¡Súper bien!

Muy buena estancia. Alejado del centro pero en primera línea de playa. Zonas gratuitas para aparcar alrededor (en temporada alta hay que tener paciencia para encontrar un sitio). Habitación amplia y limpia, balcones con vistas al mar. Nos ofrecieron una comunicada y con ducha. La piscina dispone de silla hidráulica para personas con movilidad reducida. Buffet muy variado. El restaurante tenía mucho movimiento, pero los camareros eran muy resolutivos. Actividades diarias (Bruno, Javi y Paula animadores super dinámicos y motivadores). A destacar el buen trato de los trabajadores del hotel: todo el personal (camarer@s, equipo de animación, limpiadoras, recepcionistas, cocineros...) super amable, atento y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Nos hicieron las vacaciones aún más agradables si cabe. Son un plus para el hotel. Repetiríamos sin dudar. ¡Gracias!

Buenas instalaciones y ubicación, a escasos metros de la playa, cabe destacar la amabilidad del personal del comedor, gente excelente y profesional.

El buffet del hotel considero que es a gusto personal, a mi parecer no estaba mal pero tampoco estuvo muy bien.

Habíamos reservado una noche más pero la cancelamos.

Está a pie de playa

Saltó la alarma de incendios por el vaho de la ducha. Nos llamaron la atención y el chico que nos vino a reclamar fue muy grosero. Nos acusó repetidas veces de estar fumando en la habitación. Junto a nuestro balcón había la terraza de descanso del personal, todo el día haciendo ruido, fumando y hablando. Buffet de variedad pero poca calidad, el zumo es agua con concentrado, el embutido barato, poca reposición de postres.

Un souvenir très positif à la Costa Brava

Hôtel très propre et très bien situé. Repas variés et très bons. Chambre simple mais il ne manque rien, confortable et bonne insonorisation. Le personnel est très gentil, souriant et à l’écoute du client. Animations et musique quotidienne avec un soir un groupe très bon cover. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

DESCONEXIÓN TOTAL

La ubicación, el espectáculo COVER y ante todo hago énfasis en el trato de la totalidad del personal que fueron increíbles, bufet, bar, recepción, SPA, y así con todo su personal, comentar que Rebeca la animadora era muy dinámica y se metía a los clientes y los niños en el bolsillo, se nota cuando una persona es feliz con lo que hace.

Nada que decir, todo bien en calidad precio impecable. Por poner un pero, podrían plantearse poner pan de centeno y leche de avena, son detalles económicos que no creo que afecten al presupuesto de la cocina y seguramente los clientes que no comemos dulces lo agradeceríamos muchísimo.

Qualité du buffet, c'est du médiocre, trop de bruit dans le restaurant,, ça résonne et le personnel claque les portes des placards ainsi que la vaisselle, c'est un supplice pour les oreilles,pas assez de transats vers la piscine

Le Personnel est gentil TRÈS SOURIANT LE SPA La masseuse Carine à l'écoute massage au top. La semaine se fut très agréable et passé trop vite à refaire l'année prochaine.

Chambre, le personnel aimable mais surbooke faisant de leur mieux, la qualité de la restauration.

2 ascenseurs pour 8 étages, 2 machines à café pour 300 couverts, attendre 21 heures pour dîner, l’accueil qui vous dit c’est pas moi, c’est la direction, pas de parking contrairement à ce qui est annoncé, c’est un parking public’ plein 24 sur 24.

The location was the only good thing as well as a great solo singer and good buffet.

I typically don't write reviews but I've been traveling for a month mostly hostels and this was the worst place I stayed!! We were told our dog was too big(20k) and when we tried to cancel plenty of days before, they denied it. And upon checking in there was a very large dog much larger than ours staying on the same floor. Our first night there was also a Roach crawling on the pillow and they gave us 2 beds even though we asked for 1. The staff was extremely not friendly, older crowd in their 60's, there is also NO PARKING (public beach parking, every1 just driving in circles upset) , the website is very deceiving. Tourist trap! Very small rooms

Great time at Prestige Victoria

The staff , the view, the location ( right on the beach) , the food, the entertainment , the parking. They were cleaning your room every single day. The spa was relly nice. Everything was like we expected.
