villa feel like a home from home.
It was boiling in Cyprus when we went, so we were grateful for the air-conditioning in the house. In the evenings there was a nice breeze as well. I loved sitting on the really comfy sofa and enjoying the breeze, whilst reading my book. I would definitely recommend this villa for its location, facilities and value for money!

First Class Villa
Booked this villa for a 2 week stay in August. We arrived late at night to a much appreciated welcome pack. The villa is maintained to a very high standard, with all of the home comforts you would like to find when you are away from home. The kitchen is well equipped with pots pans etc if you want to do some cooking. The pool is of a very high standard, and is larger than the average pool you would find with a villa. It was cleaned twice a week and was crystal clear and very welcoming. We are a family of 5 with children aged 7, 11 and 13, and you could all be in the pool at the same time without it feeling crowded. The villa is very peaceful, with lots of different outdoor seats if you want to find some shade. The villa is in a quiet part of Pernera, with a walk of about 10-15 minutes to get to the main bars & restaurants - you can walk to the nearest beach at the Golden Coast in about 10 minutes. We did hire a car from a company recommended by the owner who I would definately use again. The car was great for getting to the bigger supermarkets and for getting into Pernera in the evening to do the lovely walk along the Boardwalk into Protaras. There are some great beaches you can explore to if you have the car without travelling too long. Nissi beach was a 15 minute drive away - an amazing beach as clear as a swimming pool with white sands - get there in the morning before the clubbers return after lunch!! The waterpark in Ayia Napa is one of the best we have ever been too. We would book this villa again if we return to this part of Cyprus - thank you for a very relaxing holiday.

Excellent Villa !!
This was our first holiday in a villa and we were not disappointed. We booked direct with the owner and this was extremely efficient with documentation arriving promptly.
The villa is spacious and well maintained to a very high standard with all the amenities you would want and expect !!!. Upon arrival a welcome pack had been left in the villa and the local agents visited next day to welcome you and answer any questions. They were very helpful !!.
The villa itself is in an excellent location with no passing traffic with privacy and looking at the other villas nearby had the biggest pool which was maintained twice a week by the discreet maintenance company !!.
All the local restaurants and beach were all within 15 minutes walk and the villa is within a short travel time from Larnaca airport.
There is nothing to say negatively about this villa and the question is ask is would I return ......" Absolutely Yes "

Spacious and secluded villa
My family and I stayed at Villa Isabelle last year and came back again this year! We had a fabulous time once again in this comfortable and spacious villa.
Last year we found the facilities and furnishings to be excellent, but this year they were even better - I especially liked playing my music by the secluded pool on the ipod docking station.
We had a lovely holiday and are already planning to come back next year!

Relaxing and enjoyable stay
Just to let you know, we had a wonderful holiday at villa Isabelle – we didn’t want to come home! The location was excellent – near the beach, restaurants and shops, but in a quiet area, which was perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed the large private pool and there was a choice of outdoor seating by the lush garden, which was lovely for having dinner out in the evenings. We found the villa to be like a home from home. There was air conditioning throughout the house, modern furniture and a widescreen TV and a fully equipped kitchen – even a blender, which we used to make fresh fruit smoothies with everyday! There was even a washing machine and dishwasher, which proved to be useful. The welcome pack was a godsend on our first day and the service from the owners was helpful from start to finish, making the whole rental process smooth and stress-free. Having holidayed in many villas, we have found this to be the best to date and are booking our place here for next year and would recommend this villa to anyone seeking a peaceful stay at a beautiful place in the sun.
