Prachtige lokatie, prima hotel, heerlijk zwembad en erg aardig personeel.

Ik denk dat we de mooiste kamer hadden; ruime kamer, mooie badkamer en groot balkon met prachtig uitzicht over de stad/de zee. Tevens heerlijk zwembad met buitenbar.

Hangulatos, családias, gyönyörű környezetben helyezkedik el

Nagyon csendes a környezet mindig olyan jólesett “haza”menni. Festői az elhelyezkedés. Közel a központhoz, de nem túlzottan, éppen ideális távolságban.

A fürdőszobában nem minden volt patent, kellő odafigyeléssel ezeket át lehetett hidalni

Eccezionale!

Atterrato a Reggio Calabria, al momento dell'imbarco diretto verso Lipari, la compagnia di navigazione mi ha comunicato l'annullamento della tratta per mare mosso. La sig.na Tatiana dell'hotel Villa Cute è stata disponibilissima e mi ha inviato una persona che mi ha accompagnato da Messina a Milazzo in macchina per poter prendere il traghetto verso Lipari. Io viaggio spesso anche per affari ma mai ho incontrato questa disponibilità a prodigarsi verso i propri ospiti. Davvero davvero ineccepibili. Il resto è stato tutto ottimo e il soggiorno è stato magnifico con camere pulitissime e colazione abbondante. grazie ancora, tornerò sicuramente. A presto.

Superb

beautiful view from the hotel, 10 minute walk into the centre, lovely pool and bar. this might not be for everyone but you are hosted so beautifully by the owner. if you want it to be like a regular 4* hotel stay that's possible, but if you want to practice your rudimentary italian with his son, or have a chat about the island while drinking a beer, it's a wonderful place to stay. real charm and character - the villa is incredible too.

the beaches aren't that close... BUT do yourself a favour and hire an e-bike and take the incredible roads (with very minimal effort) to the beaches not too far away.

Breakfast GREAT, especially cakes! Location GREAT, very easy access to all in town, 10 /15 min. walk. Staff GREAT, there to meet all my needs, thanks!

Nearly all hotels do it, but it would be nice to have a single mattress in a double than two beds pushed together.

Francesco was a great host, very personable and transported us to and from the port at no charge. The pool was great and heated and the breakfast was awesome, lots of variety. The room was very clean and cleaned every day which was a real treat. Newly renovated bathroom and massive shower was awesome

It was a bit of a walk to the main area 10 minutes but hilly.

A very nice hotel.

Hotel Villa Cute was run by very helpful, friendly people. They collected us from the port and pointed out the way to walk down into town (5-10 minutes). The room was very, very spacious and comfortable. Our terrace had a pleasant view. The breakfast was really delicious with lots of variety. The pool was a clean and fresh. Can’t fault this hotel.

Exceeded expectations.

Beautiful views over Lipari and out to the ocean. Fabulous staff who are very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and there was a lot of variety including eggs your way.

A boutique hotel in a lovely location

The hotel location is good and our room afforded great views of the town. The breakfast fare was reasonable and the owner catered for my Coeliac diet.

What is not to like about this place! The location is perfect, a few minutes walk to the centre but far enough away from the noise and bustle of the centre. Amazing view over the city to the water. Our room was spacious and clean. It led out to a terrace of our own which was on the same level as the breakfast area and the pool! The Pool was beautiful, clean, large and overlooked the city and water. The staff could not do enough for us and Francesco was very accommodating with any of our requests. Bed was so comfortable, Air Con worked a treat, bathroom was spacious and very clean.

A hotel to recommend

Great welcome at the hotel where we were invited to a complimentary drink. Best eggs ever and they even helped with booking a great boat trip around the Aeolian Islands. The sea view from the pool is amazing.

Super convenient location, a quick walk from the town. Great hosts, Francesco proactively makes sure everything is ok and he’s happy to help with anything. The Villa itself must have been recently renovated because everything looks new.

Probably the best hotel in Lipari!

We can’t praise this hotel enough. The room was very comfortable, clean and with modern bathrooms. All the staff were super friendly, funny and always there to help. The pool area has a small bar and sitting area with a pool facing the sea and town centre. The breakfast was included and was fresh and delicious. It took around 5-10 minutes to walk to the town centre, so we found it a nice stroll in the evening to burn off the pizza before we went to bed. we thorpughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Villa Cute and would definitely come again.

exceptional hospitality experience: Very familiar and including atmosphere. Francesco and his team where very supportive by organizing sightseeing trips by boat and vespa and always sharing the best local tips. as a lot of locals come to the hotel for dinner as well we had the opportunity to experience the Italian culture. very good food: continental breakfast - individual requests are considered by the chef. local and and homegrown products make the difference here. daily changing menu for lunch and dinner. location with panoramic view of the historic city center: city center and port can be reached by a 10 min walk. moreover the hotel offers and organizes shuttle services to the center and beach nearby which is free of charge.

Exceptional

Friendly, comfortable, easygoing : we had a wonderful three nights stay. Francesco and his team are eager to please their guests and make everything seamless. If we happen to come back to Lipari, we will definitely stay at Villa de Pasquale.

Beautiful location with an easy walk to the harbour. The service and attention to customers is outstanding. So very friendly and warm staff. We truly felt at home during the whole visit.

Very spațios apartament, lovely staff, amazing views over Lipari and the sea. Newton and the owner super nice. Very nice big terrace to enjoy the views. Easy access into town.

Noise insulation not the best, if noisy neighbours not a very pleasant evening. No air conditioning in the living room.
