Very nice, helpful family in a lovely resort, large clean rooms, large clean pool at a good price!

The nearest beach had very dirty water at times, best to go about 1km further south although the waves are bigger and you need to be able to swim or just use the pool at the resort.

Perfect stay with amazing value for money

Amazing value for money, in quiet location off main street in hikkaduwa. Beautiful grounds with swimming pool to cool off in. Lovely staff. Room was great, very clean and big and air con was fantastic.

Budget ‘resort’ 5min walk from the beach

Good size room, clean, it has hot water and a fan. Good location, 5 min walk from the beach and bus stop It has a pool, which is clean and did not have many people while I was there.

I paid for breakfast (it is extra) and do not think it’s worth it. it was not bad (bread was very good) but it was a western breakfast (I asked if I could have some local but the answer was no) and compared to other breakfast I had during the trip it was unremarkable.

I wish the location would have been closer to Narigama beach, then I would have stayed for longer! 😊

Welcome and friendly host run by family room good meals could be purchased swimming pool was great with many loungers plenty of storage space and coat hangers for clothes

Very good

The villa is absolutely gorgeous, the crew is very kind and welcoming. A very serene place, with nice views.

We were really looking forward for the breakfast, but is was quite a disappointment. We have stayed at many budget stays, way cheaper than our stay here and the breakfast was always great. Here the breakfast was too simple, not fresh, just not good.

Almost the best place

Awesome place, very clean and big rooms. Perfect location and walkable from the turtle beach, snorkeling beach and anything that is in this town. Many eateries around aswell.

No drinking water given, so you have to manage your own.

Great value for money

A really welcoming and helpful family who can’t do enough for their guests. The pool area is brilliant and the property is only a short walk from the beach. The room is spacious and clean and the area feels very safe.

Very clean room and pool, the best pool we saw in Sri Lanka so far. The management is very friendly and tries to help in every way possible. There are various kinds of breakfast that could be chosen the day before. We can totally recommend the Sri Lankan breakfast options as they where very tasty.

Excellent Hotel...

family are so helpful and friendly. Rooms are amazing, bed so comfortable, so clean, great balconies. The swimming pool is amazing and the grounds. Great location just a few minutes from the beach. Friendly atmosphere, speak really good english. Great property all round. Would definitely recommend to stay there on your visit.

Lovely accommodation near to town. Super comfy bed and spotlessly clean. The staff were really kind and helpful throughout our stay. The pool was lovely too

Perfect place to stay

The owners where so welcoming. The rooms where very clean. Huge big comfortable bed. Anything we asked for they helped us. Pool was best in Sri Lanka. So clean and toilets also near the pool. Breakfast was excellent . Up a lane from the main street and close to the beach so quiet.Definitely reccomend this hidden gem!!
