Everything. The staff was friendly, the hotel very clean. We received a warm welcome. Everything was just perfect! It is exactly like the pictures you see on the website.

The sea was not very good!

All-inclusive is not our typical accommodation but we loved the place. The facility, food, the staff and the location was very nice. All clean and at the time we were there nice and quiet. We have loved the pools with heated seawater.
It was very early in the season (late Apr) so we assume the place was not full. Can't imagine what it would be in full season as all beds around the pool were taken by 9am in the morning and we could not get a booking at the a la carte restaurant. The sea was rough with a lot of seaweed, so we did not swim. Not sure if that is typical. But as said this is not our typical style of vacation.

The design all around was stunning, the food was fantastic, the ability to go to the farm for a meal was sensational. We loved our stay.
The only criticism is that we had to often ask for coffee/ tea top up,body lotion top up and no bathrobes or shower caps

I had been to this hotel last year and was very pleased with it. However I went back this year expecting the same but was disappointed. My room was very, very far away from everything, the entertainment was nonexistent.
4.5
Very clean and well designed hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. Buffet food was excellent, rooms well kept and cleaned - pool and bar service efficient.
Small detractors compared to positives above. App - was not able to get on prior to arrival and is built so booking is per room so if your a family across two or more rooms you need to request reception to book. This they did and so it’s possible just not east. The buffet is extensive but the speciality restaurant menus are focussed on 3 or 4 options per course and we could not get everyone happy so stayed on the buffet. Fortunately the buffet was very good. Pools were basically two main pools for public use unless you have an upgraded room and of course the sea. It can be hard to find a sunbed - it’s a large resort style hotel - unless your an early riser. We had three rooms and despite mentioning aircon did not work in one room.

staff, play staff, drinks, pool, food
toddler sitting/nursery , playground, not enough indoor activities during bad weather, bathroom with very poor ventilation.

The restaurants and all inclusive package was impressive, particularly ‘The White’ restaurant. Every member of staff were so welcoming, friendly and attentive and seemed very well trained. The Agreco farm experience was excellent and a must do! The swim up room was lovely and so relaxing. We didn’t want to leave!
The shower head in the room was fixed below waist height making it difficult to shower. The mini bar wasn’t restocked a couple of days but we called reception to ask and it was done straight away. Not a criticism but at Agreco farm, for us personally the amount of food served was too much in quantity. Had there been a menu to state what would be served we may have saved room for the later courses! The meat was delicious.

beautiful views, plenty of areas to relax, food excellent, staff all very helpful
not great soundproof of rooms
5.0
beach access and easy accessibility to water sports
The activities for kids 7-12 yrs could have been better organized .
more options for water activities ( pedal/kayak/boat rental) would have been better

The property is amazing, the location is right on the beach. The sun loungers are really comfy and didn’t struggle to find one. The food is amazing (book the white restaurant!) , the best we’ve had at this type of hotel. staff really helpful.
There could be a little more effort made with the evening entertainment, we only had a DJ each night and nothing else. Room was comfortable but basic in comparison to the feel of the rest of the hotel.

In front of the sea clean and wery beautiful decorated. The best place to related. Great attention to the customer.
4.5
When you have rooms with sea-view you do not get a sunbed close to your rooms. You have to look far away at the beach to find sunbeds which is not OK.
3.5
The hotel is a lovely looking place, with beautiful facilities. We enjoyed our room and the little semi-private terrace we had outside with sun loungers over looking the sea. The buffet was also very good quality, with a great choice for every meal. The sunsets from the bar were especially lovely. We enjoyed that there were activities on offer but they weren't pushed, or intrusive, the full moon party was fun but not over the top.
The hotel is set out in it's own far from just about anything else, so will suit those looking to "fly and flop", there's nothing to explore nearby that won't involve a bus or a taxi ride.
The hotel itself is beautiful, however just not geared for the number of rooms it has. We never managed to get a sunbed by the main pool, and getting one by the second pool (with a more kid-friendly focus, not the best fit for myself and my childless friends) meant being there from 8am. We were lucky that we had a terrace outside our room we could use, but that was luck, our friends had a room with a balcony, so would have had nowhere to sit if they'd not bagged their place from earlier than they wanted to be awake. The beds around the pools have been arranged with space and luxury in mind, but if the hotel is busy that just means a great deal of people (who have also paid to stay at the hotel) miss out.
The same is true for the restaurants, despite it being all inclusive with a range of restaurants on offer, we were told that no reservations existed for us for the entire duration of our stay. Since we were traveling for my birthday we complained and were given an early reservation at our chosen restaurant (6.30) on my birthday evening. We were there for 3 hours and the restaurant remained half full throughout, meaning again, people were missing out needlessly on a facility that had been advertised and that they had paid for.

