Horrible experience!

Nothing to like about this property! I would call it The House of Horror.

Dirty, no AC, no elevator. No internet, no wi fi. no phone line , no means of communication with the reception if something happened or anything needed. The receptionist was rude. unprofessional, not pleasant and not cooperative! The location was acceptable but way too noisy! A horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!!!!

It was ok.

Good mattress, clean sheets, very nice staff. Right in the old center of Toulon and close to the harbor.

No AC, but that was my fault because I didn't check when I booked the room. This summer is so hot! And no elevator.

Ok for the money

Perfect location. Very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was ok.

Quite old building without lift. The room was big enough but quite noisy, extremely hot even having the fun on. It was clean but we found some cockroaches in the bathroom. It does not say but you will have to pay some taxes at your arrival.

Very good

Location is great, 15 min walk from train station, cafes and restaurants nearby. Close to the ferry check-in, too. Madame was very gracious in accommodating a special request. Makes a difference when you speak to the owner!

Superb

A very comfortable and nicely decorated room. Everything had been thought through! The walk to the ferry was short.

The street was noisy in the morning, so sleep the window closed.

Clean, good position, but noisy at night

Great position, clean room, staff was kind and available

The noise was quite strong, and most of all it was coming from inside the hotel: probably some hotel staff making noise at night (cleaning the kitchen at night is probably not the greatest choice...)

Disappointing

Close to the harbor

It is situated in the city center (pedestrian area). You are not able to come in front of the hotel by car. No lift, no air conditioner, no hot water in the morning. Not at least an empty glass to be able to drink water. I had to sleep with open windows and I heard all the noise from outside: until 1am people shouting and from 5am workers cleaning the streets

Enjoyable

I found the bed very comfortable and the room had a great size. The fan was excellent for the heat and it has a great location.

I couldn’t connect the Wifi to my computer.

Lovely hotel in the centre.

Lovely hotel right in the centre but very quiet. Room was cosy but had everything we needed. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Excellent value for money. No breakfast but we got it just across the street.

Great stay!

Excellent location in the old city of Toulon, near restaurants, shops and port. Parking garage nearby. The hotel itself is in an ancient building but is very clean; don't expect elevator or airconditioning, instead the typical French atmosphere... staff is very kind.
