Great stay for early morning travel from narita airport

Staff, food and location were great

The beds were hard and I found dust in the shower vent but other than that was great. No tatoos for onsen use but that was expected.

なかなかない温泉付きホテル

この度は、お世話になり、ありがとうございました。海外からの帰国で、疲れが溜まっていましたので、温泉を利用させていただきました。予想以上の充実した施設に感激で、温泉・露天・ミストサウナ・打たせ湯をゆっくりと満喫しました。まるで温泉旅館に宿泊したようなお得感と満足感を味わえました。疲れも取れ、癒され、翌日の帰路へ元気回復で着くことができました。良いホテルとの出会いに感謝です。

高価なモーニングメニューのみだったこと。できることなら、朝食の種類が、体調にあわせ、軽めに取れるモーニングメニューが他にあれば、利用したかったです。その点、コンビニがあったので、助かりましたが。

快適なホテルの時間

この度は、大変お世話になりました。まずロビーの広さに驚き、開放感があり、受付もスムーズで、大変心地よい印象でした。部屋は、多少古さを感じましたが、清掃が行き届き、シングル使用としては贅沢なゆったりした部屋にしていただき、感謝です。海外出発の前日泊を、快適に過ごすことができました。スタッフの方たちも、接客など丁寧で、皆様の仕事に対する真摯さや精進のほどが伝わってきました。

Great place to stay

Staff was extremely helpful. One of our bags was dropped off at the wrong hotel but the gentleman at the front was able find it and bring it straight to me

Last minute booking for less money.

Shuttle bus for shopping center and airport. Buffet Convininient shop inside the hotel.

Lack of maintenance. Old furniture. Un cleaned toilets.

Great place for arriving into NRT. Great water!

Close to the airport. Onsite onsen. Great restaurant too. Got a late dlight into NRT? Hop on the free shuttle and go have a wonderful soak and continue your travels after a good breakfast!

needs improvement

i like that the onsen is affordable and you can use it until the next day..

i didn't like that the room temperature can't be easily adjusted we had to call the front desk a lot of times to change heater to air-condition and we didn't sleep well because the room was too hot although it was spring the night we stayed was too hot yet we had to suffer instead of relaxing and we discovered that under the bed is not clean at all. so disappointed.

Ok for one night.

Convenient location and reliable shuttle to/from the airport.

The garden wing was very old/rundown, odd bed configuration, my bed was very loud/ squeaky. There is a resort fee- we didn’t feel comfortable using the (naked) hot spring- there should not be a fee for something we couldn’t use.

Convenient and Clean

Very close to airport, it has a day/hourly rate which suits travelers who have a layover time between flights or arrive very late in the evening after the last trains have departed into Tokyo. (Cheaper than booking a taxi!)

温泉で雪見風呂

快適なWi-Fiでした。別料金でしたが、温泉に入れました。広々したお部屋でした。入り口に置かれた体重計は場所柄良いサービスだと思います。バスの運行頻度も良いと思います。

お部屋に古さを感じます。

Onsen great, beware of the garden room, and maybe there are cleaner hotels around Narita.

The onsen was nice and the restaurants were great. All the staff were so nice and I really appreciated their help throughout the one night my family and I stayed.

Do not stay at the garden room, it almost terrified me. The room and journey to the garden wing is unclean and filled with warn out scratches and stains. There is like a smell in the room that was also scratched and stained to a point it felt like it hasn’t been updated since the 70s or 60s. After being totally grossed out I ask the front desk for an upgrade and we got into a room in the main building. It was nicer, since we went from that scary room but I still there there are better options around Narita at 3-4 stars.

フライト前に良かった。

トリプルルームが利用できた。温泉施設があり、よかった。

ビュッフェの会場で、団体の人たちが、お酒を飲み大声で喋りとても気になりました。大勢での会食の際には、大声を出さないなどのルールを守って利用していただきたいと感じました。

A great place to overnight near Narita Airport

The breakfast buffet had everything. The location is a little way from the airport or any shops but the free shuttle service to/from the airport and to/from the shopping mall is great.

Was ok .. If not for the convenience of the shuttle service would probably look elsewhere next time

Staff were nice enough but we told them we could switch from a triple room to one for only two people if there was one available. They did switch us but still charged for a triple even though on the site we booked there was a price difference for the two categories. Overall we felt overcharged for what we got.

Has seen better days but has a fantastic indoor and outdoor onsen!

Comfortable beds, rooms. Fantastic indoor and outdoor onsen baths. Close to airport, free shuttle service.

Although clean and clutter free, hotel has definitely seen better days. Stained carpets, beat up bathrooms,… very rough around the edges.
