About this villa rental

Casa Don is a beautiful luxurious villa that sleeps 18-20 and is situated in a quiet tranquil residential area of Javea. The Casa is built on a 2000 meter plot and has 360 degree views of all the amazing scenery Javea has to offer. The plot is south facing and has the benefit of continuous sun the whole day through.
Casa Don is approximately 10 minutes from the blue flag Arenal beach. Here you can enjoy the amazing sandy beach, clear refreshing sea water and countless top quality restaurants, bars, night clubs and coffee shops.
Decorated in a modern tasteful decoration, Casa Don has all the mod cons making it the perfect place for a great family holiday. The villa is a 3 floor property with large driveway (space for 4 cars) and plenty of outside areas to accomodate for large groups of people. The grounds are fully fenced with gated access ensuring complete privacy. This villas covered and uncovered terraces provide an excellent setting for al fresco dining. Guests will enjoy the large private pool with optional pool heating available for the cooler months. Relax in style on the many sun loungers or in the covered Bali house for those who want a bit of shade from the sun.
The living room is an open plan design incorporating the dining room and kitchen area. Large patio doors surround the living area allowing for amazing views of the Montgo mountain and the Mediterranean sea. The patio's open onto the large wrap around balcony on the ground floor of the property which truly allows guests to enjoy the outdoor living space. The living room is equipped with 60 inch flat screen television and a comfortable 3 piece suite and armchairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has all modern appliances with hob, extractor, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, large fan assisted oven and microwaves. We have also supplied a Nespresso coffee machine and much more.
Casa Don has 7 bedrooms, 3 of which have en-suites, 2 main bathrooms and 1 toilet room. The bedrooms consist of 2 rooms with super king size beds ( 1 of which is en-suite), 2 rooms with king size beds (both en-suite) which open on to a large private balcony, 2 rooms with 2 single beds in each and a large room with 2 sets of triple bunks in (perfect for children or family wanting to stay together).
The crowning feature of this property is the huge games room situated in the basement. This is equipped with a snooker/pool table, computer gaming area and darts board. There is a bar area which has a large refridgerator for cooling bottles and drinks for around the pool area. At the bar area there is a 55 inch television with all the sports channels so guests can really enjoy relaxing whilst keeping up to date with all the latest sporting events.
All bedrooms, lounge, dining area and games room have air conditioning (additional charge applies) Wi-Fi throughout the property, English and Spanish television and optional heated pool (additional charge applies).

We had 18 people stay in the Villa and it was perfect! There a quite a few steps so if you struggle it may not be for you but my 75 nan got on great. The local beach was beautiful but it is about 12 mins in the car. Car hire is a must. I had most of my contact with Lesley and she was nothing short of fantastic. She sent great restaurant recommendations and supported us in whatever we asked (we didn’t as for much as it was all already thought of) I would highly recommend this villa!

Beautiful Villa with stunning views. Amazing large pool.All the facilities you would need. Quiet area you do need a car. Plenty of room various different spaces didnt feel crowded with 18 of us being there. Lesley the owner was very helpful. If i may make a recommendation a gate at the top abd bottom of the steps keading to the pool would be useful it was hard stopping the little people going up and down them. No complaints from anyone.

Owners were incredibly helpful and we have stayed in one of their other properties before. Bedroom space and bathrooms amazing, but we felt like we had to keep contacting them for kitchen supplies, water and heating for water. More could be made of round the pool, possibly cabana or outdoor kitchen and table but a lovely property non the less. Thank you for the stay.

We absolutely the villa. It was comfortable for 18 people and everyone loved it so much. The facilities were brilliant, the kitchen and bathrooms were all great. The air con was very good throughout the villa too! The pool and outdoor area was the biggest hit and we all spent most of our time out there! The owners were so easy to communicate with and if we need another villa for a large group again we would contact Lesley and Jamie before anyone! The vill is about 15 mins drive from the Arenal but we found it easy to locate and there is a supermarket 5 minutes away (google the Masymas near the villa in Benitatxell) which was so convenient for everyone needing to pop out for food etc. Loved it and we wish we could go back!

Perfect for our large family gathering. The accommodation was very comfortable and spacious and the pool was great. We didn't meet Lesley (though she did arrange for someone to meet us) , but communication with her was easy and quick. The villa is not walking distance from any facilities, but the nearest supermarket is only 10 minutes drive away and the beach another 5 minutes. We all had a great time and were very happy to have chosen this villa.

We have just returned from this stunning villa, where we went to for our parent's 40th wedding anniversary. The villa is very spacious, has lots of chill out areas to relax and have some private time. The pool is massive and the games room is excellent for entertaining everybody. The villas was perfect for us, in total there were 16 of us and it was extremely spacious. I had to contact the owner on a few occasions to ask her for advice, and nothing was too much trouble from booking restaurants to organising transport to and from the restaurant for us. We would highly recommend this villa to anybody wanting a relaxing holiday in a spacious villa. Javea is a beautiful part of Alicante and the restaurants on the sea front are also beautiful. Make sure you read the Welcome Pack as there are some instructions in the pack that i wasn't aware of - like make sure the BBQ is left in a clean state. There is a chill out area at the front of the villa where you can sit with amazing scenery and views ahead of you - just perfect :) Overall experience of Javea and the villa - FANTASTIC

Villa is amazing, very comfortable lovely crockery and glasses. Fittings and fixtures are top quality. We were a party of 16, 9 adults and 7 children, everyone enjoyed it and with so much space there was always somewhere. quite to escape to. Fabulous pool and the games room was a great success with adults and children alike. The owner Lesley and her husband were very helpful with some minor probs we had and things were put right very quickly. It was a social occasion as it was my 70th Birthday so the whole family got together and it was the most perfect place to celebrate.

We have had a lovely stay here as a family of 17. The villa is perfect. We had kids aged 1yr-16yrs and they all enjoyed it. The games room with pool table,Xbox and darts board was a great addition. The adults loves the poolside bar with drinks cooler too. The pool is a great size with ample shade. Plenty dining and relaxing space both in the sun and shade. The owners really have thought on everything. You need a car to get the beach and the shops. However there is a taxi service so definitely wouldn't put me off.
