Lovely coastal village and excellent bus serve to visit surrounding areas

Tasty breakfast, plenty of choice. Friendly, helpful staff! Cosy lounge area for evening meal.

We've stayed here before and enjoyed it very much.

Amazing, quaint village by the sea. Fantastic pub, the loveliest, friendliest staff, breakfast superb, pub meals great. Room very comfy and spotlessly clean.

Our only regret was that our bathroom was not en suite, but we knew that when booking. Despite this, our bathroom was ĵust for our use with a great shower etc.

a beautiful haven at the end of a 20 mile walk.

full of character, not over modernised, very interesting art work of local scenes, cosy beautifully furnished room, excellent food, wonderful staff.

Excellent location and just what we needed to recharge our batteries !

Our second visit , very friendly welcoming staff , cozy comfortable and clean and the food is delicious

I personally would have liked a thicker duvet but that’s just my personal preference and there was a second throw to use

This Royal George is a perfect place to stay when visiting Staithes, which is a lovely quaint fishing village by the sea

Everything! The location was perfect, the room was spotless, spacious. We had an excellent nights sleep ! The breakfast choices were fabulous . We had the full English which was so tasty and cooked to perfection .

Great hotel, great atmosphere in the bar, cozy room.

Gorgeous location, right in the middle of the main street, great staff, food was amazing too and the bed was so comfortable.

The black pudding wasn't to my taste but I'm very fussy about it!

Really comfortable night away finished off with a very tasty full English breakfast

friendly welcoming staff, very clean well presented room, comfy bed, great pub atmosphere, perfect location, overall a really lovely place to stay and had a lovely breakfast. Will definitely book again.

hot water pressure was the only tiny fault we came across but wasn’t the end of the world.

Loved it, would definitely visit Staithes in the future and wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

Lovely pub, the staff were really friendly and helpful, and the cooked breakfast was possibly the best I've ever had. We also had an evening meal one night which was fantastic too.

Everything about the pub was excellent. Only issue we had was getting caught out by the carpark, beware the resident only areas! It was our fault though since we arrived late and it was dark, we missed the sign, whoops.
