Gdańsk was magical.

Very charming and well located in old town with convenient dedicated parking space. Room was comfortable and quiet. Room had individual ac/heating controls.

Our room was on 4th floor with no elevator.

Had a fabulous stay in Gdansk. Hotel is in the perfect location and it is a lovely place to stay

This is my 2nd stay here. First time in the old side which was amazing. This time in an apartment

The apartment had a sofa bed for 2 adults which was awful and uncomfortable. Not suitable for adults to sleep on

Frustrating

It was very conveniently located and very clean

We were located on the top floor which they said was 3 floors but there were 5 flights of stairs. It was very difficult to get luggage up there. Someone should have taken our luggage upstairs automatically. Also our refrigerator didn’t really work and we wanted to get some yogurt for breakfast since we were leaving early. When I asked for the refrigerator to be fixed or moved to a different room, I was told that that could not happen.

Idealny na pobyt w Gdańsku

Hotel położony jest w samym centrum Gdańska w pięknej dzielnicy. Mimo, że jest to dzielnica bardzo turystyczna, to w nocy jest spokojnie i hałas nie dociera, więc można wypocząć. Dojście z dworca głównego zajmuje ok. 15-20 minut. Przed zameldowaniem można pozostawić bagaż w recepcji bez dodatkowych opłat. Pokój przestronny i czysty, sprzątanie odbywa się na życzenie.

Wieczorem brakuje ciepłej wody, pokój nie ma nawet małej lodówki.

Świetny hotel w samym centrum, polecam!

Wygodne łóżko, funkcjonalna łazienka, czysto. Świetna lokalizacja w samym centrum starego miasta ale W pokoju było bardzo cicho. Budynek i wystrój robią super wrażenie.

Pomimo że w pokoju było 23 stopnie to kaloryfer koło łóżka nie przestawał grzać. Nie było to jednak bardzo uciążliwie i pobyt oceniamy super.

Lousy room in a great location

Gotyk House is very overrated. It’s only positive attribute is its excellent location.

Gotyk House is very overrated. There is no elevator. The reception desk is only open 12 hours a day. The room design is terrible. Small, tight room, toilet in the middle of the room surrounded by glass walls, only partially screened by curtains, worst mattress than six previous hotels on this trip.

Superb

The fantastic location, the lovely apartment with two floors, great view of the cathedral. I would recommend this place - but remember to book a parking space immediately if you're coming by car.

The breakfast was disappointing - my pancakes were burned. Because it wasn't stated that I needed to reserve a spot for my car, there were none left and I had to park in a garage that was 17 min away on foot.

Like in a fairy tale!

The location is just stunning with a view to the stained-glass windows of the basilica from room number 5 which is, I guess, the smallest but the most romantic one! All the details are well thought-out and create a unique historically artistic atmosphere which you feel from the first look at the building! At night they light candles in the lanterns at the entrance to the hotel and you can just sit outside feeling like in a fairy tale!

Unfortunately, all fairy tales end… :-)

Beautiful historic hotel in a beautiful historic city

Amazing location, beautiful building, helpful and friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. This hotel is near all sorts of fun stuff to do and it's a really easy walk to the train station. Would definitely recommend staying here!

location, friendly reception, clean, we actually enjoyed the church bells :)

not negative but just information: no elevator, our room in the annex building was very small, and only one tiny trashcan. no housekeeping service unless requested

Perfect!

Ideally located right in the centre of town. rooms are beautiful and really clean. We stayed in a family room on the ground floor in the old part of the hotel and our friends had a deluxe suite in the new part of the hotel. We had breakfast a couple of the mornings, really tasty, great value for money and the young man serving us was very polite and helpful. A lovely touch on arrival was a magnet of the hotel - a great memory to take home with you.

Superb

Everything about the stay was fantastic! Location, value, breakfast, transfer all great.

There was no milk for the coffee and the refrigerator was unplugged. a very very minor thing.

Exceptional

Well, we did like EVERYTHING. THEY REALLY CARE ABT YOU! it was clean, comfy, there were even magnet as a gift and sweets 😉. It is really cool. Also guys agreed to have a look at our bags, after check-out, so we had more time to explore the city.

We arrived around 2 in the morning. And left around 10. Didn't have time to enjoy.

I made a mistake and didn't reserve the parking place for my car. The personnel solved my error in 3 min. Thanks for the help because I know how hard find a parking place in the old town.

The service was absolutely wonderful. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The building and room was absolutely stunning and well maintained. It was a nice touch that the person who cleaned our room noticed that we'd only drank the still water so they replaced the sparkling with extra still for us. The breakfast at the restaurant was amazing as well

Sometimes our room was a little too hot and working the heating was a little confusing but this was a very minor issue and we didn't mind as it was so cold outside.
