Hotel ma znakomitą lokalizację, przy samej promenadzie. Dostępny jest parking. Większości obsługi jest bardzo miła (poza młodą Panią z rudymi długimi włosami). Śniadanie jest całkiem przyzwoite.

To nie jest standard czterech gwiazdek. Raczej dwa plus, może trzy. Brudne ściany, podniszczone sprzęty. W pokojach jest bardzo głośno. Pierwszej nocy mieliśmy pokój pod salą na dachu. Słychać było każdy ruch krzesła. Impreza trwała do pierwszej, później jeszcze kolejna godzina przestawiania mebli. O siódmej sprzątaczka znowu zaczęła szurać krzesłami. Koszmar, nawet zatyczki do uszu nie pomogły. Obsługa przeniosła nas do innego pokoju - było lepiej. Wprawdzie nadal było słychać muzykę na żywo z baru, ale przy głośnej klimatyzacji i zmęczeniu jakoś zasnęliśmy. Nie jest to hotel, w którym można odpocząć.

Eine Nacht auf der Durchreise

Mein Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und in der obersten Etage gelegen . Was sehr positiv war , da abends im hoteleigenen Restaurant live Musik , bis ungefähr 24 Uhr, gespielt wurde und diese durchaus in den unteren Etagen um einiges besser zu hören war wie in meiner Etage . Wer aber Abends eh in der lebendigen Stadt unterwegs ist oder selbst an der Veranstaltung teilnimmt, sollte dies kein Problem sein sondern eher positiv gesehen werden das was im Hotel geboten wird . Ansonsten war das Frühstück sehr gut und der Chef und das Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht einem den Aufenthalt so gut wie möglich zu gestalten.

Etwas weiches Bett. Klimaanlage ging nicht.

I would give it a second chance

Location, view, friendly HOTEL staff, allowed to check in early

Initially we were in a very small room without a/c remote, unfortunately we spent half a day to rectify this which it should not happen. However Igor kindly move us to a bigger room. It was a large room facing the lake. I would have been very disappointed if I had to stay in the little room so if you book a room in this hotel, make sure ask for the front facing. Reception would have been more informative such as hotel facilities, bean bags at the front.. it’s not all about breakfast times and that’s it… One more thing I must mention the lady serving drinks at the cafe/restaurant downstairs was very miserable and was not really welcoming, it’s a very nice place to chill and have drink

Great location away from the main area but only a short walk away. The terrace is stunning, both in the morning and evening. Really lovely hotel, would definitely recommend.

No gluten-free options for breakfast was disappointing as a lot of options were bread/cereals.

Superb

Reception was great as was the room. Good view from the two balconies. Bathroom and beds were very good. We had an issue with the electricity and it was repaired within minutes! Location on the quay is great although on the calmer side and a bit off the city center (maybe 5 to 10 minutes stroll), which is as described.

Service during breakfast was a bit slow and not as friendly as other staff. Bed for our small son was requested before arrival, but was not available. We had to improvise in securing the bed as he is incredibly active during the night.

great place on lake ohrid!

SU hotel is located right on Lake Ohrid and a 10 minute walk down the lakeside to the town centre. The rooms are clean and well equipped, and the sauna is a lovely added touch. The breakfast was also delicious with many options for vegans.

The staff is phenomenal! The room looks good and it is very clean. The breakfast was very good! The restaurant on the top floor is just superb - and the view from there is amazing!

The location was perfect, our room was spacious and comfortable., with amazing view for the lake. the breafasts were very tasty. It was very nice stay.

The rooftop restaurant could be bigger, one day we need to try few times to find some free table for the breakfast .

Right by the lake with breathtaking views. Smallish room but rather comfy. Good size bathroom.

Breakfast needs to be improved. More fresh food and vegetables please. No need for five different types of eggs when the rest is missing from the buffet.

Overall, I suggest the hotel. Recently renovated, staff is very welcoming and food was delicious.

The room is the same as in the picture. The town is small, so you can walk to the centre. Location is good, but a bit far from the old city. It will take 15-20 min of walking. The beaches are also a bit far from the hotel, 10 min of walking.

When I checked out, the receptionist gave me a receipt. And they wrote that I am from China, though I gave them my passport during check in. A little offended, guys, pls learn more about other Asian countries, there are a ton of them.

We think that Hotel Su is the best option when staying in Ohrid. Thank you so much!

We stayed in Hotel Su for 4 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The stuff was very polite. Special thanks to cleaning ladies who cleaned our room perfectly every day and changed the towels daily. It was so nice to come back to our room and see everything organized and shining. The food was delicious and diverse. It is open buffet so there is something for everyone. On weekends there is a live music in the hotel restaurant, we enjoyed Victoria Loba singing. Previous night we went to sleep, we closed the balcony doors and it wasn't noisy although the music was live on the ground floor and we were on the 3rd floor. We got a bathroom bathtub like jacuzzi with massager and it was a pleasant surprise, we liked it so much!

We liked everything, it is just a suggestion - to maybe change a little bit a breakfast. For our 4 days there were always the same options, variety of meals, but always the same ones.
