The Vinuesa II apartment is a magnificent first quality property decorated withstyle, without losing an apex of comfort.
It is composed of a pleasant living room with large windows that endow the room with beautiful natural light; this room is divided into a living area with sofa -convertible into double sofa-bed, and dinning area with table and seating for six guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with first brand appliances and fully functional. Both bedrooms are double, one of them has a complete bathroom en suite; While the second bathroom, also complete, is independent.
Its location at 18 García de Vinuesa street, is a privilege: literally a few meters from the Cathedral itself and Giralda, close to Los Reales Alcázares. An area also with plenty of exquisite restaurants and tapas bars.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. Property was amazing and very comfortable for our family. Seville has been our favorite so far! The only issue we had was that the internet did not work.

I really struggled to decide how to leave this review as I enjoy leaving positive feedback but need to be honest. I was never given the opportunity to stay in the apartment that I booked. I was contacted two days before arrival with the property manager saying that there was an AC problem. They offered only a 20% discount to continue the stay in 95 F heat (not a reasonable option). Optionally, they then offered another apartment with no discount ( as if it were comparable). After viewing the carefully staged photos, we requested a discount as it didn’t seem comparable. The property manager accepted. With only a couple days to decide, we accepted the offered property. Upon arrival we had to wait 25 minutes for the property manager (in the heat) to check in despite closely coordinating our arrival times as requested. After seeing the small apartment, we wished we had asked for a larger discount. After finding a dead roach, we wish we cancelled. After having only two rolls of toilet paper in the apartment for 3 days with 4 people and told to purchase our own (by the property manager) we had to laugh and regret. I will always remain curious what my original booking would have been. I can say that I used Genteel homes in Malaga and the staff and experience was much better. I believe that this management group needs to treat its Customers with more compassion and work harder to give them a better experience.

"Brand new" is a bit relative, the property has been refurbished, maybe a year or 2 ago. Other than that imprecision, I'd say it's ideal.

very nice and well-kept apartment in the middle of Seville's city center. All sights are within walking distance. The apartment is very well maintained. The contact with the agency was very pleasant. There were always quick answers and tips about the area. recommendation 👍 Thank you!!

Lovely spacious apartment. Stayed there 3 weeks. Felt very secure. I would highly recommend it. A few stairs to climb up to apartment but well worth the effort,

The apartment is perfectly located. Check-in was smooth.
There were some minor housekeeping issues so we contacted the management company. They quickly sent someone over to take care of it. Very responsive.
The apartment has gorgeous marble floors and fixtures - really stunning - and large. The bedrooms are located away from the street so are quiet. Beds are comfortable and sheets and towels are good quality. Bathrooms are luxurious.
This is not a cheap apartment, so a couple of things to improve. The furniture with white upholstery needs replacing due to stains (dining and bedroom chairs); the living room area rug needs to go (stained). We rolled it up and pushed it out of sight. There is a little peeling wallpaper and off-the-rod drapery in the back bedroom - a simple repair.
As a firefighter’s daughter I add one other caution. Like many places in Andalucía, there is a wooden front door for the street entrance. A few feet inside this door is a floor-to-ceiling iron grate, with a locked gate. The main door has a latch you can open from the inside without a key, but the gate requires a key - both to enter and to leave. If yout leave the flat without your key (heaven forfend in an emergency) you would be stuck between the apartment door and the gate - unable to exit. In my opinion, the gate needs a keyless electronic unlocking device on the inside of the gate somewhere - for safety. I have seen this in similar rental situations.
Overall excellent apartment. Recommended.

You won’t find a better base to explore the delights of this wonderful city. Most of the attractions are within a comfortable walking distance. Taxis are reasonably priced and there is a stand close to the apartment. Good communication and flexibility with the check in.
The street is cobbled and there is a bar next door which can generate noise. You are in the centre of a vibrant city and as we know and appreciate our hosts love to project. This is part of the atmosphere and fortunately the bedrooms are at the rear of the apartment and are a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle. Wi-Fi was good. Spoilt for choice as far as food and drinks are concerned.
Downsides: The bedrooms can get a little stuffy without aircon which we prefer not to use at this time of year. I could write a novel in the time it took for the hot water to reach the basin in the en-suite. More channels on the TV would be nice. Oh and having to leave.

Fabulous apartment next to the Cathedral. Bedrooms are in the back and are very quiet. Kitchen is well equiped. There are trees outside the windows so it seems you are in a park. There are two air shafts which are great for drying laundry. The washing machine works well. Lots of eating places and food stores nearby. There is a place on the other side of the cathedral with great tapas at reasonable prices set in a tenth century Moslem building
Everything was easy walking distance even for us seniors.
The hosts were great and looked after us well.
We would definitely stay there again.

Our family stayed here for 5 nights and this is a great apartment. Super, super convenient location to everything. The bedrooms are spacious and located in the back of the apartment away from the street so very quiet . Air conditioning worked extremely well. We would absolutely stay here again.

