I was travelling and had driven for 10 hours. I found the check in quick, easy and staff friendly

I liked the view cleanliness, welcome, restaurants nearby, parking

I have no complaints. It was a most comfortable experience and I will go back again.

Need better cleaners & happier staff not sour

The place was nice, comfortable and I liked it. BUT

but so many things cleaner's don't clean our air con was full of dust, cupboard shelves dust on them to the high shelve I got up to, to put stuff on was so thick literally of dust like it hasn't been done up there in years, very poorly u have to pay for accommodation plus also your parking there was very sad especially how much u have to pay gor 1 night, they have 1 lady work there she is absolutely and I'm going to be honest here is a pig, she's not even welcoming, happy she's just so miserable no good having staff there like that doesn't make guest welcoming as u first walk in and have that serving u

Short stay that serviced our needs.

Location 1. Close to function we attended. 2. Close to shops and dining venues we utilised. 3. Close to public transport.

The reception and front view was nice and clean but a part front that no much to like it

Well, in general the room needs a lot of loving care. Carpet was dirty and old, the shower need a good scrub.

It was a great location and would stay again

The location

Our room was not clean. And the only two pillows we had where flat and super thin. The dishes and cutlery were all dirty and had to be washed prior to use. Very noisey room

Gorgeous view of Brisbane in comfort

Stunning view, very comfortable.

Bathrooms were a bit dated, only given one dishwasher tablet for a three night stay.

Disappointing to have such a crappy bed & very minimal sleep. Front desk staff were helpfull & pleasant with enq

Clean but aged.

Bed absolutely needs replacement. Hollows where people sleep & super soft mattress sides. Fridge defrosted o Dr kitten floor. informed front desk. Don’t think it was addressed while out. Placed towel under door to stop leaking out overnight again. If it was addressed, they did 1/2 a job as fridge inside still had water everywhere & partially melted ice. Car parking was a shamble. Double booked my spot 2 of 3 nights there.

Superb

Great location with the Storey Bridge Hotel 200mts away. 600mts to ferry terminal and can get where ever you need or close to in Brissie City. Plenty of food options locally, brewery,cafe,bread shop and Night Owl very close by. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Rooms were spacious and was very comfortable for 2 adults.

The walls maybe need a little paint work done,but overall nothing to note that was bad..

Nice big apartments with a great view over the Brisbane river and a good sized balcony to enjoy it.

There was no intercom system to buzz people up to the apartment but very minor inconvenience, the lifts were fast.

The staff were extremely friendly during the stay and tended to any issue he had promptly and professionally.

The apartment was below cleaning and maintenance standards. Our keys failed halfway through the stay and needed to be replaced so we could access the building. Although this was frustrating, staff were extremely helpful to get any issues fixed promptly.

Perfect, would stay here again.

Fantastic location close to the Storey Bridge Hotel and the Brisbane Jazz Club. Great views of the Brisbane skyline and the Storey Bridge. Room was spacious enough for a long term stay with all amenities.

Nothing really, it was all good. They were retiling the corridor to the pool but ongoing maintenance is part of the deal.
