Die Lage ist gut. U-Bahnen sind sehr nahe. Umgebung ist wenig touristisch

Die Handtücher hatten Löcher, das Geschirr war abgeschlagen. Sehr hellhörig.

Great apartment to use as a base for seeing the sights of Barcelona!

Good sized apartment (for 3-4 people) in great location close to good restaurants, shops and tourist sites. Fully equipped kitchen was appreciated. Really helpful concierge, Jorge, met us late in the evening for our check-in and took time to answer all our questions.

Bedroom was very stuffy without the air-conditioning on.

Great location, but too expensive for what it is

The location was perfect walking distance to Sagrada Familia. There are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The host met us at the property to hand us keys and show us neighborhoods on a map. The building has a small elevator which was super helpful.

The bathroom is split into two - the shower is inside the bedroom, with the toilet and sink is in the hallway. This works for two people staying there, but getting ready in the morning was odd. The apartment was great, but was much to expensive for what it was.

Great location and good hosts. Overall was quite small for 3 people though. Ideal for 2.

Pros: Fantastic hosts - were there upon arrival. Went through the contract, deposit, gave us 2x keys, advise regarding the city and major sites. Always available when we had any issues. Location - really great location, 5 min walk from Sagrada Familia and local amenities. 30 min walk from the beach.

Cons: Flat was really small, from the pictures I thought it would be bigger. Shower head was broken and it was difficult taking a shower easily. Cooker was temperamental. We had to turn off at Mains and leave for a few hrs for the cooker to cool down before we could use it again. Extra bed sheets which we used for the third party in our group to sleep on was very dirty and stained.

Because of the night flight, we have late check-in and paid 40 euro. I think this situation isn't good for family with kids. I understand that to have late check-in because you have fun in town and pay a penalty, but for night flight to pay panalty isn't good. They must modernize check-in proces with PIN or different methods to get keys.

What I didn't like

The location as it was 5 minutes from Sagrada familia and the tube.

The flat was small and it didn't have modern furniture. The 200 euros deposit was too much and I didn't understand why it was returned to my card after two weeks. The moment we left someone got in to check and clean the flat. Do why wasn't the money returned immediately?

Great location, great tiny apartment, a bit pricey

The location was great, next to the metro and many supermarkets. and walking distance from La Sagrada Familia. The apartment looked very nice, and it was clean and comfortable for 4 people.

It is quite expensive for such a tiny apartment. The structure of the apartment is a bit weird too - the bathroom Gad see through doors? and the shower room did not have a door.

Small average apartment in a good location with excellent hosts.

Location great. Nice and quiet. Lots of local shops and places to eat. Hosts were excellent.

Cockroaches in communal areas and in the apartment. Pretty small and basic for the money. This may just be Barcelona cost. No A/C in the bedroom so very hot. Lots of things broken (bathroom door handle, bathroom sink does not drain well etc). Balcony not really a balcony. No room to sit.

Great location and very nice staff

Nice and clean, the pictures were deceiving as it showed different apartments that looked bigger, but it was still nice.

The aircon didnt work or was leaking in a bowl, which overflowed. Otherwise everything was great

Convenient location and fairly comfortable.

The location was really great as it is close to Sagrada Familia and metro stations. In case of any issues, the staff was always available to resolve them. For instance, the washing machine was not working but they immediately replaced it when asked.

The air conditioning was noisy and only effective in the living room, not in the bed room. The house seemed a bit old, we spotted couple cockroaches.

only location was good. close to sagrada Familia.

unclean. dust everywhere inside the apartment. doors very difficult to open. cockroaches in entrance. no housekeeping for 5 night stay. noisy air conditioning. problematic washing machine.

cockroach palace! cockroaches everywhere!! the mattress was horrendous and we had to clean every surface and wash the linen before we could sleep on it, extra hidden charges that were supposed to be included

Good for couples visiting Barcelona, small but convenient.

Great location, it's very close to Sagrada Familia but very quiet and convenient - there are lots of supermarkets and a traditional market around!

The facilities are a bit out of order, the air conditioner leaked, the washbasin leaked, and the shower went on several directions.. It needs a bit maintenance. In addition, there was neither scouring sponge nor in the kitchen, yet the host asked us to wash the dishes. So we had to buy them ourselves.
