It was delightful. I will be back next year!

Loved the proximity to the beach. Enjoyed all the facilities.

The live entertainment. I felt it cheapened the hotel experience; it made it feel like a package holiday rather than an upmarket hotel experience. My room was very near the main area for entertainment, and I was kept awake until 11 pm many nights. I am a keen gym goer and found the gym excellent, although I would have loved to see a barbell set and a rowing machine. One of the main machines for weights was broken, be great if they could fix these things.

Absolute Katastrophe

Die Lage.

Der Service - absolut grauenhaft. In einem 5Strrne Hotel erwarte ich, dass das Personal Englisch kann. Das Frühstück war eine reine katastrophe. Viel zu wenig Tische für die Anzahl an Zimmern. wir hatten 45 minuten auf unseren Tisch warten müssen. Abgesehen davon hieß es, dass das Frühstück bis 10:30 geht - 10:00 Fragte ich nach frischen Pancakes, da die restlichen die da noch lagen total massakriert aussahen, die antwort vom Personal war: no, we are closed. Sorry aber in einem 5Sterne Hotel, egal wo ich bin, bekomme ich auch um 10:25 Frische Pancakes wenn ich das will. Das Zimmer war dreckig. Auf dem Bett waren Flecken.(möchte nicht wissen was das war) Auf dem Balkon bei dem „Whirlpool“ als wir die Abdeckung herunter nahmen, lagen rechts Essensreste, die gerade von Ameisen wegliefen. Im Zimmer waren 2 Käfer. Die Dusche war im Abfluss voller Haare. Als wir das alles bei der Rezeption ansprachen, hieß es nur „oh Sorry“ kein wir putzen es, kein es interessiert uns. Wir kamen uns einfach nur Dumm vor so viel Geld für so einen Müll ausgegebn zu haben. NIE WIEDER!!!!

Very nice location with nice gardens and facilities, excellent views friendly staff

The room was excellent with a fantastic sea view.

We had dinner at the restaurant with excellent service but a lot of the items on the menu were not available (i.e. steak, local beers etc)

Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

The hotel is the best I have ever been to. Cleanliness in the halls, corridors and rooms is perfect. The room is big and clean. The pools and the beach are wonderful. No problem with umbrellas and sunbeds. The food is top notch. Special thanks to the staff - they did everything to make our stay unforgettable.

Hot, sunny and fabulous

Everything was fabulous but Giergio (the restaurant manager) went above and beyond and a special thanks to him.

One thing we didn’t like were the women’s showers at the pools as they need updating.

perfect!!

It was a perfect vacation!!!!

The only thing I didn't like, we got the room at 5 in the evening, that's a very, very late hour. But other than that everything was fine

good location for an early morning flight

spacious both room and facilities. the complementary breakfast needs to be commented on in that it was heads and shoulders better than anything I have had outside Asia.

good stay for a weekend.

friendly staff, nice pools and kids club. the direct access to the seaside is great, pity the beach is not sandy but all with small stones which makes it difficult to go for a walk.

very comfortable and will book again when we return to Rhodes.

very good facilities. an unusual property arrangement but it works very well. breakfast was excellent. pool and spa very good. no towels on the sun beds which is great ( and all hotels should have this policy) although the hotel was not full as it was at the beginning of the season.

we ordered room service late night meal, the meal was very bad. it was cold and not like it was written on the menu. we didn’t get value for the money. when we told it to the room service stuff and to the reception clerk about it they say they will transfer it forward, but we as a guests didn’t get any compensation. it was very disappointing.
