Beautiful villa featuring fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, 1 master bedroom with direct access to first bathroom, living room with fireplace, 2 bedrooms and a second bathroom; outside: garden, private swimming pool, barbecue, terrace. The villa is protected with an alarm system and a safe is available for the guests in one of the bedrooms.
Towels - changed every 3/4 days - and bed sheets - changed once a week - available in the villa. Beach towels, chairs, body boards and playthings (swim rings, beach buckets, shovels, balls, rackets, etc.) are available to the guests. Baby items (high chair, crib) or extraordinary item can be available upon request and cost, please don't hesitate to ask.
Surrounded by nature, the villa is just 2 kms away from the beach and with 6 golf courses within a 10 kms radius. The villa can be appreciated at all times throughout the year by families and golf players.

The property was great with plenty of room. After spending the previous few days in downtown Lisbon, the privacy, the quiet, and the views were amazing. The bedrooms were a little musty so we needed to air them out, but everything else was fine.

Einfache Ausstattung, super Kamin, der uns gerettet hat; da sonst nur Miniradiator fürs Schlafzimmer vorhanden, somit im Winter nur für „ Camping geprüfte“ … Bäder sehr kühl , Küche gut ausgestattet, Betten solala… insgesamt ein erholsamer Ort ohne Nachbarn mit schönem Pool, der natürlich im Jänner zu kalt war, aber einen schönen Anblick von der Terasse bot…. Auto erforderlich… empfehlenswert….

Une superbe villa dans un cadre magnifique
Nous avons passé un très beau séjour au Portugal grâce aux propriétaires de la villa.
Le cadre était sublime et reposant, c’était l’idéal pour notre lune de miel, tout était propre et fonctionnel la propriétaire nous a laissé à disposition toutes les informations nécessaires. Merci encore nous nous souviendrons de ce beau séjour

Amazing stay in this villa
We enjoyed the villa to have a friend's vacation and it was incredible days.
The house was super clean and the spaces are quite pleasant for 6 people. The outdoor space with the pool is great and we feel a lot of privacy.
We highly recommend this villa!

Had a great stay! The only disadvantage is that you need a car to go somewhere, because the villa is quite isolated. However, that has been no problem at all and we really enjoyed staying here!

Não se pode aceitar que o frigorífico esteja desligado.
Chegámos, frigorífico, congelador, desligados. Só ficaram a funcionar como deve ser à noite.
Levávamos comida, bebida, frescos, além de que a minha mulher está grávida.

Top Lage mit ein paar Mängeln
Schöne Villa in traumhafter Lage. Absolut ruhig mit toller Aussicht. Die Beschreibung passt jedoch nicht mehr so genau (wir waren bereits vor vier Jahren schon einmal in der Villa). Es gab keinerlei Kinderspielzeug. Wir waren 9 Tage da. In der Zeit kam keiner putzen, es wurden auch keine Handtücher oder Bettwäsche gewechselt (vielleicht auch wegen Covid. Wir haben keine Info dazu bekommen. Uns persönlich hat es nicht gestört). Die Waschmaschine hat nicht funktioniert, bzw. die Tür war abmontiert und nicht da (wegen Covid?). Das wäre schön gewesen vorab zu wissen, da wir uns darauf verlassen haben. Um den Pool herum lag Müll. Auch der Pool wurde in der Zeit nicht gereinigt. Das haben wir selbst gemacht. Die Küchenutensilien und die Küche selbst sind in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war alles da und für uns hat es gereicht. Insgesamt ist die Villa in die Jahre gekommen und hätte an einigen Stellen Überholungsbedarf. Trotz allem ist sie wunderschön und hat eine unschlagbare Lage. Wen das alles nicht stört, der genießt einen tollen Aufenthalt, so wie wir. :-)

Une maison parfaite pour tout!
C’est une maison parfaite a tous points de vue. Pour la localisation en Algarve, pour tous les équipements qui sont parfaits, pour le confort de la place, moi j’ai adoré. Dommage que nous avons du quitter plus tot que prévu a cause de la pandémie du covid 19. Nous reviendrons cest certain....Merci pour tout.

Superbe situation d'une villa confortable
La villa est un peu isolée, en pleine nature et à 1200 mètres d'un petit village, on a pu se promener tranquillement en partant à pied de la maison, c'etait très agréable,
nous ramassions des pieds de vigne morts pour faire de supers barbecues.
L'annonce est fiable, la laison agreable à vivre avec tous les équipements nécessaires, le menage est fait chaque semaine et le linge de maison changé chaque semaine,
La region est magnifique
En résumé nous avons passé un excellent séjour

