One night stay

Only stayed 1 night for proximity to airport. Staff helpful, booked us a taxi. Swimming pool was perfect for the hot day. Need own towels.

Area is very scarce, not much open for food, bit run down of an area in general. Good for short stay or with a car.

Agréable pour 2/3 jours.

Bonne expérience à l accueil, emplacement facile à trouver, place de parking gratuite en proximité. Logement agréable, bien agencé et pratique avec un beau patio et une petite piscine. Situé dans une zone géographique a mi-chemin entre l’aéroport et le centre ville.

manca un terrazzino o cmq uno spazio aperto nell'appartamento. In cucina c'è giusto l'indispensabile, il centro di Siviglia è a 20/30 minuti di auto, non di meno

une très bonne adresse pour visiter Séville sans se servir de sa voiture

Une personne est toujours présente dans un bureau au rez de chaussée de la résidence pour donner les clés et tous les renseignements et nous a donné des conseils sur le quartier et sur les bus. L'appartement est vraiment très bien avec petite cuisine et belle chambre indépendante. Nous avons pu garer notre van et nos vélos dans le parking privé, fermé et gratuit au pied de l'immeuble

Peut être la distance pour aller au centre ville de Séville (6 kms) mais en 30 mn en bus pour 1,40 euros on y est sans se poser de question sur les parkings.

Apartamento amplio con todo lo básico, tanto en cocina como en el salón y el baño.

Le falta tener mejor insonorización. En las habitaciones de los lados creo que no había nadie, pero se escuchaba gente con niños de otras habitaciones lejanas.

Just a 40 minute/€1.40 bus ride to Seville city centre.

Washing machine was great. Comfortable apartment and free parking was a bonus. Bus network allowed access to city.

Instructions for washing machine would be helpful.

Hotel difficult to find

All was excellent. My favourite was the bath towel👍huge and thick, unlike those that are in many hotels nowadays.

Just one thing. We couldn't find the entry to the hotel with Google maps as the hotel is in a suburb with lots of one way streets . We struggled for an hour , in the dark. We'll be prepared next time. Otherwise everything was 👍.

Functional place, good if you are in Seville by car

- Quiet area, easy to park - Large and quite comfortable - TV in every room

- Wifi so slow it's basically non functioning - The annoying guys trying to get money from you when you park on the road outside the property

It was a good place to stay for the airport and town.

It was in a residential area and near to restaurants and a bus stop into town. It had free street parking. The apartment & facilities were great, very clean and spacious with a full kitchen and washing machine.

I didn’t like that it smelt musty, like people had smoked in it. Not really twin beds as they were touching each other. The apartment was next to the lift so you could hear that. It was also on a flight path. But I didn’t notice either once I was asleep.

Exceptional

Great value for money, very clean, with very comfortable beds with quality mattresses. The staff is lovely and accomodating. It was lovely to find the room cleaned every day. The apartment was fresh even during the heatwave, I only used the aircon at certain moments. Has everything one could need for a comfortable stay and located in a nice, quiet area close to the airport. The pool was delightful and super clean with a lovely shaded garden, we really enjoyed that. Already booker our next stay.

Some of the appliances were a bit dated and one of the hobs a bit slow, but that's really a minor problem if I really want to find something.
