Fantastic ! Very good place to stay in Malia, one of the best 🤩

Philoxenia is very clean and a serious hôtel. The SPA is very nice and it’s a good place to stay with some friends or with your family

Nice place for people who love exploring rhe city.

The place is right at the center of the city! you walk one minute out the hotel and you have everything! the staff is very helpful and nice, an the receptionist has exceptional english.

the quality of the rooms was poorer than expected, an AC from a higher floor was dripping on our balcony and the room was very small and too crowded for four people.

The timw limit on using the pool. Closes too early..

great place for a vacation in Malia

The hotel was close to the beach and the center of Malia; friendly staff; clean and we got clean towels every day; room with ac and a smart tv.

Nice Hotel near the Beach

It is very close to the beach (not more than 10 minutes). Also the staff is friendly and helps you with your questions. It was uncomplicated.

There is no shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom.

Good experience with lots of room for improvement

The Pool and Sauna Facilities were very good. The restaurant had a very nice feel to it. The Location was awesome with lots of lots of shops and restaurants.

No WIFi signals at all. Breakfast was very repetitive and sometimes finished earlier than the designated time.

Good

They gave us an extra bedroom for the same price, that was super convenient as we were 7 friends and booked two bedrooms. The swimming pool area is pretty cool, with some hammocks that makes it a good atmosphere.

The bathroom shower hanger was broken. Internet is OK, don't expect super speed. Breakfast is way to simple.

- Tasty and varied breakfast; - Great location (beach, market, bus station, shops, entertainment, food offers etc.); - The pool chairs were cleaned every day; - Daily room cleaning (light, but even the clothes were folded :) ) - Nice atmosphere.

- There was no shampoo/ shower gel available; - Spa area for additional cost

Beware! Pictures of rooms differ from reality

1. Breakfast buffet 2. There is a beach nearby 7 to 10 minutes away

1. Room is different than what is seen on advertised pictures 2. It was super loud..music played outside at the bar till very late in the night 3. Malia is a place for ,"party till sun comes up" place...not a relaxing place..found out later about it

Staff were nice, room was clean. Nice swinging seats.

The pool with all the extras, with fountains and jacuzzi is all extra. Not to expensive, but still extra 🙂

Exceptional

It’s a nice family run hoteliers about 400 meters from a nice beach and it’s like a small resort and very good breakfast and food here is very good and the prices are very low we enjoyed the stay with my family and it has some parking spaces which was quite handy

Very suitable for childrens. Big playground .

The grill was only every second day. Dinner could start earlier then at 8pm

The bed was very comfortable. The walk in shower has really nice "stone in epoxy" floor tiles - like walking on the beach. Plenty food on offer for breakfast and dinner of ok to good quality.

The Wi-Fi in my room was non existent, but ok in public areas. Would have been nice if the bar music was turned down a bit after 10pm as it continued every night till 12. Having never stayed in a half board hotel before, I never realised just how much of a mad scrum it would be trying to get to the food. Having said that, the food did vary each night.
