Ottima struttura, bellissima location per Kos!

Camera molto confortevole, con bellissima vista sul canale che collega l'isola alla Turchia. La struttura ci ha omaggiato all'atto del check in di un upgrade della stanza, originariamente con vista mare, offrendoci una con vista mare e la piscina jacuzzi sul terrazzo. la ristorazione nella formula da noi scelta half board (mezza pensione) ci ha soddisfatto per qualità dell'offerta, con ampissima scelta di preparazioni tratte dalle disparate cucine internazionali. Ottimi i servizi interni, quali bar e ristoranti gestibili con app dedicata. Cortese e gentile il personale dei vari settori (un pò meno quello con cui ci siamo imbattuti della reception, poco orientato a dare informazioni di routine su ambiente circostante, orari, servizi)

Sarebbe necessario sistemare meglio la spiaggia privata, decisamente trascurata, se si considera che l'hotel si qualifica con 5 stelle, pulendola dallo sporco, rendendo l'accesso al mare più agevole (eliminando pietrame trasportato dalla risacca a riva) e magari manutenzionando le intelaiature metalliche degli ombrelloni, poichè tutte arrugginite.

Great hotel with perfect service

Super friendly staff, great people, great service. Many thanks for a great room that we got. It was perfect 😍 we really enjoyed our vacation there. Verity and selection of food was also ✅ Hotel is really great. A lot of games in the territory of the hotel. The island overall is abandoned, there is nothing interesting to do. So we spent the whole week in the hotel. We really liked the pools 👍

Internet couldn’t be better. Sometimes the WiFi was super weak and slow

Very nice!

Very good hotel. I travelled a lot and usually hotels have small swimming pools. But this had 4 swimming pools, one of them really huge. The food was nice. Staff was super professional. We had wonderful view from the terrace. There are many additional activities. If you like all inclusive hotels, that you can spent all you stay inside, this hotel is for you.

The beds could be more stable and comfortable. They were easily moved if you just sat on them.

Lovely resort and staff making our family holiday memorable, relaxing and fun.

Clean, relatively modern and well furnished and considered layout with ample outdoor pool facilities to ensure guests do not feel cramped even when the hotel is full. Good entertaining in the evenings and really helpful staff. Overall this creates a positive and relaxing atmosphere for guests.

No English TV channels apart from the news. Music is the pool bar/restaurant was too load and could not be turned down by staff.

Great holiday with little niggles

The resort was amazing, the grounds perfect and well maintained. Location spot on. Not being allowed to save loungers was a real plus. Pools and room very good. Never overcrowded and clientele all respectful of each other. Kids club was good but I have had better.

Main bar service slow. Choice of restaurants limited. A few little niggles and missing attention to detail. Mini bar would overheat if the cupboard door closed. Maintenance checked and said, "Working fine just leave door open" Simple but the cleaner would close the door every day so we would have warm drinks when got back from beach. Showers desperately need descale. I heard another guest complaining about this as well in reception. No free coffee pods even though paying £500 a night and all-inclusive. Complimentary toothbrush in the room must have been very old as completely disintegrated when I used. Was very unpleasant, and I choked on bristles and plastic shards. Beach was disappointing but not the hotels fault. Taxis can take ages but again not the hotels fault

An unforgettable stay at the Astir Odysseus

We liked the friendly and attentive staff, the complimentary upgrade to a spacious 2 bedroom suite (cleaned daily) with comfy beds, rainforest shower, and a huge balcony with amazing views from the sea to the mountains as well as the free entertainment and activities, especially the Greek night, Celtic night and Light show, stargazing and rock-climbing.

We see improvement opportunities with the variety and quality of food and drinks served at the main restaurant as well as the variety of things offered at the hotel shop. The isolated location and the small pebble beach should also be mentioned here, but we appreciate that these things can't be changed.

Excellent Family Resort !!

Excellent Family Resort, great food, mainly fresh salads, different meats, pitta, lots of fresh fruit, yummy fresh pizza and garlic bread, ice cream and tempting desserts. The resort was very Clean, Comfy Beds, Massive Pools, lots of Sunbeds, Lovely,Helpful & Friendly Staff, Lots of activities & entertainment , Great Kids Club. 10 mins bus journey to Kos Town, where there are lots of shops, restaurants and boat trips.

The wine selection on All Inclusive could have been better quality, could only drink the Rose wine. The cocktails were good but a bit hit and miss depending who was making them. Sometimes way too strong. We were on a family holiday and didn’t go for the booze anyway, and only a minor grumble !

Amazing resort for quiet and relaxing vacation

Arrived very late and the 1st impression was not so good until getting to the rooms and was wow! Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner were great with 2 options of restaurant, there is a 3rd restaurant for booked dinner served at one of the restaurant close to the beach, fantastic view The desert at each meal were so great with lots of option We loved the relax environment and Adult entertainment on weekend nights - All inclusive option was great and includes alcohol and coctails by the beach or any where in the resourt. The pool were all over the resort and not crowded at anytime, there are options for little children also. Loved the fact that staff would start up activities and invite people to join, great fun playing the ping pong Room cleaning were very pleasant and refil drinks and wine in each room The massage was super nice, I would recommend for anyone

I booked a family room but was not available on arrival due to delayed flight, we were offer all inclusive offer instead which was a good gesture I hate the fact the room temperature cannot be adjusted less than 16 degrees C but thanks to the balcony and the pool by my room There is not much going on outside the resort, however I did not attempt so maybe just an assumption from the feeling of the trip to & fro the airport - the island in general feels abandoned!

Clean , lots of space , great selection of food . love that we have the pool and the beach here . modern design , nice room , nice products in the room , drinks on demand at the pool or beach . so lovely and relaxing

we like our stay overall

The hotel is very nice and clean.The rooms are big and comfortable.The swimming pools where all clean, however be aware the water is very cold in middle October.

We are vegetarian family so my feedback does not include the meat dishes. The food although there is a lot of variety in the main restaurant Achilles, unfortunately most of it was not tasty 😥

the all inclusive package is not worth it , it’s not really all inclusive for example they only offer limited alcohol drinks , water down cocktails and bad beer and if you want the good stuff then you need to pay extra which sucks can’t order snacks while laying on the sun beds limited entertainment

Great location and experience overall

Great location and facilities. Just spectacular. Close to Kos Town which is then a 20 min boat ride to Bodrum.

The staff is a little rude. Some cheapness such as only 4 Nespresso pods for a weeks stay (all inclusive). only one beach towel available per person.
