Superbra boende!

Helt perfekt läge, nära till allt! Fint och fräscht rum med bra AC. Tyst och lugnt på rummet, livligt och superhärlig stämning så fort man kommer ut genom porten!

Hade uppskattat fler krokar att hänga saker på och kanske nån bänk att ställa väskor på.

Stunning place

From the moment I opened the door, it was an exceptionally good impression of the design style and space. Living room with a kitchen in an open area with a standing view of the square, room comfortable and clean, right room temperature, not too hot not too cold provided my relaxing and sweet sleep... Historical City Center with public transportation nearby, makes it comfortable in to reach all spots in minutes... So far best stay in this Cyti

Soap in the bathroom was cheap, as I forget to take my one, there wasn't so nice to using already opened bottle after someone used it... And cleaning men, was to laud.

The best location to experience Cagliari life!

The location couldn't be more central! We also loved the decoration. Our room was very spacious. Solid and charming building, right in the middle of the city life. Noise was not a problem, as the acoustic isolation is very good.

Good for one night, great location, however the issue re: multiple tenants needs to be fixed

Very lovely setting, close to the action. The suite we rented (two queen beds, plus ensuite) was very roomy and the airconditioning worked well.

The fact that this property is a "shared" accommodation was not highlighted in any advertisement/details of the listing. There are several rooms that are let, with shared kitchen and dining living room. the other issue was that there is no cooking allowed. That was not listed on the Booking .com reference either. Both ourselves and the other couple that were there were very surprised that there were other guests and that cooking was not allowed. the Description should be updated asap to be accurate.

it’s ok for one night

I really liked the location, it’s super close to the city centre and it’s a spacious room that you get with a bathroom.

I didn’t really like the check in (complicated if you don’t have any connection). And it was super warm in the living room and kitchen (not in the room itself). Also the showers were kinda smelly.

very central to everything. spacious and Attractive in a beautiful historical building. It was very helpful to have the air conditioning. bathroom facilities for modern and very attractive. There are plenty of towels etc.

Beautiful apartment in ideal location

Beautiful, big room and very comfy bed. The communal area of the apartment was beautiful too, with facilities to make tea or coffee. Ideal location on a bustling square (but which we couldn't hear from the room) and with an excellent gelateria just downstairs!

The instructions for opening the main door could have been clearer - i.e. that after you've pressed to unlock it online you have to press the buzzer for the apartment to then open the door. But we worked it out quickly and it's simple once you know to do that.

Breakfast is just the option to make a coffee for yourself. Apt or building is quite noisy - maybe not the best for light sleepers. Some patches on walls in bedroom and bathroom could be cleaner.

great location in the very center of Cagliari, ideal for those who like to be surrounded by people and be right in the center! Impeccable bedding, lovely smell and comfortable bedding. cleanliness no complaints! great too. the bathroom was clean and complete but it lacks a non-fixed shower head because you could only wash with water from above, but a small plastic bathing cap provided to protect your hair so great :). very secure and well done place for contactless check in / out. great lighting also thanks to the host for this moment.

Overall ok however will not come back due to the lack of the windows and darkness in the room.

I liked the location, close to many nice restaurants, bus to the beaches, surroundings were lively, full of locals, apartment was clean and newly renovated.

I have mixed feelings about the place. I liked a lot of things, but unfortunately the lack of a window in the room, the darkness and the need to constantly turning on light was very depressing. On vacation, you expect the rays of the morning sun to wake up :) Here, one window was barred, very high, the other overlooked an internal vertical corridor surrounded by other walls. I regret that such information is not given more clearly when booking.

In the middle of the old town. Very close to the marina and to the public transportation, including the train station.

Small room, no windows outside, but towards an interior very small space, very noisy air conditioning machines from the restaurant downstairs. The reality has nothing to do with the pictures of the room.

The apartment is located in the main square of Cagliari, which is great for being close to any point of the city and finding any place to drink or eat something. Moreover, the apartment is clean and the steps to get the keys of the apartment is very easy.

Clean and spacious apartment but super noisy

Cleanliness and beds.

Even though the apartment was convenienty located in the center and therefore everything was a walk away, it was above the most busy square of Cagliari. This means that you cannot go to bed before 03h when the bars close. The apartment was spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom however was small with no space for your stuff and the shower was not comfortable at all (only a rain shower that went everywhere except on your head). Entering the building was challenging and contacting the staff as well. We were lucky there were people 'home'.

Okay apartment without staff - just for sleeping

Very good central location, easily reachable from the train station. Room was gorgeously designed, bathroom was okay although I expected some shampoo and soap and was given a half-empty bottle of bodywash.

The window made an awful rattling sound. I found it very difficult to communicate with the staff - apparently the number on booking.com didn't refer to the right person. I called that number and a guy responded that he would fix the window before I got back, but nothing happened. The digital door-opening was very confusing, because it wasn't clear how to open the front door, or how to get the key for my room. Luckily the cleaner was there to explain it to me. Literally no food present in the place, and you're not allowed to cook anything.

A very nice stay in Cagliari! Would recommend the apartment and a stay in this beautiful city!

Location of the apartment is perfect. Right in the center and therefore perfect to catch the vibe of the city even on a short-time stay. Bed was very comfortable. Room quiet and not too hot. Nice decoration also in the shared living room. Was travelling with a friend and we felt safe all the time.

There was no breakfast.
