Worst place to stay

Nothing is like in this property..

It was the worst experience and very rude staff especially the front desk staff. Very bad condition of washroom and bad smell on bad and blankets like to stay in C class Hotel. I highly request that not to stay in this property.

Nothing. The Comfort Inn flag should be pulled. Had a very bad experience

I travelled with my partner who is a US citizen. We choose the Comfort Inn Donil Vadodara due to Comfort Inn reputation in the USA. The Comfort Inn Donil is a disgrace to the Choice Hotel brand and as a hotel chain you should be very concerned about your brand. There was Mold in bathroom, water stains on faucet, glass and mineral deposits on shower head, molding is bathroom dirty and gross. Curtains couch, chairs stained, dusty and falling off the hooks. Floor and moldings dirty. AC was not working in 30 C temps. Mold dust & rust on air vent. Would give me only 1 room key. I am embarrassed to call this a US brand. In addition, we poured into a broken / shattered water glass, miss matched coffee cups, the room was poorly maintained. The cleaning standard was a -10 if that is a rating available. Most disgusting thing was poop stuck in the commode. We asked for a refund and the Manager refused to give us one after we showed him the above. Call or email of you interested. Bathroom was not good..water Clogging.even after given complaint did not taken care by staff. Ac was unable to increase temperature.gave complaint but not addressed with further follow up Drinking water given limited. No travel desk

only the location as the hotel is on the highway it is a good option for the travelers in transit ,