the hotel is stunning, with amazing sunsets and sea views if you pay for the Seaview, the Aesthetic of the hotel was absolutely divine
The hotel struggles majorly with a solution to the Sunlounger‘s they need to make sure if they’re fully booked that they have enough sun loungers to facilitate each and every guest, it was kind of like a regimented holiday, you had to get up at a certain time to get a Sunbed! we were getting up at 8 AM and even then it was almost impossible to get a Sunlounger so this is something I feel the hotel definitely need to work on, I also feel that breakfast should run until 11 AM, you need to make an appointment to use the gym, two of the pools didn’t have waiter service, so if you couldn’t get a bed at one of the main pools then you had to go and get all of your own drinks and carry them to the sun loungers at the pool which was quite some distance from the bar area, the staff were very friendly and accommodating but I simply stated that they didn’t have the capacity of sun lounge is the amount of guests that they let book, also if you want to eat at one of the nice restaurants you have to book in advance and I would say you nearly have to book before you arrive, we were having to eat at 9:30 PM each night as that was the only time we could get booked into the restaurants and we booked them on the night we arrived for the full eight days. Another point that I’d like to make is that the hotel isn’t in a very hustle bustle area so if you’re looking for something with lots of bars and restaurants on your doorstep than this wouldn’t be the hotel for you. Another thing that I feel would be beneficial to the hotel would be some music round pool during the day as it had a very somber vibe, However there was entertainment in the evening. Lots of kids in the hotel too So if you’re looking for a relaxing holiday without kids I don’t believe that this is the hotel for you.

very stylish hotel, all inclusive just the right option for high quality drinks, food, service, location! we loved everything. Room with rain shower, filled with drinks fridge, clean, quiet, premium cocktails at the bar, pralines, ice cream all day throughout. Special thanks to the barmaid Manolis, he is a great experienced barmaid with a lot of knowledge, cheerful personality and warm heart. THANK YOU 🙏 Also Nikolai is a very helpful person, thanks a lot 🙏 Everything was uncomplicated very well organized from checkin till checkout.
very few thinks we would suggest to improve the ambience, install lounge music at background in the Beach bar and organize comfortable seating lounge on the side of the bar.
Would be also very nice to make a part of the hotel ADULTS ONLY. Split hotel in two parts and one part reserve for ADULTS ONLY. As it was quite annoying having drinks at the bar and watch crying children

The Hotel is magnicinat - We were updagraed to a room w/ Sea Vie and Privat Pool - We also used the main pool for activites - Room was very comfy big bed - Sofa and Free Mini Bar
The hotel food was very good - Exceptional breakfast.
The hotel staff are very freindly and always available to provide service
The decor of "all white" is NOT my taste - (But thats not a big deal)

Nice hotel, excellent for people, who prefer leisure without loud entertainment team and staff like that. Good food and really clean rooms.
There is A ' la carte restaurant, but during our stay (7days) we can't have any free table there.

Hotel is magnificent. Food is really delicious. Staff is very nice.
The room. It’s very old. They have not been renovated with the hotel last year. Especially air conditioning did not work at all. Hotel staff has been very nice trying to find a solution. They even changed our room. But at the end air conditioning never worked, which is totally unacceptable in a five star hotel, especially considering the temperature here.
Very complicated to book the restaurants (except the buffet style one where you do not need a booking). There were fully booked for our entire stay when we arrived. Staff helped but we had to be flexible and have dinner at 6.30pm or 9.30pm.
Not a lot of activities for children even if Sofia was incredible.
4.5
Spacious and clean sea view suite. Very nice pool area and quality sun loungers. The food quality at the à la carte restaurants was excellent while the wine list offered plenty of selection of good local wines. The staff was helpful and courteous. Superb rooftop bar to watch the amazing sunsets. Dinner at the adults only à la carte restaurant was a nice end to the trip.
Few minor points to highlight - challenging to find a sunbed as people reserve them without respecting the policy of the hotel. I would also recommend to change from using paper cups for pool drinks and cocktails to reusable/washable plastic cups as the paper one just disintegrate before you can even finish your drink.

The hotel is really white, clean and beautiful. We had a free upgrade and got a nice room with sharing pool which was fantastic and the kid liked it a lot. The view was so beautiful as well. The kid's bed with the ropes-amazing. The main pool is big and very nice. We used only main restaurant because the White one was adults only and the others two were not our choice. The service in the restaurant is good, the food is delicious but the choice is not so big.
I can't say i didn't like something because we had nice stay at White Palace, but there are a lot of things that could be improved. First of all - kids entertainment. If you find Grecoland, because it's difficult to understand where it is exactly, there are a few small tables where kids can make some staff 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon. The place is at the end of the hotel and when it is so hot and sunny, nobody wants to be there. In the evening only 30 min kids disco at dinner time at that is all. According my expectations this is not kids entertainment. The main thing that management could think of, is to inform guests better. Nobody knows that waterpark in the other Grecotel is included in the package (2 hours at lunch time). Nobody knows that this Grecotel Farm with organic food could be visit. It's very disappointing to understand that there were things that you could use, when you make your check out because nobody told you about them before. And my last not good feeling was that i asked to allow us to check out later(not at 11 am) because our flight was late in evening and we should pay additional charge for it. This leave a bad feeling ... but travelling with kid with diabetes, carrying insulin with us we have no other choice. If you have availability just do it free of charge, otherwise just don't do it.
4.2
The many different restaurants available on the premises, which offered various cuisines all offering very good quality food.
Each restaurant had children menus available (a part from the adults only restaurant).
The staff were exceptional and always willing to help. They were always happy and never short numbered.
The beach was really nice - we spent most days there as the pool area was too busy. Our son loved the beach.
The hotel also organised a wonderful disco every evening for the kids. And also offered different kids activities during the week.
The rooms were a little small and bathrooms were slightly out of date.
The hotel surrounding grounds were crowded and didn’t offer a lot of grassed area for the children to play.
To actually get a sun bed in a nice location you really need to save it before breakfast which is a little unnecessary for a holiday vacation - though the staff always managed to arrange a sun bed(s) for us if we arrived later, which was really helpful.
3.1
The food was excellent
The rooms need serious renovation
