Les photos sont vraies, mais les commentaires sont faux pour la plupart. Pas dormi du tout.

C'est à n'y rien comprendre. Rien ne concorde avec les commentaires. Bon petit déjeuner? Il n'y en a pas... c'est quoi ce délire. Oreiller unique (traversin) et épais comme une serviette pliée. Mal de cou assuré. Extrêmement bruyant. On a simplement pas dormi pendant deux nuits. Prés de la plage (700 m), mais quartier douteux. Vu des dildos dans les ordures en bas. Accès extrêmement laborieux (lien Whatsap pour déverrouiller la porte, n'a pas fonctionné sur l'iPhone). Le responsable a déverrouillé à distance. On l'a jamais vu. Il doit nous prendre pour des idiots, mais désolé, quand ça prend quatre photos et une vidéo juste pour ouvrir la porte, il y a un os. À éviter.

Sehr netter Aufenthalt

Die Nähe zur Altstadt, zum Strand und auch zum Busterminal, einfach zentral. In direkter Nähe ein Supermarkt und Cafés. Die zwar kontaktlose aber sehr persönliche Begleitung des "Vermieters" war ausgezeichnet. Alle (auch nicht gestellten) Fragen werden umgehend beantwortet und individuelle Tipps werden mitgeteilt. Super!!

Der Fußboden im Zimmer und teilweise kleinere Oberflächen im Bad waren leider nicht sauber. Ein Fön wäre in dem Preissegment angemessen gewesen.

The window screen was broken and as a result there was no natural light. The owner did not answer the Phone or text. It was impossible to Enter without a Mobile Phone

La persona encargada muy amable.

Mi padre de 88 años le fué imposible con las puertas de código y demas. Habia código hasta para ir al baño. La chica encargada muy amable y atenta pero decidimos irnos por todo los problemas de no poder acceder al edificio sin mucha dificultad. Pedimos que si nos podrían cambiar de habitación y nada. Luego pedimos si no podrían devolver el importe. Era una semana y mi padre solo pudo estar la primera noche. No hemos recibido ninguna devolución. Muy decepcionados con los propietarios.

Ok for short stay. Happy to have clean room and comfy bed although room too small.

Bed was really comfy. Location was good.

powerful shower & comfortable bed - location good

complicated & stressful access // noisy due to lack of soundproofing & communal WC // general cleanliness & tired & needed upgrading // lack of basic facilities // no cleaning or change of towels / bed linen throughout our 4 night stay // overpriced considering previous comments.

A good but fairly basic, clean base for a couple of days.

Clean room, location was good, opposite the bandstand on Easo Place with a direct route to the beach and old town. A fairly busy street but street noise was minimal with the window closed. 2 mins to Amara station for trains to Hendaye (& connections to Biarritz and Bayonne). Nice modern bathroom.

There was no hot water in the shower, we reported this to the owner but this was not fixed. This is a 3rd floor apartment split into several guest rooms. It is a nice old building but we found the internal noise from the other rooms and the apartment above to be a problem. We were woken before 7am each morning by the noise from above. Earplugs might be a good idea. It was not easy for us to find where the Pension was at first- we asked in the bar next door and they helped us. The electronic door system is complicated - you need to telephone the owner before you arrive to send you the door code and a video to explain how to get into the building, apartment and room. We telephoned the owner when we arrived to find out how to get in. We also had to assist a guest one night who could not get into her room.

the location is handy to the old part of town.

the room is very spartan - no glass to drink from or even a rubbish bin. noisy especially at night. not good value for money, there are other options. bathroom across the hall which is awkward. over priced.

good central location for single or couple. very tiny lift noisy at night when we stayed.

good location. the room was clean and tidy

very noisy at night but I do appreciate that it is in the city centre. huge dustbins being emptied at midnight. very complicated process to initially get into property with electronic code key but ok once in for first time. we were lucky and had the bathroom to ourselves, however it is a shared bathroom and there are five rooms could be a difficult share. no lounge as mentioned in description.

There are better options nearby for the same price

Excellent location. Parking close by and cheap (for San Sebastián) - we paid 20€ for 2 nights with the pension discount.

No privacy - walls are incredibly thin. The room we booked had a separate bathroom which we were not aware of at the time of booking. The bathroom has no window so towels did not dry and it was very awkward having a bathroom that was not part of the room itself. Check in states from 1pm on Booking.com but we were not allowed to check in until 4pm. Seemed expensive for what we got.

Exceptional

A lovely room in a period property - the bed was extremely comfortable and the place is exceptionally clean. Located in a lively square with several cute bars, just a few minutes walk away from the old town - great,

The bathroom is private but across the corridor, however this is not an issue as you are provided with bathrobes and there are only 3 rooms so it's very private.
