About this apartment rental
This soaring penthouse is located in the heart of Malta’s most dynamic location, surrounded by an abundance of shops, shopping centres, restaurants and bars. Sliema is Malta’s social and economic hub, buzzing with life and activity. This penthouse is located on the 9th floor, served with a lift for added comfort, and positioned precisely on the seafront.
The penthouse is set on 180m² terrace included and makes optimal use of the space provided. The front part of the penthouse is an open plan living/kitchen and dining area, comprising of a fully equipped kitchen for convenient in-house cooking and dining. This area is decked with Gres tiles which complement the monochromatic colour scheme, which then flows into the parquet flooring adorning the rest of the penthouse. The property follows a minimalistic approach to décor, with an uncomplicated layout and modern furnishings. The living area makes way for the breath-taking terrace, which is the focal point of the penthouse. The terrace offers spectacular views over the sea towards Valletta, whose skyline provides a stunning backdrop especially during the night-time. The outdoor Jacuzzi is an added feature to add further comfort and a unique feel to your stay. Outdoor dining furniture also provides the option to have an alfresco meal with the grand view of the Capital as your setting.
The penthouse has three bedrooms positioned at the back of the property, thus providing privacy and peace and quiet, ideal for a good night’s sleep away from the promenade. The main bedroom consists of a double bed and en-suite bathroom, equipped with a bath and shower. The twin bedrooms both comprise of two single beds each, and there is a family bathroom in the adjacent corridor. Both bathrooms are compact in design but make optimal use of their space. There is also a washing machine in a practical small terrace just off the corridor, ideal for doing laundry while on holiday.
For those renting a car, this penthouse has an additional feature in the form of a private parking space in the garage a few doors down from the apartment block. This optional parking space can be rented for 10 euro per night, and provides a secure and easy parking access for anyone hiring a vehicle.
Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.

Great location, close to everything. Ferry, bus station, grocery stores, restaurants. Gorgeous view from the huge terrace. But the property could use a cosmetic update. We rented a car and the office, which is conveniently located downstairs, rented us a garage spot next to our building. Office staff was very helpful and always available. We have enjoyed our stay in the beautiful Malta, and this apartment was a perfect home base to explore the islands.

Flott beliggenhet, men en del feil
Utsikten fra takterrassen var det beste med denne boligen. Men den virker litt slitt, kjøkkenskap, sengen på det ene soverommet var tydelig blitt ødelagt og så reparert (hadde nå bare en sponplate under madrassene) Heisen stod i 2 dager (liten ulempe når man bor i 9 etg) Toalettene var uten vann i 2 dager og så mistet vi vannet helt i en dag. Men utleier mente allikevel at vi ikke hadde krav på noe kompensasjon.

Amazing view from balcony; very convenient to ferries and bus
The strong positives are the balcony with jacuzzi and amazing view of Valletta, and the convenience of being easy walking distance to the ferries, bus, restaurants, grocery store, and Sliema Beach. The best part of this apartment is that they connected us to a driver, Pierre, who drove us all over Malta and Gozo. He drove wherever we requested, but also took us to places we never heard of but were so pleasantly surprised. When questions about the apartment came up, Victoria answered by email or WhatsApp immediately. The only downside is not a fault of this organization: city garbage collection is daily, so there is always a pile of garbage bags on the front steps. But that should not deter anyone from coming here. It's a great place to spend a week seeing Malta!

First time in Malta
This property is pretty much what we expected. Great location for Sliema ferry and buses. Great view of Valletta from fabulous balcony with jacuzzi. Almost permanent firework display (free but not guaranteed!) building work next door could upset some but if you expect it it can be interesting watching them (they start at 0600 but are finished by 1300).
Plenty of shops and access to all of Malta and Gozo on your doorstep. Nice touch with bottle of wine on arrival. Thank you.

la cité est trés belle mais les procédures et certains personnels sont abominables
L'appartement semble très beau mais les finitions sont très perfectibles, rideaux trop courts,voir transparents à la lumière du jour, bruit de la climatisation, plinthes décollées, dessus de petits murets terrasse abîmés, table de cuisine cassée, matériel de cuisine très insuffisant, Jacuzzi avec une fuite permanente qui n'a été fonctionnel que 2 jours sur 10 jours; Le meilleur pour la fin, un réveil en pleine nuit avec le compteur électrique qui sonne au titre que nous aurions dépassé la consommation d'électricité alors qu'il y aurait un défaut sur un appareil. Non ce n'est pas fini, comme nous n'avons pas fait le code en pleine nuit qui nous a été envoyé par watsapp nous nous sommes réveillé avec le courant coupé.
La on a forcement protesté et bien on nous a répondu que c'était écrit dans le règlement.
En conclusion, c'est très dommage de vouloir être si rigoureux mais il faudrait que ce soit pour tout le monde.
Dernier point notre correspondant sur place très gentil et aimable, nous a redonné 200 KWH gratuit et payé le taxi pour l'aéroport, en revanche personnel de l'agence détestable, vraiment mal aimable

Stunning Penthouse - Breathtaking Views
We arrived at the penthouse in the afternoon after having booked a convenient taxi transfer from the airport. The apartment itself was amazing - modern and bright, and very clean too! The highlight was the magnificent terrace, the view of the capital Valletta is truly something to behold. The only drawback that we can mention is the fact that we did not have enough blankets when we arrived at the apartment, as it got quite chilly in the evenings. But this issue was quickly resolved by Ralph and his team, who provided us with more than enough blankets when we reported this problem.

Location,Location, Location !!!
The location of this apartment is superb. Close to all the amenities of Sliema and within walking distance of lovely restaurants and bars. The property was clean and well maintained and was better than the photos. The views from the terrace were superb and being on the top of the building meant that the noise from the traffic was minimal. The host, Donna was really helpful recommending lots of good places to eat and dealing swiftly with a couple of small problems. The information given to us before we arrived was excellent and we will definitely use this company again.

Stunning view
This was an excellent apartment with a stunning view over Sliema Creek. It is exactly as is shown in the pictures. The situation was also brilliant as it is only minutes from the ferry to Valetta, across the road from a bus stop, there are numerous really good restaurants within a few minutes walk, and a mall which includes a supermarket a ten minute walk away as well. The letting agency were very helpful from the start, and responded quickly to small problems that we had during our stay (the Internet issues were a problem outside on the street). There are swimming areas nearby but no beach. This suited me, but the water is deep so would not suit young children. To to put all the weather was hot and sunny all week!!