Een mooi verblijf in de zomer.
Van ons verblijf hebben wij genoten.
Wel enkele kanttekeningen
1. Bij aankomst hadden wij wel iemand verwacht die ons toelichting kon geven op het werken van alle apparatuur.
a. Geen warm water, Na klacht is een monteur geweest
daarna vaak lauw water, vooral bij het douchen en bij de
afwas.
b. De vaatwasser heeft het een keer gedaan.
Na bezoek van een "deskundige " is de volgende dag
de vaatwasser opgehaald en nooit meer terug gekomen.
c. De t.v. toonde mankementen. Een monteur is geweest
Er waren twee zenders beschikbaar. De portugese deed
het niet omdat de kaart stuk was. Geen nieuwe gehad.
d. De matrassen zijn keihard. Voor een van onze met-
gezellen met een rug blessure geen grapje.
e. Het huis is gebouwd voor de zomer en is in de
wintertijd koud door vooral de hoogte.
Jammer want de villa ligt lekker rustig en overal
toch redelijk dichtbij.
Wij hebben mede dankzij het weer alle dagen genoten van de omgeving tussen Farao en Sagres. Tussen Loulé en Albufera.
De slordigheid heeft ons doen besluiten hier niet meer terug te komen . Jammer

Ruhige Lage und schöne Villa
Alles klappte reibungslos. Die Lage ist wirklich toll und die Villa zwar nicht mehr neu, aber alles passte. Es fehlte eigentlich an nichts, jedoch müsste die Putzfrau etwas genauer arbeiten. Man merkte es aus dem großen Kühlschrank, dort bemerkte man, dass in der Küche schon oft gekocht wurde. Kochen mache in dieser Küche auch Spaß.
Jetzt im November wurde es nachts schon frisch und leider war eine Elektroheizung schon mit Defekt gekennzeichnet. Blieben noch zwei mobile Heizungen. Die Bäder könnten feste Heizungen vertragen und auch das große Schlafzimmer. Die Heizungen in den beiden hinteren Schlafzimmern schaffen es leider an Leistung im Winter kaum.
Und hat es trotzdem sehr gut gefallen, denn das Haus besitzt sehr viel Charme und die Lage ist wirklich sehr schön.

Cette maison est un vrai bijou dans un écrin de verdure...
Fonctionnelle, spacieuse et propre.
Le personnel d'entretien est consciencieux et très discret.
La piscine est un vrai bonheur, même si les derniers bains de la saison étaient un peu frisquets !!!
Bref, nous avons passé un formidable séjour, au calme, dans cette très jolie maison que nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à abandonner...

Erstklassig !
Wir haben die Herbstferien in diesem wunderschönen Häuschen verbracht und uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag wohlgefühlt. Vor der Anreise gab es sehr ausführliche und nette Informationen, von der Wegbeschreibung über Restaurantempfehlungen und allen anderen Dingen, die für einen Urlaub bedeutend sind.
Herzlichen Dank, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wonderful, remote place with great pool
We spent a wonderful time with a group of friends in the villa, which is quite a lot bigger than it appears online. The pool is amazing, with lots of space around it, and the location of the place was perfect for us, as we had absolute privacy and calm the whole week we were there - good to have a car for mobility. Porches itself has some good restaurants and super markets are close by as well. Definitely a recommendation!

Bien sous tout rapport pour ceux qui aiment la tranquillité et les grands espaces. Nous avons eu juste quelques problèmes avec l'arrivée d'eau chaude pour les douches (parfois l'eau chaude était très peu de temps disponible, même après avoir effectué les réglables de la vanne de la cuisine.)
Mise à part cela, à recommander!

Private, peaceful, perfect!
In a private location with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, this charming villa has everything you need for your holiday. Our teenage children loved the pool (not gated and steps so ideal for them perhaps not smaller ones) and the WiFi was fantastic for them.
Though you feel like you are in the countryside the villa is actually only 5 drive minutes from an excellent supermarket and 10 minutes from loads of beautiful beaches.
Communication from the lovely owner Sophie was excellent.

lovely villa in peaceful setting
A great place to stay.
Fabulous pool, spacious villa, no neighbours, great countryside views.
It is a bit hard to find the villa but that is only a problem the first time.
Also its a fair hike over rough ground to the village but frankly eating at home in the evenings is a joy with the bar b que by the pool or the well equiped kitchen.
The owner was very helpful and the housekeeper who cleans once a week was very good.
We stayed in Jan and though we sat in the garden in the evenings the log fire was welcome after dark.
The surrounding area has many attractions but you do need a car to make the best of them.
Spend some time here - we loved it.

Perfect Family Holiday
Fantastic villa in a beautiful part of the Algarve, only 5-10 mins to the beach resorts but in a peaceful quiet location. Great pool and patio area, and 2 sun terraces meant you can always find the sun (or shade). We used the villa as a base to explore the beautiful coastal areas before returning to the pool to cool off before BBQ dinners on the terrace.

Well laid out, secluded villa with gorgeous pool
Lovely villa, big bedrooms, large lounge space, kitchen had all the facilities you need. The area is SO quiet it's so relaxing to have no neighbours creating noise and not to have to worry about the children shouting as they enjoyed the pool. Reasonably close supermarket with plenty of choice. Would definitely recommend that you have a car for your stay as not really feasible to walk anywhere.

Lovely, quiet location, great villa
Really enjoyed my stay, Sophie provided loads of useful information before I arrived which was much appreciated! The house is in a great location, a short driving distance from supermarkets etc., but extremely calm and restful. Great (big) pool, everything you need in the villa too. Totally recommend it!
