Relax totale, ovviamente è bello girare l’isola e io l’ho fatto, ma in hotel ti senti in paradiso ugualmente!

Personale molto carino e disponibile, la struttura è bella, noi abbiamo fatto colazione con la bowl di yogurt ed era meravigliosa .

It was a great base with just a few little niggles which didn’t really spoil it as I love Ibiza.

Very clean. Decor really fun.beds around the pool were very comfy and plenty of them.

Bar staff round the pool needed more training. He got our drinks wrong, only brought one food then when we sent drinks back they never reappeared! Maid knocked on second morning but we weren’t ready and she never came back so room wasn’t cleaned and towels changed. Walls very thin, I actually thought someone was in our room opening our safe but they were next door!

I definitely do not recommend this place at all

When I got to the property they claimed that my payment was not received but accepted to proceed with my check in after seeing the email I had from them confirming the payment. I put my luggage in the room and go for a walk and when I get back they had blocked my entrance to the room that had all my stuff inside, including money and passport claiming that I had to pay for the night as they had not received my payment, which I had paid one month before my arrival. As they wanted me to pay again to stay for the night I felt really offended especially by the way they were acting escorting me around as I was someone that wanted to stay there for free or something, I left the hotel to look for another place to stay. Thankfully I managed to save my holiday and found another hotel available. But I had to pay again to stay in another place which I was not planning at all. Next morning I wake up with an email from Beach Star confirming the payment they claimed wasn't done and got a refund of the amount 2 weeks after.

A warm and relaxing atmosphere close enough to the party but quiet enough for a chill holiday !

The property was cleaned daily and the staff were lovely the pool area was never so rammed you couldn’t get space but wasn’t dead at the same time. It was a lovely little hotel and I will definitely stay here again/recommend to my family and friends. It is really handy for the water taxi which can take you across to the main strip in 10 minutes for 4 euros with cold drinks available on the boat.

The hotel can be noisy at 4am/5am with people coming back from partying but never for too long. This isn’t the fault of the hotel it will be like this everywhere in Ibiza.

how can this be a 4 star hotel?!?

nice area around the pool hotel management were nice and professional

the toilets stink of gutter, there are basically no walls with other rooms….you could hear absolutely everything, when they were getting up and coming back, the most uncomfortable bed ever and making noises at every move. restaurant management highly unprofessional and disorganized

I liked this hotel, like a boutique hotel, so cosy, with wonderful staff and wonderfull music near pool. They invited everyday new dj's and music was really good!) Thank you guys!)

it is really nice, with the DJ during the day. It would be also nice to organise some parties during the night at the pool. Food was cheap

the beach nearby is not the best. it is too expensive for a 2* hotel

The food was lovley the poolside was lovley.

The afternoon reception lady was absolutely awful The others where really good but this one lady who seemed to be on 4pm onwards was awful. She has no customer service skills & tryed to start a fight with my brother as we asked to order taxi and she shouted there’s no taxis you will wait hours so we said please just order one We we’re standing waiting outside for her to come out and start on my brother as he was looking over at reception. She started shouting why you looking at me you have a problem then was shouting in Spanish in his face
