Giuseppe, wir kommen wieder!

Unglaublich freundliches Personal, wir wurden herzlichst von netten Damen empfangen. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze, auch draußen, zu einem kleinen Preis. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und schön, und es war nicht hellhörig, was wir großartig fanden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war eines der besten, die wir je gesehen haben. Etwas Vergleichbares gibt es nur in Dubai. Alles war super lecker, und es lohnt sich wirklich aufzustehen, auch wenn man gern lange schläft. Im fünften Stock befindet sich der Pool mit einer tollen Aussicht. Der Chefkoch Giuseppe ist einfach ein ultracooler Typ, sehr sympathisch, und man merkt, dass er seine Arbeit liebt. Was wir auch großartig fanden, war der angenehme Duft im gesamten Hotel. Kurz gesagt, wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Das Einzige, was uns nicht gefallen hat, war der Spa- und Fitnessbereich. Das ist jedoch Geschmackssache.

Location, hotel interior, food in hotel restaurants, rooftop pool with view.

Personnel at the reception desk, too many people but with no useful help. Moreover, hotel has no policy for missing things that disappeared during the room cleaning, they just apologize and nothing happened afterwards, so you leave the hotel with missing things. Wallet parking has great service.

Pinnacle of a hotel stay experience

Breakfast was world class, staff ALL super friendly, helpful, and professional. Asked if I could play the piano, yes. Asked if we could go to breakfast early, yes. Asked if we could use the spa in the closed hour, yes. Nothing too much trouble - treat like kings. Thank you to all the staff, wonderful experience.

My wife had a drink knocked in her lap by accident by the waiter, and we weren’t offered discount on the bill or anything as a gesture. (They did bring a new drink to be fair). When I asked the hotel paid for the clothes cleaning, and it was no trouble at all. But it would have been nice if we’d been offered a free dessert or discount, any little gesture really.

A Dream Honeymoon

This was a true 5 star experience. We stayed for our honeymoon and felt so special throughout the stay. The facilities, the service, the staff (who know you by name and know your drinks order after a day!), the food were all 5 star. Amazing!

Would recommend without hesitstion

A true 5star experience in every sense. The breakfast was outstanding as were all staff.The pool, although not large was a great place to relax and the service here amongst the best I’ve ever experienced.

We left early on our last day and couldn’t stay for breakfast and we were provided with a pack up ( unsolicited so again great service ) A simple croissant and water/ juice would have sufficed, what was provided was not to our choice. I had to work hard to think of anything to criticise !!

Friendly and helpful staff - great location.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable room, great location, very friendly staff and great breakfast. The swimming pool is a bonus.

€8 for a cafe latte is extremely over priced. Unfortunately the bar prices are way over the top.

Ok Piccolo and the breakfast was great.

Everything was great except for the restaurant on the roof Matris. Terrible service at dinner. Food was ok.

Fantastic food at the michelin restaurant and a very knowledgeable sommelier. Great location at the beach. Breakfast buffet is absolutely fantastic Very friendly and service minded staff throughout the hotel Stunning view from the rooftop bar

Closest beach didn’t have contract with hotel. In my suite was impossible make a confort night sleep, cos in the morning a lot of lights and you can,t make a room dark

Poolside bar too expensive. 50 euro for two Aperol Spritz makes them unenjoyable

Exceptional

The hotel upgraded us to a suit which was beautiful - with a double balcony. It was such a treat. The staff were wonderful as ever and the food at breakfast delicious. We love this hotel and we will be back next year.