Good, clean, and comfortable unit. Each of the 2 bedrooms has it's own attached full bath, which is nice. Air conditioning worked well which is important in very hot Summers.
The main issue we faced was noise -- it is not quite in general in the area but on one of our two nights, we had strangers banging on our doors at 3am!! While there is a door and metal gate on the ground floor accessed only via keys, it seems they are often left open and there are other units in the building with owners or guests who do not care about noise and how it affects others.

The noise from the street never gets to the bedrooms. There’s 3 solid wood doors you can close that shutout the noise…. If needed.
Beds are comfy.. can’t really cuddle unless you can fit on a twin. The top mattresses move apart
But nice for sleeping because when one person gets up the other person cannot feel the bed move

Huge kitchen which we did not use. You would have to buy all the condiments. No salt pepper spices. A little oil.
Showers and hot water good
They meet us on time for entry.
Outdoor space is outside, inside a square box with apartment boxing it in.… air comes from 4 floors up. Didn’t sit there.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The apartment itself had plenty of room for the 4 of us. There are many interior doors separating the various parts of the apartment which kept the noise level down for some of my family members who were still sleeping in the morning. The beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms had plenty of countertop space and large showers. Halfway through our one week stay we were asked by management if we needed fresh towels and sheets. The location could not have been any better. The cathedral is 1/2 block away and there are tons of restaurants in the vicinity. We enjoyed Canasta for breakfast nearly every morning and getting ice cream at Abuela's. We definitely would stay here again.

The place is very clean and well presented and is located very close to the big sights of Sevilla. We were easily able to walk everywhere and the hostess was very good at responding to our question and gave us a nice guide to the city and apartment. Highly recommend they do an amazing job!

We loved our stay here. The host let us stow our luggage 2 hours before check in. It is a large apartment. Excellent for 2 adults plus 2 kids or 2 couples. Very close to the cathedral. Carrefour market very close by. Excellent location!

Located in the perfect area and close to everything. On a very lively street yet the bedrooms are very quiet. Paula greeted us with a lot of knowledge so helpful. Unit looks just like it does in the pics if not better.

We visited Sevilla to see our daughter that was studying abroad. This apartment was right across from the Cathedral and her school! It was very safe and convenient to everything. The beds were comfortable and there was a washer. It’s upstairs and we were able to keep our windows open at night. We absolutely loved our stay.

We loved it here. Super comfy beds. We would have loved to stay longer. It IS a bit noisy in the front room with the couch and dining room table with all of the foot traffic in the area, but we couldn't hear a peep from the bedrooms!

We had the pleasure of staying at this apartment for 3 nights. We were two couples and enjoyed the two ensuite bathrooms and the bedrooms of comparable sizes. The hosts were easy to get in touch with when we had questions. The location is terrific; really close to the cathedral. Makes it a very walkable vacation.

We spent 3 nights in Seville at this apartment. The location is perfect for a short stay, lose to the cathedral, walking distance to the Alcázar and main sites. Great restaurants and shops nearby. Communication with management was easy and effective. They emailed us a few day before and gave us a phone number. From there on, via text using WhatsApp. We arrived by train from Madrid and they were waiting for us at the entrance. The apartment was clean and had everything we need. Working WiFi and air conditioning.

Gracious, comfortable apartment. Bedrooms are quiet with great closet space and very comfortable beds. Some outside noise in living/dining area. We didn’t use the atrium dining area- very tiny and internal. Stairs to get to apartment. Great location- walking distance to the palace, cathedral, Triana, bull ring. Communication with management via What’s App was very easy and they responded to a sink problem we found at check in. A bit of a wait to get into apartment, despite giving arrival time. Carlos gave a good introduction to the apartment and offered dining and site seeing suggestions.

Perfect property for two couples. Our host did a great job in communicating with us to arrange the handoff of keys. This property was very clean and decorated just as pictured. The location was right in the middle of everything we wanted to see. The cathedral, the third largest in Europe, was just steps away from our door. We had a very enjoyable visit!!!

Excellent option when visiting Seville
We loved this apartment! The property manager met us onsite and arranged for parking prior to our arrival. The furnishings were top-notch; kitchen was well-stocked, beds comfortable and bathrooms were great. It is on a busy street which is fun to watch from the 2nd floor; but the bedrooms are located in the rear which is far from the noise and hustle of the street. The location was amazing; literally 1 block from the cathedral and 2 blocks from a good grocery store. Restaurants are everywhere. We would absolutely stay here again when we return to Seville.

Great Location
Great location. Bedroom windows face the building directly behind it, and no kitchen windows, but it is very nice with lots of space and marble floors. All living room widows face directly into the hotel across the way. Be prepared to provide your own condiments when cooking. Go to La Canasta for coffee and pastries on the corner to the left as you leave. And go to Gusto for tapas and dinner which is in the neighborhood.

Fabulous location in Seville
We loved this apartment. It was clean and spacious and cool! We were in Seville during a very hot period and this apartment was well equipped to keep us cool. We were right in the middle of everything and walked everywhere. Beds were comfortable and linens nice. It was good to have a big towel! I would definitely recommend this apartment.
