hôtel très bien placé, personnel de restaurant au top

Dès mon arrivée, le monsieur de la sécurité qui est également le bagagiste mérite des +++, il est vraiment au top, sérieux, professionnel, bravo et merci à lui. Le personnel au restaurant, je n'ai pas de mots ! Au delà de toutes mes espérences, incroyable, hyper réactif, professionnel, attentif, généreux... s'il fallait les noter il mérite 12/10, c'est sincère !

la réception a encore des progrès à faire, je n'ai pas trouvé le personnel à la hauteur, ce qui est fort dommage car c'est eux que l'on voit en premier ! En rentrant le soir, je n'avavis jamais de serviettes dans la chambre ou il manquait, le thé et café dans le plateau. j'ai demandé via la plateforme "booking" 2 lits séparés, je voyageais avec mon fils ado et on a eu un grand lit, la demande n'a pas été respecté, ça n'est pas normal. et je n'ai pas apprécié qu'il fallait payé en plus pour accéder au hammam, piscine,...

Très bien, nous reviendrons.

Très bon emplacement avec le métro à 5 mn à pied. Chambre très bien équipé, moderne et fonctionnelle avec vu sur la baie d’Alger et tout le nécessaire de bienvenue. Personnel aux petits soins et disponible. Petit déjeuner très varié sur le toit panoramique. Je remercie au passage l’agent qui a monté nos bagages et qui nous a montré par la fenêtre la station de métro et merci également à la femme de ménage qui mettait tout les jours les petits doudous des enfants sur les coussins avec la petite couverture et merci au gentil monsieur qui propose des crêpes le matin ainsi qu’à toute l’équipe.

Diner très moyen bien que le cadre soit magnifique, vu le tarif on mange mieux ailleurs et pour des prix beaucoup plus raisonnable. Réception un peu expéditive mais cependant très réactive et efficace pour toutes les demandes.

Perfect stay in a beautiful, well managed hotel.

Everything was perfect. Great location. Amazing service by everyone, from the valet parking to the breakfast buffet staff and the reception. Very comfortable rooms with a beautiful view on the sea and on the city of Algiers. We’ll be back. Thank you!

Tiny details: a trash bin in the room as opposed to only in the bathroom would have been nice. As well as a blanket to cover up when chilling in the room. However, these are just minor details and this hotel is still a 10.

Super séjour je recommande

Point positif : J’ai séjourné 5 nuits au Lamaraz et je suis ravie des prestations qui nous ont été proposées ainsi que de l’accueil. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil, serviable et disponible. Au restaurant également ils sont au petit soin et ils se rappellent même de ce que vous aviez pris la veille. Le petit déjeuner est varié (sucré salé) et très bon. La vue du restaurant est sublime ! Les chambres sont propres ainsi que les parties communes il n’y a rien à dire. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie est confortable. Concernant la localisation, il y a pas vraiment de restaurant à proximité car c’est un quartier résidentiel mais en revanche il y a le métro à 5 min à pied qui vous emmène au centre d’Alger en moins de 10min. Je fais une mention particulière pour Shérif le taxi qui travaille avec l’hôtel. Il est très gentil, serviable et respectueux. Il est aussi très marrant 😂😉. Il nous a fait preuve de disponibilité tout le long de notre séjour. Je recommande cet hôtel à 100% Point négatif : Aucun Anissa A

Clean hotel with stunning views, amazing staff.

This is my second stay at Lamaraz Hotel, and I never regret choosing this hotel again. It's one of the cleanest hotels in the area with an amazing view of the Bay of Algiers. You can see the sea, boats, and the beautiful city overlooking the Mediterranean. They offer a good breakfast, and the team was simply amazing.

Je ne me lasse pas de cet hotel, j y séjourne à chacun de mes passages à Alger

J ai apprécié l accueil chaleureux de Mll Sihem, Mlle Kawtar et Mr Anis. Le service de Mr Abdelhaq au restaurant. Tous sont souriant et bienveillant. Le confort de l hotel, la chambre (suite Aigue Marine) est magnifique avec une vue imprenable sur toute la baie d Alger d Est en Ouest. La qualité du petit déjeuner.

L'emplacement proche du métro (- 10 mn) La propreté, le confort. Le sens du service des employés (mention spéciale pour le réceptionniste Anis). Le petit déjeuner varié et la gentillesse des serveurs. Le chauffeur de taxi très pro Chérif recommandé par l'hôtel.

Les prix de la privatisation de la piscine (+ 5000 dinars par personne) et du buffet au dîner (5800 dinars).

Amazing

This hotel is a 10 even though was quite a short stay but everything was perfect a were looked after from the get go, staff were very friendly and welcoming, easy checkin, I did upgrade my stay to a Suite which literally was amazing, from the suites that I have stayed in during the years I can rate this between the very top, Manel and Fouad who run the front desk and bookings were very friendly and made everything seamless, very much looking forward to getting back, and definitely will . Thank you!

We stayed 4 nights in the hotel and it was a great experience from the moment of arrival until the check out. Very cozy suite, it was quiet at night which allows great sleep. The personel at the reception and in the restaurant was incredibly nice and always useful. Breakfast was really delicious offering big variety of choices. We tried dinner once, it was buffet style, tasty but a bit overpriced for what it was. The view from the hotel restaurant was so beautiful.

There's nothing I can really think of. The only thing I do suggest to improve is the communication through the booking.com app. I didn't get any response for my message before the arrival for 2 days and had to ask a local friend to call the hotel. Only then I got a response. And the communication wasn't very polite but I think it was due to limited English skills of the person talking to me. But once I arrived to the hotel, I had only the best experience with every single person working in the hotel

Despite the setbacks this is my best hotel choice for Algiers.

This is my 4th time in Lamaraz Arts Algiers. A known place to me with a really helpful staff. I hope ti stay afain on further visits.

I was sad to see that the breakdast lunch and dinner buffets were all gone poorer since my previous visit one year before. Besides the sink in the bathroom that was out of order and water was not discgarging which was not repaired despite my remark.
