Loved it!

We really enjoyed everything! Location, the room, the garden, the breakfast, everyone working here :-) Wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone wanting a nice place to stay while exploring the area.

Everything was so clean and the attention to.detail was great, staff exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was lovely.. Had a bottle of their premier extra Brut champagne, which is elegant, refreshing and excellent quality. Certainty recommend a bottle of wine when staying. Will certainly return.. Alison

Very good

Very fancy and comfortable.

Really hard to get any food locally as is in a very small village- better if you eat meat! So plan ahead for food elsewhere.

Lovely stay in Champagne

lovely and strategic location in a quite and nice village. comfortable room & shower. very tasty French breakfast. we would come back.

we would have appreciated the daily cleaning of the room.

Great location in the heart of the champagne region. Very friendly host. My idea of heaven was a mini fridge filled with 5 bottles of champagne! Didn’t actually manage to open one as we went out to a local bar. Have bought some to try later. Great breakfast with film about champagne making to get you started.

unique property in lovely village convenient as stopover or if visiting Reims.

Pleasant room with fridge holding 3 bottles of champagne to try if you wished. Payment required. Lovely setting in interesting small village with several champagne houses. Friendly personelle. Good breakfast with excellent croissants. Quiet setting.

Some low beams in the room requiring care. Not really a problem

Perfect choice for a Champagne Break

A quiet location in a pretty village perfectly situated to visit the many champagne houses in the area. Beds comfortable and nice seating areas outside to sit and enjoy a glass or 2 in the sunshine. Mini bars with a choice of their champagne at very reasonable prices.

Nice place in a beautiful village. Friendly hosts. Champagnes of the house available in the fridge.

There is a dog, which we did not know before. And he was not very friendly; we were not always comfortable to pass him.

Great hosts, amenities and location!

Great welcome from our hosts who are very friendly and very attentive. We bought them several vintages of their champagne to taste it. The village of Rilly is very well placed in the Montagne de Reims and very charming. We are delighted with our stay

Superb

Very good place to sleep if you are in Champagne district, near the vineyards, Reims and Epernay. Very clean, very nice reception and owners. The bedroom was really comfortable and the continental breakfast perfect for me.

Cold room (bring coats)

Very nice breakfast. Very convenient location for champagne tasting in the village.

We'd booked a room with 2 separate beds. The second bed was unusable because instead of a proper sheet, it had a plastic sheet suitable only for incontinent people. The room and bathroom were too cold. It was a large room, but there was only one air-con unit to heat the room, and the control wasn't in the room (which we'd never experienced before in any accommodation). It was controlled externally, and the temperature was set too low. We had to wear several layers of clothers, plus coats, and also had to wear outdoor layers of clothes when in the bed. A radiator and towel-rail were both not functioning. We did complain to the property, both at the time, and later, but they didn't set the heating controls to enable us to avoid shivering in our room, and only offered a 15 euro refund, which we rejected as being an insultingly low offer for a room that was too cold. Very disappointing indeed.

Great place to stay for a visit to the Champagne region

We had a wonderful 2 night stay here, very nicely decorated rooms, delicious breakfast and very nice and helpful owners. The tour through the wine cellar was of course a highlight, as is the Champagne that is sold there directly from the owner's own production.
