First floor and room with 1 double bes and 1 Double decker ,aircond ,fridge,,Toilet,Hot water,.parking overall ok. Easy to find Food ..

4G Line weak..Celcom and unifi (1,2 bar only) ,umobile (1 Bar) Pool a bit dirty,Bring own Towel,shower soap, shampoo.. Door to Beach (Walking) open 9.am-7.00pm 5 to 8 minutes.

Wonderful and satisfy

Host: Very helpful host by providing video, fast response, describe important info in details and clear, and of course very friendly Condo: Spacious and neat. However, floor need to be mopped. I can feel the debris on my feet.

Quiet Homely Stay

This is a small "home stay" type apartment with a single bedroom and a single bathroom. Simple furnishings and more importantly enough "beds" for all of us to stay: a queen bed and a double bunk beds are available. Especially when needing our rest when we're back from visiting families and relatives during this festive season. The apartment is quite clean considering that it must have occupied by many families prior. All the facilities work, the air conditioners, water heater, an electric kettle and a microwave oven. Simple kitchen utensils and plates/cups/mugs are available. Only thing missing is a stove, which is understandable for this type of occupancy. The surrounding area is quiet despite seeing a number of families checking in the apartments during the festive season. While needing a bit of sprucing up, overall condition is acceptable. And more importantly, there's ample parking for everyone. We had an agent, Kumar, in touch with us for checking in and getting the keys at the unit. He has been very helpful despite not being around physically with some of my queries. The security guards are friendly too. Overall a good and safe stay over the period 👌

Furnishings should be updated a bit. And unfortunately, the unit below has a few cats that relieved themselves out in the balcony below and wreaking havoc in the early morning when we wanted to open the sliding door at the balcony. We're lucky we were on the first floor and next the stairwell, the lifts are located awkwardly at the middle of the other blocks and would have a bit of a pain to carry the luggages the units from parking.

Overall good and acceptable

I like the location as very nearby to the beach Sri Purnama. Really a walking distance beach. There's also a swimming pool inside this condo. Mr. KC was the responsible and kind person that hand over the condo key to me as I'm the one check into condo late evening after the range of check in time.

Erm, this condo located quite far from PD waterfront which needs to drive about 40mins to arrive. Some more traffic quite jam along the road to PD waterfront.

Beach access yay, clean and comfortable a maybe nay

Communication with the owner and caretaker was easy enough. Clear information was given by the owner prior to arrival. The apartment was spacious. It had a working refrigerator and kettle and a microwave oven was also provided. The fact that the apartment was on the ground floor is a plus as it was easier for us to carry our things/luggages from the nearby parking lot and less mess when we came back from wet from the beach (does not require the elevator). It was also near enough to the gate for us to go outside towards the beach. Pantai Sri Purnama was just 3 minutes away and we didn't mind the walk towards the beach.

It could have been cleaner. The floor felt dusty upon arrival. We had to kill about 4 cockroaches on day 1. The water pressure of the shower was low. The pillows were flat/out of shape. The microwave oven is complicated with lots of buttons/options and it did not stop even after the timer has run out and when we open the door. The sink in the kitchen was leaking and the were no kitchen towels/cloths to wipe the counters and no drying rack provided so it gets messy when we clean our dishes (both on the counter and the floor because of the leak). No place to hang wet clothes, so this is a minus because we went there to swim and it was an inconvenience everytime to hang our wet clothes (8 of us).
