Buen hotel, un poco costoso y con varias cosas a mejorar

El aspecto general del hotel es muy agradable, bonito, muy arborizado y en perfecto estado de limpieza y orden. El sitio es muy tranquilo e invita a relajarse. La zona de piscinas muy bonita, amplia. El restaurante amplio y bien decorado. La habitacion amplia, al igual que el bano. El personal muy amable. Los precios de comidas y bebidas son moderados. La luces electricas de la habitacion tienen buena intensidad y permiten leer sin dificultad en la noche o con las cortinas cerradas

El personal necesita mejor entrenamiento, se solicita algo de comida o bebida y traen otra cosa. No hay casi opciones para el desayuno y si deseas algo mas, debes asumir costo adicional, es enganoso decir que el alto costo de la habitacion incluye el desayun, cuando lo que esta incluido es minimo y todo lo otro debes pagarlo, deberia tenerse un desayuno tipo buffet, el alto costo del hotel lo amerita. Sorprende que en la zona de piscinas no haya personal salvavidas, esto es una violacion a las normas de seguridad, especialmente porque hay muchos ninos en el hotel. Los parqueaderos quedan alejados de las habitaciones, asi que siempre toca caminar y el terreno tiene pendiente. No hay minibar en las habitaciones. Ni en el bano ni en la habitacion hay una mesa o tocador donde ubicar los articulos de aseo y belleza que uno requiere usar; solo se cuenta con un minusculo lavamanos con espejo donde no es posible ubicar todas estas cosas, lo cual es incomodo. Se tiene un armario pero sin puertas ni donde colgar la ropa; para esto tienen un perchero a la entrada de la habitacion, lo cual si se usa, hace que la habitacion se vea horrible, desordenada. Las ventanas de las habitaciones dan a los corredores, por lo cual, siempre hay que tener cerradas las cortinas para mantener la privacidad, pero esto implica encender las luces o mantenerse a oscuras; esto se solucionaria, complementando las cortinas oscuras actuales con screens de color claro.

Wir hatten superior Zimmer gebucht, das war höchstens 2 Sterne und es gibt nur kaltes Wasser zum Duschen, steht nicht in der Beschreibung!

fantastic place for a short stay

Ideal place to break a trip between Zona Cafetera and Medellin. great for kids, with cool pools and playgrounds. you can also see cool animals on the property, such as Aras and huge iguanas.

the restaurant was overpriced and quite basic. rooms don’t offer much, which wasn’t a problem for us, but might be for others. wifi was poor and showers rather cold

large room, clean, lovely staff, very helpful and service oriented

NO hot water in the shower in the Suite, no natural light or view ( had to keep curtain closed for privacy). Loud music by the pool

Exceptional

Absolutely everything! The facilities are wonderful, the personell were super helpful and kind. The food offered at the restaurant was pretty good as well. The bedroom was big enough and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the game room and the swimming pools too.

Nice facility but very expensive.

The property and facilities are beautiful.

Lack of hot water in rooms. Only three zones of WiFi, none in the rooms. Breakfast was scarce, for the price I was expecting a grand buffet. (I was not offered juice or fruit), the stay was totally overpriced.

Superb

The facilities are very nice and when we arrived on muddy bicycles the staff set us up with a hose to clean things off. It is a short walk to town with shops and restaurants. The rooms are good.

We arrived 2 hours before the 3pm check-in and even though the resort was practically empty we had to wait and drink beer at the pool. The restaurant is only ok.

Very good

Villa Camila has a spacious green property with a large pool area. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. They have the best food in La Pintada in their restaurant and lots of maracuya lemonade and cold beer to help with the hot weather. The staff were really nice and attentive.

Almost everything was great but some small details- bed pillows were not comfortable (large and firm) and as a vegetarian I was able to eat a few things (Breakfast items, soup, salad, arepa, beans...) but they don’t have anything on the menu that is intentionally a full meal for vegetarians.

Nice location, good poolside, but room and hotel quite old. Too expensive for what we get

Staff was Staff actitude, more than all at the restaurant and by the pool.gently and helpfull. Swimming pool are Ok, resto of facilities quite old.

The bed was ok

So called deluxe room is basic room and upgrade to superior es a stabdard room and as fir genius booking means jack as the prices with discount on the bookings website are more then the hotel prices so bolking a genius room is basically booki g the worse room in the hotel as most hotels dont care to s..ts about genius so thats a load of bullthe hotel food was terrible and not value fir money i supoose gonna blame it on the c 19
