Séjour à deux pas de la mer

L' emplacement de l' hôtel près de la plage et des petits commerces. L' accueil et la superbe terrasse du 5 ème. La grande salle de bain dans le studio économique. La vue en 360 degré du port et de la mer, la possibilité de se promener en bordure du littoral

La mauvaise odeur des canalisations qui n a heureusement pas perduré.

L’emplacement de l’établissement tout près de l’océan et le grand parking gratuit pour se garer

Malheureusement dans notre chambre, nous entendions fortement les canalisations des wc des autres appartements… Pas très agréable

Dans l’ensemble nous avons passer un bon moment

Situation géographique idéale à proximité du vieux port et à 3 minutes à pieds de l’océan. Possibilité de prendre le bus de mer pour rejoindre l’autre côté du port. Activités à notre arrivé marché sur le thème de la Polynésie puis fête foraine…

Pour le logement studio quelques modifications serait idéale notamment : - pour évier : réaliser une légère pente pour l’évacuation de l’eau de vaisselle - baignoire droite : évacuation de l’eau complexe car pas de petite pente pour allé vers l’évacuation. - hygiène : draps avec des taches, matelas plus que poussiéreux, vaisselles pas très propre. Micro onde sature de résidus alimentaire.

Great location

Paid extra for a pool view but the pool was an ugly site (out of season) and the other side (without paying extra) would have looked towards the marina. Also, we paid for the city tax when booking through Booking.com but were asked to pay again on arrival.

Great location, affordable and comfortable stay in a quiet area near town centre

Nice location, fridge, coffee maker, shower. Town centre reachable by walking in 25 min or easy by boat. Free parking oposite apartment or in gated area for a small fee €5 per day. Lots of choice for restaurants in front of the house. Pool was nice.

Double room a bit small if booked with an extra bed for three people. Beds ok. Little bar/cafeteria by the pool would be a nice extra, although there are drinks and snacks available in vending machines.

Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchette and a nice bathroom. Very quiet at night. Pool was lovely and staff at check-in were friendly.

Location a little further from central La Rochelle than expected, but it is a nice walk along the coast and well connected by bus and boat.

Good parking on site for 5 euro or free across the road in a large public car park.

You literally had to climb over the toilet to get to the shower, not good if you are not too steady on your feet.

Nice and easy parking. Bright and spacious rooms. Pleasant staff. Near to restaurants and beach. Nice area for a walk.

I thought this was a hotel. Why are you instructed to take out your rubbish when you leave and strip the linen off the bed.

Great place out of season for reasonable price.

It is very good when you accept that it is not a normal hotel, but a large residence where you have to clean the room and the dishes yourself, as well as to collect the garbage and bed laundry before you leave. The room is very practical with a basic, but sufficient kitchenette. Very good wi-fi. We had a room on the ground floor with the swimming pool / garden view where we could sit and eat also outside. The hot water comes when you wait some time, so it is not a problem. Limited secured parking places inside for reasonable 5 euro, but you can also park free of charge outside at the large port parking place. Great boulangerie and restaurants are 2 minutes walking distance. We recommend the restaurant Le Delphine across the street: great food for reasonable prices and very friendly service. You can walk to the old city of La Rochelle (around 40 minutes walk), you can take a little ferry across the bay for 1 euro to make it a bit shorter. Nice possibilities to walk also the other direction by the shore.

This is not the first time we have stayed at this aparthotel, so because we came again shows we are very happy

No Breakfast included. We were not told in advance it was Student Accomodation however it was quiet . No English TV channel.

La rochelle 2022

Location was good. Room 119 was very comfortable.

Room 127 had no kettle. The shower wasn't usable because there was no where to hang the shower head from. The noise from whatever rave or nightclub banging away until 3am Sunday & 1am Monday was unbearable. Therefore not a lot of sleep. No double glazing or aircon.
