Very bad stay in a very bad accommodation.

The property given wasn’t the property originally assigned and the one we cosen and paid for. It was on different street and different address, to what the booking documents were showing. The property is tired and in needs of complete refurbishment. There is a bad smell coming fro the pluming system. The shower tray was blocked, we therefore couldn’t use it. The pillows were old and very thin. Only 1 pillow per person is given. Overall very bad experience. Booking.com should not advertise these kind of properties. We paid separately for the parking which was actually a public spot in front of the entrance of the building.

Top location. The apartment is less than a 10 min walk to the city center.

The apartment we‘ve stayed in was in a really bad state. The drain in the bathroom had a really bad smell, which caused that the entire apartment smelled after using the tap water. It was definitely not the apartment shown on the pictures. Parking facilities mentioned are not 10€ but 15€ per day instead. Luckly our car was rather a small one, note that if you are arriving by a biggger car you might have issues as it is not a parking spot but rather a entrance of a building.

host was friendly and accommodating but does not justify charges for location and condition of the apartment.

basically appartments that was advertised on booking is not the appartments that was given to us. explanation that I got is because they have few appointments under one account and due to last minute booking , host didn’t have a chance to explain . the apartment that we were given was in Djura Danicica which is very bizarre to advertise multiple apartments under one ad , as ppl will not know what they getting in the end . the appointment require major renovations as well as price adjustment of 50e per night if improvement is not done soon. would not recommend nor stay again .

Right in the centre of the city just 5minutes walk from the most popular pedestrian street and 10 minutes walk to saint Sava temple

in fact not much as we just stayed a night, or may be we were tiered on first day. The owner is good person and to the point. But the place is on some odd floor where lift reaches above that floor, so you will walk down.

The blanket and bed, items were not nicely there considering family stay and other locations where stayed in Serbia. But as I said, we stayed for a night so did not ask for re- arrangement, though.

Excellent location and sufficient space for comfortable working at laptop. Good WLAN.

Just be prepared that for Western European Standards Serbian bathrooms are small. Nothing what the owners could easily influence for this very apartment. I was not bothered by this fact, but may be it is worthwhile for others to consider.

Based on the description we expected more. The reality was disappointing. We didn't feel comfortable

A man was waiting for us based on time agreed some hour before our arrival.

The apartment is not on the street shown in the description. It is misleading. Promo photographs are made very well. Unfortunately the reality is far from that. It was huge disappointment when we came and saw the real flat. It is old, stinky (first we thought somebody was smoking there, but then we realized that it is simply that old), it is at the ground floor (almost under-ground) so you keep curtains cover windows all the time - the place is dark. Probably even without the curtains it couldn't be much better as it is situated in the inner-block. Attaching photos so everybody can see the real face. Next time I will definitely search somewhere else. For the price I had much better apartments also in Belgrade.
