Really lovely central hotel

Excellent location. Really clean and rooms well maintained. Friendly and helpful reception staff.

Replacement of toiletries and tea bags not always done. No desk or side to use for makeup/hair drying just a small table with plug sockets which were hard to reach. Breakfast was excellent except on the last day where the staff were not welcoming, no tea or coffee was offered and the fruit juice was not refilled even after asking.

Amazing location, excellent room, great staff, lovely breakfast... Got a cab from the airport instead of the hotel shuttle, and that was a mistake. Cab cost same as the shuttle and then we got a little lost looking for the hotel. Split was truly incredible and this was a great spot. Bonus: excellent toiletries.

There was a good range of food for breakfast. We were a bit rushed to take full advantage of the offering. We were left to get things for ourselves

The dinner offering was limited. We chose to eat at the restaurant across the road. It would have been good to get an espresson coffee at breakfast

the view of the plaza is amazing. very convenient to restaurants and sites. very helpful staff, room very clean. free breakfast was wonderful.

a little noisy since it’s in the town square. no direct access by car. need to do a short walk.

Superb location, room size and quality. The receptionists were all helpful and pleasant. I would strongly recommend the visit.

Good location. Nice size room. Most of the staff was very courteous and helpful.

I liked Mira and Josephine. They were very helpful. Also, it was nice to have a little kitchen and hairdryer.

One difficulty - upon leaving, we were left quickly at our car with no helpful directions on how to start the journey to our destination. We had a very difficult time getting out of the city. Very stressful.

I would stay there again!

The location was fantastic, and the hotel was charming (rooms on the smaller side, but charming). What made my experience excellent was the staff - the people at reception went out of their way to be helpful.

Best Place in Split I can imagine.

Perfect Location inside the Old Town - few Steps from all interesting Places, short Walk to the Promenade, all best Restarurans and Wine Bars around, and simultanously very quiet Place. Luxury Apartment with all necessary Equipment. Very nice and helpful Staff, fulfilling all my Dreams and Requests. Luxury Transfer from the Airport - and everything in reasonable Prices and on the highest Level of Service.

I don't see any Issues for Improvement. We had unfortunately too short Stay - but we'll be back soon.

Incredible hotel in the center of the old city of Split! Great management team/great experience!!!!

This is probably the nicest hotel in Split for sure!! The location of the hotel inside the old city was so convenient for restaurants, sightseeing, and just walking. However, the cleanliness of the hotel, the hotel amenities, and the included breakfast were superb and truly 5-star!! Also, the hotel staff and management were incredible and went above and beyond the norm to assist us with our luggage and to transport us to the Split airport for our departure. This is truly a wonderful and beautiful hotel that made our experience in Split memorable!! We will be back and we would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Split.

The hotel was in a prime location. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. I love how comfortable the bed was and l’occitane stuff for the bathroom was a bonus. The decor and the size of the room was also excellent.

Wonderful Property

Great location, clean and quiet, with great service. Covid testing came directly to our room the day before leaving. So convenient. Perfect place to end our trip.
