Disappointing. The first hotel/B&B in Italy we stayed that did not have kettle, cups or glasses

Room was large clean and comfortable with ensuite. Location close to Citygate was good. lovely view from Terrace

No storage space just a standing open rack with hangers,, no drawer space. No kettle, cups or glasses in room although lady gave us these on being asked for them and on second day young man on reception provided kettle and cups. on arrival we were told no breakfast but on second morning young man told us to help ourselves to croissants and made us coffee. So overall confusing messages. We weren't expecting breakfast to be included but did think there would be somewhere to get some food and drinks in the hotel but there was no snack bar or restaurant,bar and no minibar in rooms.

Location is good, helpful staff

Lorenzo on reception was really helpful and professional

We were given a different room to the one we booked online (it didn't have the terrace, fridge or extra bed). When we realised we were given a little discount which made it better. Would have preferred original room though!

the location was nice and the room was cleanish when we first arrived

the shower was broken, the room didn’t get cleaned and the hotel manager made us speak with the cleaner instead of apologizing

Charming family run hotel in a fab location

We loved this family run hotel. The location was a 10 as we within walking distance of one of the main entries to the city and having parking on site was wonderful. The rooms were clean and quiet and spacious. The staff was extremely charming courteous and available for any needs. Will definitely stay again Grazie

Prime location with a Fantastic staff. If you’re not a snob person and love a safe place to rest after enjoying Siena (lots of walking), this is your place.

They need a new fan. :-) not a big deal.

So so, worth for the walk to Sienna

The room is really pretty! The shower was incredible! Another big plus is the location! The city is a 20 min walk away but only after a minute you enter through a beautiful gate to then walk through beautiful streets of Sienna. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good.

The hotel does not have AC, which is quite unexpected in Italy.. There was a fan in our room that once I turned on, spat dirt on the bed... It was absolutely disgusting, I had to clean the whole fan by myself, as when we realised it, the reception was already closed (they leave after 21:30). Also the sheets on our bed had a few stains.. Which was very noticeable as the whole room was white. The parking is paid (they do let you know in the description) and is incredibly difficult to access for inexperienced drivers! It's super inclined, on a turn and very narrow, I was quite scared entering and leaving it!
